Had a very good stay at the hotel. People were very nice especially Sidarth, Abdul and Nina -> They really made my stay perfect. Rooms could be cleaner as there were a lot of small bugs on the ground in the bedroom.

Good, your property is so called 5 star property but i dont find the 5 star facility, you are giving voucher of spa but slot availability was not there, swinging pool frogs and snakes are coming out, your dinner pool side is good

I only stayed overnight . The staff was friendly and quick to get us to our rooms considering it was super late & we were very tired . Room was well appointed . Breakfast assortment was good. Short and sweet stay

The location is not very good for business purposes. The property seems pretty old however I must say it is decently well maintained. The staff is good but can be a bit more warm and homely. I did not find it worth the price I paid for the stay.

Very pleasant stay - the staff was very friendly, the pool and gym are welcome, but rooms need updating.

Apart from what you usually expect from the Grand Mercure standard, this one deserves a special mention for the great culinary experience. probably the best Indian food I got in Bengaluru, just a foot step from the pool. If you happen to stay over the week end, I especially recommend the brunch experience. Good taxi service (a special tahnks to Naveen for having been my patient driver in such a heavy traffic for all the duration of my stay)

Excellent service from the staff, very professional and helpful. The rooms are ok, but the AirCon seems to be the major issue, as it is very noisy.

I shouldn't be asked to submit ID at every visit if I am already in the system. I arrived at 1:30 am at that point would have really appreciated if every was ready and if I could have straight away walked into my room after showing my ID. The extra ten minutes to check me in and make a photo copy of my ID was unnecessary...especially for repeat guest and accor members.
