We had a lovely stay at Hotel Muse. We enjoyed the spacious room and super comfortable bed and loved the rooftop pool and bar. While the hotel and rooms are generally decorated well, we felt that some aspects of the decor were showing wear and tear. We also found the drinks etc at the pool and rooftop bars to be extraordinarily (even prohibitively) expensive.

We would like to say a special thankyou to Khun May who works on your reception, she , went far and behond the call of duty assisting my husband and I with some personal documents we needed to download and print under a very tight frame and with out Khun May's help and diligence our trip to Bangkok would of been wasted ... . I booked this stay at the last minute and AE helped me with everything. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. Her customer service was far above most I have experienced in my stay at Bangkok. The rest of the staff was all friendly and helpful and otherwise my stay was good. The personalized customer service from AE was the stand out part of this stay. It was really above and beyond the norm and I was truly impressed.

2 great things to highlight: I was on a family trip to celebrate my mom’s birthday. Around 8-10 staff knocked on my parents’ room at the agreed time to sing the birthday song to my mom with a birthday cake and a bottle of red. We were at the edge to hop on a dishonest taxi. Much thanks to the hotel staff who alerted us about the possible trap. The rest was generally good. Met every Accor standards. Down side was the hotel is actually pretty small, so scale of everything like the pool n restaurant is rather small too. Selections of the buffet breakfast were not many. Thai noodles as breakfast was supposed to be my favorite when traveling Thai. Noodle was available, but not freshly cook like many Thai hotel. The soup went with the noodle was just warm but not hot.

I had a very good stay and thank you to your amazing team. Right when my taxi arrived I was already given a very good welcome by your staff - they warmly greeted me and took care of my luggage, I was endorsed to another charming lady who was waiting for me by the door and escorted me to the reception desk to check in, wow am impressed. A very good first impression indeed. My check in was very smooth and the lady has given me relevant information about the hotel facilities and restaurants. Room - it was so nice thank you. Very clean and the location was just perfect because it was in a quiet corner :-) I had a very good stay and all the team members are very good, well done to the Management. But of course I would to name few staff who had made a difference - The charming lady who checked me in, she is so professional and good with her job ( I forgot her name - apologies) Maisow she is new as I saw on her name badge but she is really good with people, she approaches and asks if she can be of help and always smile ( i have encountered her few times) Suda at the front desk and especially JAY , On my last morning, I asked him where I can go and he asked me if what I want to see and he has spoken to the taxi driver where to bring me and I really had an amazing morning ... this is the kind of service that really matters. Thank you and I will definitely be back.

Excellent customer service especially Katy, she was so nice to introduce the hotel’s facilities. We had a unique experience and really enjoyed the stay.
