« Nice hotel »

Nice hotel at the great area “Moscow city” with skyscrapers. Bad is that the hotel is just 7 floors despite the location. All other building are much more higher. The view from the room is not great, cause you can see construction plots. Besides it was a bit cold in the room, because of the huge windows from floor to the ceiling. The size of the room is quite fine. Mattress was not soft.

« Facilities are ok, personnel needs improvements »

I was happy to get a ugrade to bigger room, because I know I need to organize a business meeting and concequently I was able to keep it in my room. Disappointment was that when I tried to order water to my room from roomservice, nothing happend. After 45 minutes I called again and again nothing happens. What kind of room service is this? Also some communication improvement needed with the reception staff. When leaving, I was paying also room from my collegues behalf. There was some some missunderstanding with the invoice as I was paying room also from my collegues behalf. Talkative and nice girl went completely mute when when trying to clarify the problem... then she took manager to sort issue out and I needed to explain everything again. Strange way to sort out a question, which had nothing too do with the money, only how to present it in the invoice.

« Good stay only problem air condition »

Staying was good but only problem was air condition, heating was not working but they fix it at 2 a.m. in the morning around 40 minutes. While check out, one lady come and apologize for this problem. Thanks for it.

Thanks for friendly stuff, cosy room and amazing location However, it would be nice to have bathrobes prepared in the room in advance, as well as dental supplies Moreover, we were disappointed not to be notified about proper parking location. Therefore, our car stayed at Moscow city territory and the price for parking was very high. If we knew about the correct location of hotel parking from the hotel stuff, I could rate my experience with the hotel higher

« great location for business trips but rooms w/o fresh air and polyester bedding made we suffer »

Location great Breakfast good, close to great, but of coure not that great as in Radison (former Ukrain) Fiteness ok, longer opening hourse for sauna would be better, for someone comming after busyday rooms w/o fresh air are to stifling and airless, AirCon does not realy help polyster bedding was provoking small lightning

« This was a very short stay and was ok in general. »

It was ok and comfortable given the close location to the business building. Although I did not like the room at first place due to some smell in the room, I was able to reach out an agreement with Reception and change a room after a couple of comments and requests. Also, one thing for future I would recommend to offer a bath robe in the room.
