The rooms were well presented and clean. The buffet had a great variety of quality food and beverages. However I think there is room for improvement to make it an even better stay for your clients: 1) The rooms lacked adequate tea and coffee for two people...one coffee or one tea per person per day is insufficient. Also it would have been good to have a herbal tea available for an evening drink or for people who don't drink tea or coffee. 2) The swimming pool and spa should be available for guests free of charge or at least at half price to the general entry fee. 3) When expresso coffee is provided at events with a large number of non-Koreans, it would be good if a milk jug was made available so people can add milk to their coffee as desired. and, most importantly , 4)Many people in our group were over 70, and were assigned rooms where the shower was over a deep bath. This made shower access dangerous for them. Ease of access to shower facilities should be a priority for your older clients. They shouldn't have to climb over anything in order to access the shower. If these issues were addressed I would increase my rating of your hotel to 9 or 10. Thanks for your time on this.

Everything was good, the first floor was amazing and the breakfast has a big variety of food. The internet doesn't have a password though so that made it difficult for some sites that require a password.

This hotel is outstanding and has a lot of amenities (pool, gym, sauna, restaurant, spa, golf driving range, etc.) Building looks great outside and inside. The room was good. It is a little expensive though so be sure to use the amenities a lot so it is worth the extra expense.

Good stay overall, but if you are going to name it Grand Mercure, it needs some changes. the rooms need better work areas for business travellers (don't force upgrade to executive room - just need real desk/chairs to work).

The room is nice, the overall experience is nice. There was two things that disappointed me : 1- the gym was under repair for 3 days during my stay, since it is an important part of my lifestyle and for a stay of 5 days, i wished i could access the gym more, but this was not possible. Being able to go to the gym is one of the things that makes me chose pullman hotel. 2. there used to be "Pains aux chocolat", chocolate kind of croissant in the past, i was disappointed not to be able to find them anylonger. BR

This was my 4th time staying at the hotel. I speak no Korean so I really appreciate the helpful, English speaking staff. The rooms are beautiful with amazing views. The location is also convenient with restaurants and shopping next door.

overall very good, quality of the hotel and staff were excellent, room was good, facilities very good, only two issues, your aircons inability to go below 22 degrees is unacceptable and the majority of the “hot” dishes at breakfast were cold or only slightly warm, this has food safety implications and needs to be resolved urgently.

Experience at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms/facility where really clean. Grand Mercure had everything you ever wanted in hotel and more. The only downside was the Air Conditioning. Lobby area was hot, as well as the room.

My benchmark for hotels is usually a Marriott Courtyard. This hotel was similar to a business type of Fairfield Inn. It was a basic hotel with a basic room. The hotel felt old and worn, but good enough for me for the two nights I was there.

The staff were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. My room was comfortable, but it took a while to learn how to use the air conditioning controller. One floor tile in the hallway next to closet is loose and would make a noise when stepping on it. Cleaning service in room was very good. Fitness center is clean, machines are getting older. Breakfast is enjoyable, but still too expensive.

Nice rooms that could have been improved with some hooks to hang clothes. Mainly disappointed with breakfast which was cold when it shouldn’t have been. Good choice though. Staff were welcoming. Evening buffet was very very expensive
