The hotel is very clean and luxurious. Staff were really friendly. Only issue is that price excluded breakfast and the cost of breakfast was way over priced in my opinion. I think that there should be a B&B option when booking that is not at a cost of over $10 for breakfast.

The overall stay was good thank you, however when it comes to payment for my stay I always choose to pay in the local currency as my bank offers me the best available exchange rate. However this is the first time I was not offered an option to pay in the local currency, in fact you have made this decision for me by choosing to pay in GBP. Not happy about that at all!

the room was very nice, there was a lot of noise from the street, the heating did not work and the small heater I got only partly helped, staff at reception was nice, but some obviously new and not yet fully competent, the bar and restaurant have the non-atmosphere of a big hall, not cosy the location is perfect for my needs, so I will come back most likely

I liked the room and the beautiful view. However, my laundry was delivered late and was not ready by the time I was checking out. I had to make an additional trip the day after to collect it. No explanation was given to me on why this happened and it was extremely inconvenient to me.

Again problems with airport transportation

Accommodation was OK, but again had problems with airport transportation organized by hotel. last time I was at your hotel, reception organized me local taxi company for airport transport. They charged me additionally waiting time, although I was enter taxi before my ordering time. You hotel charged my AMEX c and with out any explanation. this time I used hotel transportation to airport, payed 4000RUB and driver choose some route through highway and asked me for additional cash to pay the tools. I did not asked to use highway, was not in a hurry to catch the plane and did not any cash with me. This made for me very embarrassing situation, although I used hotel transportation. Your reception should warned me for this potential issue. From my point of view if I pay 4000RUB for airport transportation I do not expect any additional expenses (like tools, parking ...) unless I asking for some additional special service (waiting time more than 1 hour...) This behavior ruins overall hotel experience, which in general I am satisfied.

- Not located in downtown but easy access to subway - New building, modern decoration - More space (junior suite) with complimentary minibar - Check-in process takes time despite already completed online check-in. Fast check-out though (just dropping keys) - Helpful staff (when I ask to change payment of my online booking from one credit card to another) - Suggest to clean drainage (there’s hair clogged causing very slow drainage) - Massage chair in front of elevator. It’d be better to have menu in English.

It was a family trip, we were in junior suite room, which was very comfortable in terms of accommodation for 2 adults and 2 kids; We were pleasantly surprised by the chocolate candies upon check in and free of charge mini bar. The whole setup (free mini bar, coffee, tea and water as compliment) is a very smart move from your management, as it is bringing to the guests (us) really good mood for the whole stay. I am frequent traveller and have a really unpleasant experience from visiting other well known hotels, where the offers in the mini bar for example are extremely expensive and just bring frustration that the mini bar exist. Regarding cleanliness - we were satisfied by the way the hotel room was cleaned every day. Just please pay attention to the necessary regular maintenance and do not let the hotel to become dirty with the time. Some angles in the bathrooms, behind and under the beds should be clean in addition to day-to-day maintenance. The service on the front desk was extremely satisfied, warm welcome, without unnecessary delays in check in process. Breakfast - nice variate of food, very nicely surprised by asian food availability. Just as recommendation - The tables near the windows can be covered with tablecloth as well. The only thing which was missing by me and my kids was the hot milk. Last but not least - the area with table soccer and play stations was appreciated by the kids, the only comment to bring additional value - if possible by legal point of view - to invest several roubles in 3-4 Play Station games (for example Soccer, game with Car race, toy games), just to utilize it fully. Yamaguchi massage chair - extremely nice! Location of the hotel is very good, but you know it. Only positives from us! Thank you very much. I will recommend this hotel to my colleagues and friends and hope will come again soon by business.

This property should not be branded as Novotel. No way it is a 4 star hotel. Room is small. Bed is uncomfortable. It seems to be a thin topper on top of a box spring, not a real mattress. Toiletries are inadequate, only shampoo and shower gel. No conditioner, lotion, vanity kit, dental kit, etc. like other 4 star hotels. Check-in staffs are unfriendly and inattentive. Overall this hotel only deserves 3 stars.

I had issues getting assistance for transportation via Hotel and be paid through the hotel. At check out.- I am still waiting my copy of the check out receipt, despite 3 email I already sent since check-out. As i was told that the system was down and I will be receiving the receipt by email which up today did not happened.
