Very happy with Hotel & Staff, but very disappointed that i can not get Fox News Channel on the TV... you have CNN but no Fox. Other hotels in area have Fox. This will certainly impact my decision to stay with you as i am an American and like to get my local news..

Our room was very clean and the hotel was very nice however the staff could have had better customer service, I feel that because we were lower class we didn't get treated the same as other guest. We should have done better research considering we went down with kids for the theme park, a more family orientated hotel would have better suited our needs.

The rooms were comfortable. I had booked a suite and requested early check in as it was my son's wedding day. We had called in the morning before heading over to confirm whether or not we would be able to have early check in. We were advised that we would be fine for early check in and arrived early only to find out that they had granted late check out to the Friday night guests. This was extremely frustrating as we would have made different arrangements.

However, I have shared your feedback with the rest of the departments to ensure to clarify to a guest for any early check in request that is never guaranteed and my front office team are all aware that we can not guaranteed any early check in request but we are always more than happy to assist the guest if their room is ready and available since we don't control the room availability as the housekeeping department try their best to have the rooms available as soon as they can. Our room had some issues. The clothing rack came down when we went to hang up clothing and the bathroom door would not close. My husband asked to take a plate up to his room for breakfast as we had a wedding that morning and was behind time and he was told no and was treated rudely by front desk. He then asked for a coffee which he was charged for. Not happy with customer service for rooms. If you have an upset customer probably a good idea not to charge him for a coffee. That would have gone a long way. Especially since we are responsible for a whole block booking plus room rental for brunch. We did rent out space for brunch the next morning and it was amazing! I dealt with a great lady named Astrid who was extremely professional and helpful. The food was amazing as was the service.

I was referred to as sir over email, by Yasser and was not given an apology after I pointed this out. I had clearly stated that my title is Ms. I was asked our times if I needed both rooms that were accidentally booked. I said no each time. he chek in was inconvenient and void of any warmth, hospitality or attention to detail. My room did not have a robe or slippers, but my colleague had these items. The WiFi didn't work at first and I had to call tech support, who were more helpful and more kind than the front facing staff. No one offered to help me with my bag either, and I found that quite rude.

The service for lunch was a little slow and the waiter kept getting mixed up. There was a group of 10 at our table and he was trying to get the order and the rooms right. I was disappointed when I received my soup. It was good but it certainly would have been nicer to have more than half a ladle. The breakfast was outstanding. My husband and I both enjoyed it.

Lodgings were fine. Shower curtain smelled ask the desk to replace it. They said they would, when came back from dinner it still smelled. Spoke to the desk again and they said there was no staff on to do it and it would have to wait until the morning. Had no choice but to shower with the smelly curtain. TV remote didn’t work well, buttons had delayed response. On check out we were charged for a pay to use music channel we didn’t order, had to argue with front desk to reverse the charges, didn’t appreciate the lecture on how ordering pay per view works.

Their was people on 6th floor banging doors tell 1am in the morning total disrespect for other people-the food I order the wings were greasey not eatable -if I could i would give you a zero rating-I talked to the lady at front desk in the morning she didn't seem to care much in my opion--she didn't even give me a discount for the inconvenice not a good stay -over priced -now I checked my receipt on my credit card now instead of 288.00 its 352.00 not sure why I didn't sign for this price-the company I work for is on corstate ave and we have a lot of peple come in from out of town as of right now I will make sure we wont be staying at your hotel-I am a very unhappy person about your hotel -41… cell thank you.theri was no coffee in my room only expresso I like coffee not a happy stay
