Generally pleasant and nice stay. However, i feel some minor issues in the water tap in the bathroom. Water drain was very slow in the basin. It was fixed and the problem appeared again after couple of days.

Whenever I travelled to Bangalore, I stayed in Grand Mercure. Rooms, breakfast, restaurant, staff, wellness and sport is really good. Only concern I have this time is with the reservation. There were some issues with HRS and the hotel that were clarified via me. My expectation is that this is clarified between HRS and the hotel directly.

Excellent for both food and staff. Everyone is so happy and welcoming from reception, drivers and housekeeping ( Mimi Mukherjee did a great job) it to mention the dining staff and chefs who all took time to speak and Nothing was too much trouble. I’m looking forward to going back .

The hotel & rooms are dated and in need of refurbishment. The shower tiles & glass were continually covered in limescale stains. The service and food in "By the Blue" was very good, except for the one evening when a senior manager turned up to our table and didnt introduce himself. He then tried to make polite conversation. There was no request if he was interupting us, he just started talked. Very strange and off putting. The service and food in "12th Main Street" was disappoint. The pizza felt like it had come straight out of the frozen supermarket isle and the service was terrible. We sat with empty drinks on our table for 15 minutes. It was only when we finished our meal did our servers notice us again and offer us new drinks - at which point it was too late and we paid and left. A further sales oppertunity was lost. The airport pickup on arrival was fantastic a great service and driver. The airport drop was not so fantastic. A much smaller car, and erratic driver left us slight bemused at the end of our trip. Not a good final impression of the hotel.

Overall extremely satisfied. Staff was great, so many I am having a hard time personally naming individuals. My stay with 3 weeks and the staff made this visit as close to home as it could be.

The apartment was great. Lot of space and very clean I like it. Air conditioning was always switch on even when switched off on my side, which is for me not necessary. Very good breakfast and nice team !

Everything was good, Your Staff is very polite. I have 1 concern that even faced by my collegue. We noticed that you guys don't re-fill us bathroom amenities frequently. I used same shower cell, shampoo , conditioner fro 4 days. on 5th day when my shower gel was empty, housekeeping guy took it but didn't put the new 1 there. I expect these small things should be refilled on daily basis. If we go to gym and bath 2 times daily, how will i use the same shower gel /shampoo/soap for 3 days?? i told this to reception and then they fill it up.. Else everything was good. Guys, we pay 5700/day .. These small things should be changed on daily basis no matter what.
