Today me and my friend went for a massage at grand Mercure tattva spa its was an amazing experience.Try their signature tattva massage it's exceptionally good,The herbal tea after the session was so good i wanted to purchase it but unfortunately they make their own tea so😔. Overall best therapy I had till date.

The staff and breakfast were wonderful -- as was the food at dinner. The room was clean and spacious. However, the rooms that I and my colleagues stayed in are in need of better maintenance (e.g., shower head leaks all over the place, room safe needed to be *replaced* etc.) to be consistent with the level of the hotel.

Shout out to the staff at Grand Mercure Bangalore. The friendliness and customer orientation is outstanding! Great breakfast and dinner options, very tasty. Rooms are clean but a little outdated, therefore only 9/10 rating. (did not use pool or gym, so no evaluation for those)

Great accommodation amidst the serene and peaceful Koramangla settings. Would highly recommend business and leisure stay at the Grand Mercure. I have been here for multiple weeks stay and everything was perfect! Staff is attentive, responsive and takes care of every detail to make sure guests feel at home. Will think of no other place to stay when in Bengaluru. Special shout out to Avinesh for making check in and check out a breeze!
