« Staff were exceptional, room was wonderful, and service was great. »

Check-in was efficient and front desk staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. I was unable to check into the assigned room, as I had shown up early. Staff took my bags and those of my team members until rooms were available. Room service was fast. The only thing that would have been more helpful was to have an outlet more readily available next to the bed to plug in my cell phone which I use as an alarm in the morning. I was able to pull the nightstand out and use that outlet.

I've stayed in hotel for four nights during my bussines trip. The room was very clean with plenty of space and useful accessories. The hotel serves pretty good international breakfast. The bar with piano is very relaxing with excelent service. Here are few minor remarks: - the mini bar in the room should be equipped wir more various drinks and snacks for five star hotel - electric power sockets do not fix the plugs from mobile or tablet chargers tight enough, causing intermittent connection and charging. -some appliances like electric/selfcleaning toilet has to be equipped with the instructions on english (the same way like Air conditioner) All in all I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

What a joke, I booked rooms in advance for a colleague of mine and myself. two nights for me and one evening for him. I frequent Accor properties usually for the service and amenities provided. I have Gold status, which is not the top, but also not the bottom. Upon checking in rooms reserved were an issue. the hotel staff while wanting me to move after one night to another room finally figured something out. Upon checking into the room I noticed there was no coffee for the coffee machine in the room. Clear instructions how to use the coffee maker with said complementary coffee, and the cost of using more than two coffee capsules per day which would be charged to your room. I stopped by the front desk and asked If I could get the complimentary coffee for the machine and was then informed my rate for my room did not cover the coffee. Really, I assume I need to be Platinum to receive complimentary coffee. I informed the front desk at that point I would be fine with paying for some coffee as I was dealing with Jetlag and a 13 hour time difference. Later I met my college for a drink at the bar and the service from the bar staff was great. The bed was okay, room was okay. The service at breakfast from the Bluepin could have been better, but at this time of the stay and the way I was handled during check in and the fact I needed to pay for complimentary coffee just makes it easier for me to find a different hotel during my next trip.

Traveled on business. The room was small, uncomfortable in every aspect of it and worn down. The description on the internet does not match the room provided anywhere near; one could go as far as saying hotel marketing of rooms is a scam.

The room was small, run-down and very uncomfortable.Not a good value for price. One could go as far as say that the hotel's marketing of the rooms is a scam, as marketing images do match the actual state of the rooms anywhere near. Very slow wi-fi, noisy and bright AC. A good breakfast/happy hour dinner though. Nice SPA.

« Falls short of expectations. »

Rooms and hotel clean. Staff very courteous. Food overpriced, undercooked, cold and lacked varieties. Same thing every day and always raw bacon and nasty cold eggs. Same food for lunch and dinner. Leaving early was a huge hassle requiring a change in reservations and several emails and phonecalls from our corporate travel agency. Concierge service was excellent and always helped getting a taxi.

« Needs lots of improvement. . »

> Breakfast buffet boring, lacking excitement, same line of food all the time. The elderly man who looks like a Head cook standing with arms crossed. . > Elevator Button, when not illuminated, hard to read the numbers on them for choosing the Floor; Spoke to the staff many times since years ago, but no action for improvement; > No active Premier Lounge, or happy hour. . > No generosity to Higher-standing LeClubAccor members (esp. Platinum Members), such as free access to Swimming Pool or Executive Lounge or Happy Hour, which is taken for granted at other Novotel and Pullman, not only in Korea but in other countries; > Staffs standing in the hall, and bowing to passing guest appears unnecessary, in fact making uncomfortable. Why not use the energy and effort in truly giving satisfaction to the hotel guests.
