Is a great place to stay in term of comfort and location. Is about 10 minutes walk from ChitLom BTS - not to near (to avoid the main road noise), not to far (to walk to the BTS) - if you don't like to walk, the hotel has complimentary tuk tuk (free shuttle to BTS). Opposite direction of the BTS, the hotel is near Lumpini park,. if you like to jog or walk in the park, this park is within walking distance from the hotel. The bed is comfortable, room is spacious for 2 , the bathroom is spacious. i like the glass door of the stand shower where they have a hole for you to place your towel. This will avoid one from opening the glass door when we are wet and cold to reach for the towel. Overall is a good stay. However don't expect a large swimming pool in this hotel.

I appreciated that employee's wonderful kindness and smile. They have a good patience and service mind. Especially breakfast was great. But underground restaurant provided me un-washed mashroom, so we had many sand grain during the meal. It was terrible, my collegue could not help but swallowed it by water.

We checked in around 12.00 which was earlier than check in time, room wasn't available yet but we were able to check in and dropped our luggage before went shopping and came back to get key cards later on. Room was spacious with unique design, very well equipped and bed was comfortable. The hotel located in a quiet neighborhood, close to Lumpini park and within a walking distance to BTS Chitlom station. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choices and quality was great but the area was pretty small and bit crowded. The swimming pool and gym were also small. Speakeasy rooftop bar had great atmosphere and staffs were very attentive which we find it's the best features of Hotel Muse, services provided by every single of staff we encountered were excellent.

We had a great stay, a return visit. Our only complaint is the slowness of the internet, not just in the room but public areas as well. This needs to be addressed. Rooms need a little bit of maintenance. We had dinner at Medici and was fabulous.

This will be a long review. I am looking forward to my stay at this beautiful hotel during my Bangkok trip however the whole experience was not pleasant. It was way below my expectations. The check in time is supposed to be at 2 pm and we reached at about 250 pm. Unfortunately, we had to wait for another 40 minutes to get our room even though we had done our online check-in one day before. According to the hotel staff, the room was ready but there’s only one supervisor to inspect the room. Hence, there’s such a delay in getting our room ready. When we reached our room, we saw the cleaners moving their trolley. In my assumption, they just cleaned our room due to a late check out by the previous guest. Upon checking our room, we were deeply disappointed that they took their time to clean our room and yet our room had such problems: (1) a red stain on the blanket; (2) a shoe stain on the blanket; (3) there’s a bottle of half-used shower gel in the bathroom. We informed the staff (Pui) that checked us in and shared our frustrations. She tried her very best to calm us down and apologised to us. She offered us to use the Club La Boutique that's exclusive to their guests that booked the Yama Executive and Suite Rooms but we did not manage to experience it since it was only available from 430 pm to 630 pm. Anyway, this is a beautiful hotel with unique designs. The location is okay and you will have to walk about 8 minutes to the nearest BTS station - Chit Lom. Luckily, the hotel offers free ride to the station. The breakfast at this hotel is quite good too but the ventilation system was not great. Hence, you won't smell good after having your breakfast. All in all, I hope that other guests will not experience what I went through so that they can enjoy their stay.

It was great, I was able to change my deposit method from cash to credit card without any problem. During check in the rep offered us drinks from diff hotel bars and restaurants. That was a wonderful touch! The only thing missing was hand shower for the toilet. Otherwise amazing amenities overall

This was my first visit to Bangkok and I couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. The room was very karge and well equipped. The breakfast offers a wonderful choice of hot and cold dishes. Small pool and bar area but lovely views. Would definitely stay again.
