I stay at this property frequently because I always feel at home. The staff is wonderful, the facility is first class and in a great location. My only regret for this stay is that it was only for a couple days and I couldn't stay longer!

In regard to your comments on areas like transport, laundry, housekeeping our team have investigated the same and we sincerely regret we had some lapses. Our Executive Housekeeper is personally briefed on the Laundry and the lack of replenishing the shampoo in your room which we would be more careful and also would be enhancing with required training for our team as well. Pertaining to transport concern I understand from our team that there was request for your pickup, however while the car was organized we had received a cancellation call from your office and latter a call was received again for organizing pickup which took some time. Keeping in mind the Bangalore traffic, we would appreciate if we had one point contact to reach out to you for all office transport arrangement. If we have missed out on understanding the transport concerns, may we request you to share us the inadequacies you experienced by writing to me, I would be truly grateful. This was my first visit to the Hotel and I was pleasantly informed by the front office that I was upgraded to a 2 BHK room for the same price. The room looked elegant, neat and was very comfortable. I faced 2 issues. (1) Since the wifi router is close to the front door, network is very poor in the second bedroom. (2) The plumbing for the washroom basin in the 2nd bedroom needs to be improved as the water flow is very slow.

« Extremely pleasant & comfortable »

I stayed during the working week. The staff were approachable, polite and gave assistance when required but also knew when to leave. For example, at dinner time, the staff could make small talk but then leave you to enjoy dinner in peace. It is a delicate balancing act which the staff at the Grand Mercure had perfected. The staff went over and above their job role making sure I sampled some traditional Indian Delicacy’s.

« Treated like a princess »

I visited India for business and stayed at Grand Mercure for approx. 10 days. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, outgoing, willing to assist, and treated me like a Princess. I even had a room on the Princess Floor! The food was amazing. On the last night, the staff went out of their way to create a special dessert, took personal pictures, etc. What a warm feeling. It was very sad to have to leave. I look forward to my next trip to see all the 'friends' I met at Grand Mercure! Siri, Neha, Sai, Ifran, Nikita to name a few.....all AMAZING!!! I highly recommend staying at the Grand Mercure!

« The best guys ever »

I stayed there for 3 months and everybody made the best to make us feel comfortable. The rooms are big and have everything to have a good stay. Amazing bed and a pillow menu to adjust to costumer preferences. The restaurants (BY the blue and 12th Main) have amazing waiters and the chefs are really good. I have no complains at all.

I liked the Hotel and its good shape and Quality. The Service is great, nothing to complain there about. For future, i would ask for a better room mangement, as i didn't got any room at Arrival, which is not nice if you had a Long journey and want a rest before starting into your day.

« Great hotel located in a nice neighbourhood »

I stayed in Bangalore for two days only and have chosen the Grand Mercure hotel on purpose. It was not too far away from the downtown and as I was traveling for leisure only, this was pretty good. The hotel itself is very good and I can recommend it. It has a high quality standard and takes a lot of care for their guests. My room was spacy, clean (which is very important to me) and well prepared before my arrival. The breakfast is important to me as I like to start my day with a solid foundation. The Grand Mercure hotel offers a full range of breakfasts - continental, american and indian. I tried the Massala Dosa and it was very good. On top, I went for some continental stuff, which I also liked (e.g. bread, butter, jam). One of the advantages is the neighbourhood: it is very quiet compared to hotels next to the Outer Ring roads or in the heart of the downtown. I really liked this a lot and this made the trip perfect. Needless to say that everyone from the hotel staff was making my stay comfortable.
