My stay at your hotel was just for one night, as I had an early breakfast/meeting at the Eagles Nest Golf Course in Vaughan. I arrived after Dinner on Thursday and attended the meeting then returned to check out. I was not aware that the Hotel allowed pets, which I likely would have avoided if I knew, but within 5 minutes of entering the room I heard barking. Once I walked into the bathroom all I could smell was Cat Urine, It was terrible. When I woke up in the morning my eyes were so puffy, I think in a time when we are aware of allergies and the effect of "scents" that a place like yours would be much more aware. It was just as bad as if I had stayed in a smoking room years ago!

Great hotel, could have done without our neighbour's partying and banging all night
