No toilet items, only one bottle for whole body isn't ok for me. By comparing with Capri (the hotel next to you) same price but they provided everything I expected from this price.

I have stayed 2nd times in this year. The room is little bit narrow for two people but it is very functional choice. Especially, it is vert close by SECC. So, I cannot wake up early for going there. Also, front desk step also super kind and well trained.

« Looks like the IBIS group wants to take out the last cent of their customers. »

Pick up at the Airport was 1 hour late and not well organized!!! Pick up fee from the Airport to the Hotel cost around 600.000 VND, the return to the Airport paid private by TAXI was 210.000 VND. You Need to get rich by that? Staff at the desk not friendly and not helpful, late check out was required and also requested two months before but with a "SORRY SIR, WE ARE FULLY BOOKED" declined....Thank you!

The hotel delivered what it had promised. Everything was comfortable. My only wish for the hotel is that it can cater more for muslim traveler such as halal food and wet tissue for the toilet

no in-room dining service no swimming pool, gym and spa as per website no hot water in smoking room and no smoking in room with hot water I have been staying in Ibis Singapore and other countries, this is the 1st time I encounter that the facilities is totally different from the website and the reason there is no hot water for smoking room is because smoking room is at level 6 where hot water is not hot enough. Other than that, everything is ok especially the staffs are helpful and patient, supporting me by changing my room to non smoking room (because i need hot water) and helping me to transfer my stuffs. Customer request need help for lost of personal belong have to go with police complaint, but reply from hotel ground staff, manager have a day off on sunday ground staff don't have any authority do any help so wait till next day on work. In Vietnam police insist bring hotel manager bring it, really unprofessional police behave both side ,really helpless by the time say as a tourist.
