Food very good Hotel rooms tidy, but some might need renovation in future (esp. bathroom) Sink in bathroom congested Fitness -> exceptional good Drinks -> beer in summary extremely expensive; for some brands you should give a warning before order (Corona 750 !!!! - In all my countries I travelled I never had such an exceptional high price for a beer) Shop in hotel very helpful and nice -> you should advertise it more

« First Floor Rooms is a little Dark and Damp »

Good location as it is close to my office. I could get there in 20 mins even with traffic. The room on the first floor for ladies is a little dark. Further, there are too many switches and some of the power outlets do not work. The bathroom lights are also too dark.

« my stay was pleasant and the staff extremely friendly and welcoming »

I was only in this place for 2 short nights, my room was huge and fresh flowers and fruit were presented at the beginning, I did not have the opportunity to have breakfast, but liked the polite and welcoming staff as well as the pool and fitness area as well as the excellent food in the restaurant

I enjoyed the stay in general. Some small details might be increased: AC was not cooling down properly (feels like no automatic mode). Towels were smelling a little bit like they were stored in a moisture environment. Not a big deal all in all.

« Was let down multiple times »

1. Check in - I arrived in an Ola Auto and the security did not allow the auto inside the hotel. 2. Check out - I informed on arrival that I might shorten my stay to 2 nights (my reservation was for 3 nights). The check in agent told me I could inform them on the 2nd night, but when I did, I was told I would be charged the 3rd night tariff as retention. I was extremely disappointed. 3. On the day of check out, I requested for a wake up call at 4am that never came! 4. The finger bowl at the restaurant didn't have warm water! Quite disappointing to be honest.

Our objective has always been to ensure that all employees are customer-focused and all guest concerns and requests are handled efficiently and I sincerely apologize that this was not your experience with my team. It is apparent that there were multiple shortcomings during your stay and many opportunities for us to have created better memories. Please may I assure you that I have personally addressed each one of your feedback with the concerned department heads with due seriousness to ensure that our service standards only continue to improve. Having conducted a thorough investigation into the points shared by you, please allow me to explain some aspects of the concerns shared by you: Hotel safety & security procedures do not allow auto rickshaws inside the hotel premises, and I apologized that this negatively impacted your hotel experience. Our reservation policies and credit management guidelines require amendments in departure dates to be done 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-out time (1200 hours). This is a basic, fiscal ‘health-check’ in our billing process and is also the norm followed at most business hotels across the globe. I assure you that there are no dubious intentions attached to this process. I sincerely apologize for the delay in your wake-up call & the inappropriate temperature of the finger bowl and I have addressed this personally with my Training Manager and relevant Department Heads. Once again, please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience faced by you.
