Your staff is uniformly amazing. Breakfast was awesome. The room (one bedroom suite) was great, especially as you gave me an upgrade after I expressed dissatisfaction with the studio suite I got originally.

The staff is very professional and very nice. Overall quality is good. I personally like the gym. The pool is open from 7 to 7 but in weekdays it gets difficult to find time during the open hours. The location of the hotel is also good. Not too loud since it's in a housing locality. Breakfast is really nice.

We prefer not to have this feedback & suggestions published on your website. Appreciation > Different types of welcome drinks at the reception lobby is simply superb. Total Hygiene & cleanliness is excellent. > Security check system is excellent. > Entire staff is courteous & helpful. > Express check-in is also quick. > Overall our stay was comfortable. Feedback > Hotel is not value for money. > We all had dinner without roti. > Water temperature in shower was changing by itself. Maybe due to pressure pump getting automatic on/off. > Room Pillow sizes are big. Twin bed size is small, In deep sleep, i fell down from the coat. > There is no safety grill in window opposite beds, please check I maybe wrong as I had not opened the sliding low level big size glass window. suggestion > Paneer main course cuisine in buffet breakfast is not advisable. Overall breakfast is excellent. > As our occupancy was triple sharing, Housekeeping department must be informed to provide extra toiletries & tea / coffee kits with mug for the extra guest. We appreciate your positive comments on our variety of welcome drinks at the reception, cleanliness of the hotel, our security and check-in process, breakfast buffet and most importantly on the courteousness and helpfulness of our staff. I have discussed your comments on the roti service with my Food & Beverage Manager. While I must mention that Indian breads are served on the table as opposed to keeping them on the buffet on account of maintaining freshness, I apologize that this did not happen when you dined with us. With reference to your feedback on the safety grill, please allow me to confirm that all our windows are fitted with double paned strengthened glass and are sealed for the safety and security of our guests. The twin bedded in all our rooms have the standard size of a single beds (6 ½ by 3 feet). However I have noted your feedback and will ensure allotment of king size beds for future stays. My Executive Housekeeper and Chief Engineer have been personally briefed on your feedback on water temperature and the placement of amenities and we will ensure improvements in this areas. Very good experience overall. Friendly Staff. Very nice bedroom. As potential for improvement: products in the bathroom (soap / shampoo) smelled and felt somewhat "cheap", we needed to wait quite long (15~20min) to get transport to the airport (we did not plan in advance, made it on time, and got an even better vehicle, so I wouldn't really complain).

- Spacious room - Good facilities with restaurants, spa and gym at the premise. Unclear things: - How room supplement charges are calculated - I booked through Egencia/Expedia and got told there is a differential tax amount I have to pay. It also took forever through email loops to get the invoice/receipt for that differential tax amount. - There are days I got 2 bottles of water and days that I dont. Why?

I am sorry that your experience on the billing was a concern; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. I am addressing this matter with my Executive Housekeeper regarding your concern regarding the irregularity in replacement of water bottles. I can assure you this was a true exception to our normal practices. Also regarding your query on Room Supplement charges, we would like to inform that while your booking was made through Expedia without breakfast included our team on check-in with our permission added breakfast at an additional cost of Rs. 649+Taxes which shows as the Supplement charges. With regards to the delay in getting an invoice for the tax difference, we regret to inform that due to technical glitches with Expedia regarding the revised Government tax the hotel was advised to collect the differential tax amount. However since the payment for room was partially through Expedia and the tax difference was paid at the hotel there was a delay in generating the invoice that you had requested. We believe that you have received the invoice for your accounting purpose. Hope we could assist you with your query and we would be glad to be at your service. . We appreciate your sharing your appreciations and also your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future.
