Right from the get go I was impressed. The staff at the check in desk were very welcoming. The hotel is clean and nicely located. I'll definitely recommend it to lone travellers or family.

« Clean rooms but tiny with no kettle and poor breakfast »

Staff and location was great and rooms were modern, bright and clean. But if you can afford the extra then go for the Holiday Inn or Premier Inn, both are far better bets

We do not provide kettles in the rooms for health and safety reasons however reception staff are available 24 hours and would have been more than happy to boil a kettle for you. In addition we have coffee machines located in the reception area too. All staff were knowledgable and polite. The room was clean and well set out. Several light sources, but I did miss a bright light away from the beds. Breakfast was simple and well presented

We stayed in a room for three people. The beds were very dirty particularly the top bunk where the mattress met the frame. It was full of crumbs. The shower door was broke and wouldnt close and one of the lights in the room also didnt work.

The room was too small for two persons. Every person ought to have a duvet each. The toilet and washing area should have been more separated. The room vas clean and functionel. The wiew form the 6.th floor was very nice. Breakfast ordinary.

Basic and clean hotel. £10 deposit a little much for a basic hairdryer but I guess having a hairdryer to use is a good think for those who can’t pack lightly and it’s only a deposit. Rooms are a little compact as the shower is in the bedroom area. We kept getting an odd array of towels to use - either no hand towel or bath mat, or 3 bath sheets and no hand towel or bath mat. Difficult not to cover the room in water when exiting the shower.
