« Had a nice time, there is place for improvement »

The hotel looks great, the staff is friendly but yet there are a few things that were bumps along the road and should be corrected in order to reach a greater vacation experience: Breakfast was good, but not great. It was very hard to get the staff to make a proper coffee. Problem being actually English. Only a few staff members could execute a coffee req. the way we asked: i.e. arriving hot!! Shampoo's Conditioners etc. - were very small amounts which were not practical. We had to request time and time again more agents to be brought to our room. Besides that we had a very good time.

Everything was spot on about Hotel Muse, with 2 areas that have areas of improvements. Drop off at BTS Chidlom station, there is ambiguity about the point up point. Because of hot early noon sun, I had waited into Lanson convenience store, constantly peering out to look out for driver. I waited for 30 minutes, only when I rang the hotel reception to learnt that the driver left when he didn’t see him. I then waited under the hot sun for driver again, when I was chided by him saying he saw me into Lanson. Because I didn’t come out he left, now he has to come back again. To me, that kind of attitude is un becoming. Why did the driver not take the initiative and come to Lanson and give me a shout? What a disappointing experience whilst staying in a very chic hotel..

« Everything perfect but details terrible »

For Muse Hotel , I lived one time at least each year , but maybe it will become my last time. Now already transfer to Lebua . I stay two nights this time, it didn't change my slippers even it's not clean already, I asked to get a new one at my check out day , but unfortunatlly , no one told me it's charged at that time . The first point of my view , U should change my slippers at second day cause it's wet already . and the second one is that U should let me clear even it's charged . It's not a big case for u maybe , but will lost me and my friend in future , I recomend many perdon about your hotel before but never in future , although as a FHR member's opinion , that's all . Yours.

We had a very nice stay, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was great for what we wanted to visit, also awesome for shopping, restaurants and getting a good massage. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, as is the entire hotel. The live opera singers in the downstairs restaurant were a great touch. The internet was spotty though, which is kind of the only minus for us.

The reason we choose your hotel was because We love the ambiance of the hotel, when we arrive the staff were lovely and helpful. Check in and check out was a breeze. The room was spacious but the bathroom needs a bit of and upkeep. Location is great, walking distance to sky train. Overall we love the hotel.

Overall experience was fantastic. Just a minor thing when we checked in on the first day, we were told that the room wasn't ready after 30mins and got to wait at the lobby standing due to the space constraint and there were too many people back then with quite limited chairs and sofa there. When we were told the room was not ready which I thought it should be, I was quite surprised as we received email before check-in date to provide them my arrival time so they can get the room ready as we entitled early check-in due to our duplex suite. Other than that, the service were excellent. All the staffs are very friendly, welcoming and approachable. Even the reservation team did a very good job with my booking of room. The interior design is really exquisite. I'm looking forward to stay with hotel muse again. Thanks for the great service.

The hotel is excellent. Room is fantastic. Staff are exception especially the Concierge, Miss Aoy, who goes out of her way. Stayed in Room 908. On my drawback is the room is opposite the service area, the doors to the service area could use a cushion handle. Staff should not be talking loudly.
