Very nice modern rooms. Liked your breakfast with both Korean food as well as European food, something for all, also liked to listen to classic music during breakfast. Nice and service minded employees, liked the service with arranging taxis for pick up at airport as well as for departure.

Nice and cleam rooms- breakfast experience is not great

The rooms were nice, clean and luxurious. However, the breakfast, which is relatively expensive, is not very impressive. The biggest issue is that of all tables available for breakfast, over half of them still had trash/food/dirty plates on them after the people had left when I arrived each morning into the breakfast area. There was only one person who was in charge of cleaning off the tables and resetting them, and it was obvious that it was not happening quick enough. Secondly, the food was very limited in terms of what was offered considering how expensive Breakfast is.

Rooms on Level 15 are very dark. Black interior and nearly no lights. Especially no proper light at the mirror (doing your make up or shaving nearly impossible) and at the closet. Bathroom area very small compared to the rest of the room. Knowing other rooms from previous stays this room was very unsatisfying. Positive: Cleaning of the room was good.

With the recent name change (Pullman to Grand Mercure), I have been hoping for some positive changes with good improvement there. However, no improvement could be found. Same facility, same rooms, same staff, same poor breakfast, not to mention no access to executive lounge, or swimming pool, even to Platinum Members.

The air conditioner never works

The actual hotel is nice. The room was small and had a strange layout; but it was always kept clean. My only complaint is the air conditioner. No matter what I did with the controls, the air would never turn on. This made it difficult to get comfortable at night.

Everything was very nice. I just should have booked a room with a desk to work from as there wasn't a comfortable work station in the room.
