The room was small, run-down and very uncomfortable.Not a good value for price. One could go as far as say that the hotel's marketing of the rooms is a scam, as marketing images do match the actual state of the rooms anywhere near. Very slow wi-fi, noisy and bright AC. A good breakfast/happy hour dinner though. Nice SPA.

« Falls short of expectations. »

Rooms and hotel clean. Staff very courteous. Food overpriced, undercooked, cold and lacked varieties. Same thing every day and always raw bacon and nasty cold eggs. Same food for lunch and dinner. Leaving early was a huge hassle requiring a change in reservations and several emails and phonecalls from our corporate travel agency. Concierge service was excellent and always helped getting a taxi.

« Needs lots of improvement. . »

> Breakfast buffet boring, lacking excitement, same line of food all the time. The elderly man who looks like a Head cook standing with arms crossed. . > Elevator Button, when not illuminated, hard to read the numbers on them for choosing the Floor; Spoke to the staff many times since years ago, but no action for improvement; > No active Premier Lounge, or happy hour. . > No generosity to Higher-standing LeClubAccor members (esp. Platinum Members), such as free access to Swimming Pool or Executive Lounge or Happy Hour, which is taken for granted at other Novotel and Pullman, not only in Korea but in other countries; > Staffs standing in the hall, and bowing to passing guest appears unnecessary, in fact making uncomfortable. Why not use the energy and effort in truly giving satisfaction to the hotel guests.

« Fine for my short stay »

Wifi was fast, breakfast was good (though expensive), and room was very clean. Overall, a good experience for my short stay. This has been the only hotel in Asia were I received 1 water in my room. I requested more, but was denied since my room was a single. The room itself was the smallest room I have stayed in. It was OK for a few nights, but would be cramped for a longer stay.

Stayed about 6 times before. Very nice hotel with good facilities and excellent staff attention. Evening buffet restaurant has wide good quality choice but a little expensive. Shopping mall next door with wide choice of shops

Good. Staff was very helpful. Disappointed that there is a per use cost to the pool. Also, I brought 2 different international adapters and neither worked. I believe I've even used them before at this hotel, so that was baffling. Hotel provided adapter worked. Would like additional scotch selections by the glass at the bar.

« Great hotel, excellent room but TERRIBLE food. »

I travel to Korea quite often and stay in the area of Pullman hotel. However, most of my stay I reserve different hotels just because the food at Pullman is mediocre. For such nice hotel I don't understand why the restaurant is not bringing fresh fruits in the morning (rater than caned fruits) and change the menu to more appealing and different choices. The food has been consistently bad for the last four (4) years.

« A good stay with helpful staff. »

The staff was fantastic. I received much assistance from the concierge for information about transportation, hotel bicycle rental and shopping. Their English language skills were not prefect but good. Even with small difficulties due to languages, the staff were motivated and committed to working with me until I was satisfied. The wireless internet was not functioning for one full day, this was quite a negative experience.

Overall it was fine. The bed was great. I think that for the price there should have been a bath. I find the decor of the room uninspiring - I couldn't tell you anything about it as it is so unmemorable. Also I don't like having the wash basin in the bedroom - it's a stupid design. The staff are all very friendly and professional with a very good standard of English,
