Spent an amazing 3 weeks at the Grand Mecure Hotel in Bangalore. From the moment I got picked up by V Rajkumar at the airport my experience was flawless. The standard of the facilities at the hotel are only superseded by the service. A big thank you to Neha, Jishu, Sai and Bhagirath who made my stay so pleasurable. My room was fantastic and the food was delightful. So overall I am so impressed and would recommend anyone to stay there. My stay came to an end being driven back to the airport by the most engaging, articulate gentleman who's name I don't know but he and all the staff are a credit to the hotel. THANK YOU.

Room was OK. Dinner was good. Breakfast OK. Problem was reception / front office. Not efficient in checking in and checking out. Biggest issue is that the system did not calculate tax correctly and by default overcharged. I caught it, but some of my colleagues did not and have to come back. It is unacceptable that the billing system automatically spits out bills that overcharge the customer...

Everything was good except the housekeeping. I had to remind multiple times to get the broken things fixed. The toiletries were not placed correctly. Even I had to call up every day for laundry bags. So from that perspective it was horrible and that’s something I didn’t want to experience in any of my trips ahead !!

Would like to let you know that my stay at Grand Mercure Bangalore was as usual very good, Miss Rina, as usual very nice and caring Miss Likhitha, Mr Bhagirath and Mr Villas took very good care of me giving me all my favourite meals, was very nice to meet again Mr Subhagit Panda who always knows my favourite bf items, and serves them always with a big beautiful smile. Im realy sorry i forgot the name of two gents the one who set my bill and also cheked me in second stay after i came back from Mangalore. the second gent is also from reception i met him 2/3 times i think also very nice and caring. im sorry i forgot the names, also was very nice of you to come and say hi to me. I also would like to tell mangalorian gent from kitchen his neer dosa is best i ever ate, sorry i dont know his name.
