Nice hotel, the area is at the heart of Bangkok near Central Plaza and Centerworl near BTS Station. Clean and peacefull sorroundings. The services is excellent. Restuarants are fabulous. The pool the bar are perfect.

The front desk/welcome area were nicely decorated but when it’s full of people checking in same time, not enough staffs to accommodate check in therefore too crowded in a small area and not enough seats. The room we stayed (last room) was quiet but every time someone used the toilet either above or below us, the piping loud irrating sound horribly scary.

Overall the experience was great. Hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are well designed, nicely decorated, comfortable and with a great bathroom setup. Breakfast buffet is good, but very expensive especially for Thailand. The service at the rooftop bar (Speakeasy) was very slow and the food was disappointing. PSA: Be sure to book the room directly as the price is competitive and you are eligible for points with Accor.

Nice and luxury ambient upon entering the hotel up to guest room. Warm welcome and reception by the concierge. Prompt reaction (baggage delivery to the room) by lobby assistant. Quiet and relaxing stay. Comfortable bed.

« Not worth the price. »

I am extremely disappointed with our stay from start to finish. We organized a car and following meeting instructions to the letter only to find our driver was waiting somewhere else. There was no warm water in the room. We contacted maintenance and this didn't fix the problem. (Very disappointing given I was looking forward to using the fantastic bath tub.) The TV didn't work at all. There were lightbulbs out in the room. And, at breakfast we had to ask 4 times for our coffee order and when it arrived after 15 minutes, it was wrong.

We only stayed for one night but enjoyed our experience. The staff were very friendly. Canapés on the rooftop was nice but a little slow on the drink service. we had to order at the bar every time ( no table service) although the cocktails were delicious. Breakfast had an excellent variety of choices. The room was large, clean & very comfortable including great turn down service. Location of the hotel good too! Well done & thank you

« We didn’t get complimentary cocktail treats as stated prior booking »

Me and my friend show up at speakeasy bar to enjoy cocktail treats however the staff informed us complimentary cocktails are only meant for guest who stay 17th floor and above. (We were staying at 12th floor) eventually we paid for two cocktails which actually it was our entitlement to get it for free. Apparently there was a small mess during check in of hotel room, front desk staff gave us room at 12th floor reason because the higher floor are still not available at that time. I truly understand the staff at speakeasy bar would indentify their guest by the floor number. However they weren’t putting effort to at least ask us two to trace our booking record. Wouldn’t they feel strange when we asked for indoor seats where it is closer to the tapas table, this is our third stay at Muse hotel so we just followed what we did as last visit. and our food got taken away by one staff after she told us those food are not meant for us two. This is just another unfriendly gesture of her actually earlier on she asked us two to move to outdoor seating for 3times. While we two comfortably sitting on couch. Indeed me and my friend wasn’t satisfied with the treatment we’ve got at the speakeasy bar. Despite that, the overall experience was fine.

Good stay. Only issue is that I was charged twice for my stay. Once when it was booked with one card and again when we arrived and didnt possess the card stay was originally booked with. I'll need to follow up as I'm sure it's an honest mistake
