Disorganized,When i was paying i saw some bill in my name but weren't mine it brings me a frustrated situation.

Overall ok, but had a problem with my key that took long time to be fixed.

Overall it was a good experience, but my key card couldn`t open the room. Just after check in, I went to room 566 but the key didn`t work, luckily there was an employee at the floor that opened the room for me, he asked me to go to reception again to renew the key card. I left my stuff at the room and went out for lunch, but before leaving the hotel I went to reception and they did renewed my card. When I came back from lunch the key didn`t work again, and the same employee that opened the room for me before was still at the 5th floor, he opened it again for me. After few minutes I left the room again, I came back to hotel at night and went straight to reception. I explained the situation and my key card was renewed one more time, but it didn't work, I had to go once again downstairs and explain the situation (that my key wasn't working), then the receptionist asked me to try one more time, so I went upstairs for 5th time with a non working key card. Once again I went to reception and I was asked to wait while the hotel would check what happened. About 10 minutes later I was asked to change to room 651, and had no more problems. Regards

I have stayed at the hotel for the first time due to business travel, and all the arrangements is performed by the travel agency Maringa. In the reservation voucher sent to the IBIS, it is informed some instruction about the Invoice related to the charge of my accommodation. This was not followed, and for this reason I need to involve the Finance Department from my company and the Agency that we used. The invoice was issued in my name - and for this reason it must be canceled and a new one must be issued in name of my company (ICON Pesquisas Clinicas). The issue was not resolved yet.

As participant of Le Club Accor Hotels, classified as Gold membership, I've got surprised during check in that I wouldn't accumulate points because the reservation wasn't done through out Accor App or website. I asked to my assistant to book Ibis Hotel without any description of way to get it, so he did the reservation through Expedia site, and I got surprised that this kind of reservation isn't considered to get points in Accor Le Club. For me it doesn't matter because my choose was based on my relationship through out Accor Le Club. So, from now on I'll re-evaluate if I'll keep using Accor Hotels.
