« A good stay with helpful staff. »

The staff was fantastic. I received much assistance from the concierge for information about transportation, hotel bicycle rental and shopping. Their English language skills were not prefect but good. Even with small difficulties due to languages, the staff were motivated and committed to working with me until I was satisfied. The wireless internet was not functioning for one full day, this was quite a negative experience.

« A fairly good stay »

Overall it was fine. The bed was great. I think that for the price there should have been a bath. I find the decor of the room uninspiring - I couldn't tell you anything about it as it is so unmemorable. Also I don't like having the wash basin in the bedroom - it's a stupid design. The staff are all very friendly and professional with a very good standard of English,

« Wmstaff was not over bearing »

It was a quiet stay, I enjoyed it. Most hotels the staff overwhelms you upon arrival until you leave. This was not the case, we arrived and unloaded our bags, and made our way to the check in desk where we were greeted and checked in. Then we were on our way to our room. Actually the only contact I had with the staff during my stay was checking in and checking out. Very relaxing.

Rund down property (nothing like in the photographs) with very slow internet, so slow that if you are traveling on business then think twice, before choosing. To expensive for the low quality offered.

Very nice remake of the lobby, restaurant and executive lounge. Great, helpful staff. My only disappointment with this hotel was that the rooms are not setup for a business traveler. There are no outlets for computers and no chairs for working at the "counter" style desk. Unfortunately, there are no bathtubs in this style room either, which is nice for road weary travelers.

« Nice hotel, bar area over-priced and under-serviced »

The room is nice and the breakfast has plenty of options (although a bit high on price). The lounge/bar area is a bit stuffy and the service (except for one day with one young lady) was terrible. The one waitress had a lousy attitude and when my colleague ordered a vodka & tonic, she charged him a much higher price than Gin & Tonic (which was listed on the menu). She stated that vodka & tonic wasn't on the menu, so it was more.
