From the moment I arrived to moment I left the team couldn’t do enough to make sure my stay was good. Special mention for Utsab and Sai in 12th Main Resturant for exceptional service. The hotel offers 2 restaurants, a pool and gym facilities which is everything you need for a long haul trip. Looking forward to returning already!

« Nice hotel »

We stayed as a family of 3 adults and one child for 1 night on our way to Chikmagaluru.All the rooms are suite rooms with large spacious living area with a kitchenette. The food is good with plenty of choices. Staffs at the reception and restaurants are well behaved .Overall had a good experience.

« No service No manner No good communication , being Platinum members in this hotel is just a joke. »

This hotel should never be in Accor it can't live up to the service the quality and the treatment of a platinum member, they give different advice and my card couldn't get discount even the one I gave it too say I could, this is not ok

« Wonderful hotel overall; needs little more attention to detail. »

Excellent staff, delicious food, airy, clean rooms, great security! The manager-on-duty Ajay accommodated my request to not be too close to the glass door on the first floor, because it slams with a loud bang each time someone passes through. I have mentioned this in the past, however the problem persists. Ajay upgraded me to a larger room on the lesser-used 5th floor. Great room! However, several items in the room were out-of-date and unusable, e.g. the body lotion was from a previous batch used several years ago. I know because I have stayed at this hotel on eight different occasions since 2011. The lotion was dried up and would not extrude from the tube. The liquid creamer for the coffee was old and curdled in the coffee. I threw all the creamer out. The replacement creamer did the same thing the next day. Finally, on the third day I was lucky! The creamer was fresh, tasted good, and did not curdle. The air-conditioning system was faulty, I could not regulate it properly from the room, despite two attempts by the engineer to fix it. The gym has two TVs which rarely function. Twice the engineers came, they could not be fixed. Message was 'SetToP" box signal not available. I guarantee they are still non-functional as I write this. Of all my stays at the Mercure, this was the most disappointing. Will I stay there again? Yes, because I believe the problems can be fixed, and will be fixed by the time I go back in June.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food are very tasty, both Indian and Western food. There were many variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Room was clean and spacious. The security are very strict, we felt very secured.

Far away from the city centre. It takes around 40 minutes from MG Road during peak traffic time. In the middle of residential apartments, it is not ideal for business travellers. Quality of food is terrible and items are over priced.

It was nice experience.The bed room and living room was done well.The bedding was comfortable.It felt being in a small apartment.The best part was the cooking area with water purifier and other equipments.But the lighting could be improved in certain areas.The work bench was not having good lighting.The small balcony experience was nice to enjoy the Bangalore weather. The breakfast quality was nice.A few staff could haven been little more courteous.But there were some really good service staff in all restaurants. The restaurant near pool was also having wonderful service. Ckeck in & Check out were really good .I was given a free upgrade which I liked.It this had been a 24 hr check in check out system it would be really convenient for people arriving by train from another city in the morning . My wife also very much liked the experience.While I was to office she really felt people helpful and felt safe being in the place.the location is at nice residential area which adds to it.

Staff --- terrific Food --- Chef David works from dawn to dark to present a thoughtful and changing menu of well prepared food Architecture -- high ceilings with good light in the suites Fitness Center and Pool -- great light and ok equipment // need to turn off the perfume machine in the gym.

The accommodations, food, and staff were excellent. Absolutely everything I would look for when traveling. I booked a "suite" during one stay and it was very luxurious, with a living room, a bedroom, kitchen, and deck. I stayed in a "regular room" on a subsequent visit and found it very comfortable.

US-style spacious rooms, outstanding beds and linens, scrupulously clean, great mix of foods with enough South Indian food on the breakfast menu for a full Indian breakfast, lovely, quiet, open-air restaurant terrace. A bit hard to find and not really within walking distance of anything, but that's the price to pay for peacefulness in a rather noisy big city. This was my second stay and I plan to stay there again whenever I am in Bangalore.

We had a good stay at the hotel . The hotel website mentions availability of baby sitting services. However when we enquired about it, the hotel staff was completely unaware of it and we're not able to accomodate our request. As such our evening plans fell flat and hubby had to attend the event alone. Very disappointed :-(
