Hi Wonderful property and good ambiance to stay. but you need to concentrate on House keeping service. Rooms are not cleaned properly and kept old or used towel. no fillings in Bath rooms (Soaps Shower gel or Shampoo) pls concentrate on house keeping rest all is fine.

Stayed for 3 nights on a business trip. Arrived early evening. Check-in took very long because the person seemed to be a complete fresher. Did cintinously asked me questions, what I will do in BLR instead of doing the process. Got a smoker room - i am not a smoker ,-( Was to much in a hurry, to complain because the smell was not too strong. Room is ok but not really well maintained - cleaniness in the detail is on very Indian average level, but not on a international standard! Used the gym - ok, but same problem with Indian cleaniness. Used the restaurant - is good! Wanted to have lunch on Saturday, but could not because restaurant is closed. instead needed to have buffett at the pool side. Again Indian style cleaniness. Check-out i was "lucky" to have the same guy from check-in. Again he seemed to be rather confused and wasn't able first to split the bill into accomodation and food. Wanted to receive the bill on e-mail, which did not work on the first attemt, because he send me a empty document ...

I booked this hotel expecting a 5* relaxing business hotel. The rooms were perfect, but the pool and spa experience was not. Over the weekend the pool area music was way too loud and felt more like a 3* party hotel. I booked for a relaxing spa massage treatment and all I could hear over the relaxing spa music was the loud music from the pool. These rooms either need to be better insulated or clearly advertised that at weekend do not try to relax and use the spa/pool between these areas. I would not rate this hotel at 5*, I would put it 4* at best and I will not be staying here in future and go back to the Oberoi

It was a terrible experience. I was ordering veg food and your room service guy was rattling out all non-veg items. I got a horrible veg soup and despite several requests didn't get a hard bread. TV in the room was not working with the remote

Generally pleasant and nice stay. However, i feel some minor issues in the water tap in the bathroom. Water drain was very slow in the basin. It was fixed and the problem appeared again after couple of days.
