Overall stay was quite pleasant, enjoyed my room. My biggest criticism would be the 30,000 KRW price for breakfast, for me this is doubling what the cost SHOULD be. It forced me to not eat breakfast at the hotel for the majority of the days of my stay. My colleagues also commented how high the price was for a tea or beer in the lounge, 10,000 - 12,000 for a tea is ridiculous. I thought the fitness center was the biggest and cleanest that I have ever seen at a hotel.

The room is big and clean, but some of the facilities were not in good condition. For example there minor water leakage in bathroom area. I also access the gym room. Tried three running machine and all of them were in some form of malfunction. One of them was kept making unpleasant noise when operates, the other one fail to operate smoothly, while the last one suddenly stopped while in operation. This is kind of related to safety. Please check the facilities in gym room.

I believe that the Pullman Ambassador is probably the best hotel in Changwon. Excellent service. Attentive personel speaks English well. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Tasty breakfast in the morning. What else can you ask for? Will be back!

Not a bad experience. I found the room décor to be quite dark however and not as homely as other 5 star hotels I have stayed in during the same trip. The Buffet was excellent, but quite expensive so I only used it once. Bar prices similarly pricey. Staff were very friendly.

I stayed for two nights. I stayed in the modern room which seemed a bit worn. The lighting under the console was broken and hanging low but I think the shower pods needs to be addressed. It leaked water all over the floor and was smelly. I also think that free access to the sauna and pool should be given to guests. I paid £125.00 per night without breakfast to stay and then was charged £30 for access to the pool and shower cap. I have stayed at many hotels in Korea and never been charged for access to the pool. Also I think you should change your pricing for breakfast, I am vegan and had to pay full price for essentially toast and fruit. You should either improve your vegetarian/vegan menu for guests or charge a different price for breakfast for those who don't eat meat or fish.

The property was nice, but your staff really needs help with customer service - many times their responses were very close to being rude and certainly not very helpful. Your attendant at the fitness center was the rudest person I have met in some time - customer service is not in her vocabulary.

« Bad customer service in coffee bar »

I was asked to leave the coffee bar because I had my coffee with me from the hotel restaurant. The area was almost completely empty, and I was just wanting to sit down for 5 mins and finish my breakfast coffee. The hotel restaurant closed, so I move on before heading up to my room. They girl was not friendly and told me that I could not stay there without ordering something.
