It was very good. We’re extremely touched by Mr. Nitish Bhat, Duty Manager who walked the extra mile to ensure my younger son’s strolley which got left out at the Airport be collected and safely delivered to our Hotel Room. We appreciate his initiative and efforts in ensuring the above and are ever so grateful to him to bring the smile back on our son’s face.

Well located and people have excellent disposition. Security at entrance gates a little overdone considering guests are known after first night. The rooms are adequate, not great. Breakfast is good, though two things could be improved: 1) fresh orange juice is not available and 2) the variety of fruit is quite limited.

Excellent, from the arrival at the airport to be greeted and assisted by Raj, the informative journey to the hotel where the driver pointed out all the main sights and gave some history of the area. Arriving in the hotel to a warm welcome and efficient check in, it was late so ordered a delicious meal of Onion soup and Chicken Karthi roll from room service. Breakfast next day had a varied selection of food and drink and I thoroughly enjoyed the eggs benedict - highly recommended. Sadly I did not use the spa or swimming pool as I then had a full day in the office. The drivers to and from the hotel were also very friendly and delivered me safely in each direction. I wish I had been able to stay longer but travelled back to the UK the next day. Will definitely return next time I am in Bangalore.

Room stay was good, But I couldn't watch any shows from Mobile and the next room person could hear the voice. Please improve the noise proof to manage the Mobile speaker sound.

Hotel is comfortable, team with great service attitude. Breakfast buffet was having many different dishes. But it seems environmental aspects could be respected in more extend, e.g. air condition is always switched on by room maids although me as guest is out and although outside temperature is around 21 - 25degrees Celsius only. Also light is switched on when entering the room after a working day. Do not know if it was burning all day, but I must assume this. And this happens in a room with number 221 which is advertised at the room door to be especially environmentally concerned.

The ac was leaky.. the entire area where the table was with the amenities, collected water in the morning. When this was reported in the morning to the front desk, the receptionist said we will inform the ac repair guys ( don't exactly remember the term she used) ..

The room service is bad. I need to call and remind room service twice for anything. Room is not maintained at all and the plumbing is bad. The air-conditioning doesn't work, and when it does, smells. If it wasn't for the company accomodation i would have stayed elsewhere.

Extremely personalised and professional service by every staff member. From front office to folks in the restaurant, chefs taking care of the minutest details was praiseworthy. Good location, amenities and the breakfast room and food menu are really good. I do not choose 10 mark, for a small detail, but I had asked in pre check in, to get the air con turn off or at minimum 27 Celsius degrees or more, and the air con was on and at freezing 19 Celsius degrees... a bid bad for the planet, and for health and comfort.

Great place to stay in Bangalore. Staff were always friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was incredible, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and taxi drivers were always available and punctual. I recommend this place to anyone, and will be staying here again when visiting Bangalore.
