Our stay was fantastic, the staff were very helpful and looked after my family with a lot of care, they were always available to help us and assist us with anything that we required. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was out of this world, the staff were the best as they would always help us and do anything to help make our stay better,they were a great assist to this hotel. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay at an accor hotel, one of the best we have stayed at.

This hotel charges for nearly everything outside of the room except the pools. While food should have a charge, I cannot see paying as much for food and drinks as they ask you to pay. For instance, a glass of Jack Daniels is 78 yuan or roughly $12 a class. The dinner buffet was about $45 a night per person or 318 yuan. Using the other things like the arcade, golf room and so on was 30 yuan for 3 minutes or $5 for 3 minutes. If you stayed for 30 minutes that would have been $50 or 300 yuan. That is simply ridiculous to me. I am not a cheapskate , but at these prices you have to be well off, too, and not care about money.

Just to clarify that we do offer a lot of other freebies besides the room and the pool, eg the water theme park slides are free to use the whole day, besides the children’s corner with trampoline, the American pool and table tennis tables, and on a daily basis , our staff organize personal guided kids’ programs from 9am to 7pm that are completely free for all our guests’ children. Regarding the charges for food, drinks and entertainment items you mentioned, we assure you that our prices are based on Sanya’s market prices, besides higher quality and added values. For example our dinner buffet offers not only a big variety of tasty Brazilian freshly bbq’d beef, pork, chicken, lamb, fish, oysters and other seafood, it also offers 3 choices of hotpots (Thai, Sichuan, Local) with more than 15 types of DIY-cooking seafood, meat & live-seafood, cold seafood iced box that include Alaskan crabs, prawns, local crabs, sea snails, razor clams , shell-fishes and more than 10 types of local Chinese and international hot dishes, besides Chinese herbal soups, Italian pizzas, French cheeses, bread, fresh salads & various types of sauces, freshly-prepared sushi and sashimi, Arabian Sharwarma wraps, on top of a free flow of local beer, French red wine, soft drinks besides French pastries and a multi-choice of ice creams and shaved iced-drinks and more. There is a lot of added value in our buffet. On the drinks prices, we have no complaints so far from our hotel guests. This is the 1st , and we will certainly review this based on your feedback. The 3D Golf game is a high quality game and is played in a separate big dark room with a big 10 feet long 3D golf screen of more than 69 choices of virtual golf courses (include the famous Scottish St Andrews) and it has no time limit. The other 3D Safari Shooting game is another high quality game with a real shot gun replica in another separate dark room with a big 10 feet long 3D screen. This game is based on speed and time limit. While the other children arcade games are small machines and time-based, and charged like any arcades in town. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the perceived “pricing” problem, and we attach great importance to every guest's suggestions and experiences. We will make some appropriate adjustments according to your suggestions and strive to provide every guest with a very satisfactory experience. Received warm services from every staffs once we reach the hotel. We booked the 3 bedroom apartment and the unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. Superb sea view from the apartment! Hotel provide wide foods selection and there is a little breakfast corner for kids. The foods at the Chinese restaurant “The One” taste great! The hotel also provides many facilities for kid & adult. Basically Pullman Oceanview Sanya Bay is a great family resort. Overall we are satisfied and felt happy to choose this resort.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment with huge balcony and spectacular sea view. We had happy time in the free form swimming pools and great relaxed moment in the Club Lounge (Red Sun Club). The food in the Chinese Restaurant is excellent (with discount from Accorplus Card ). Really nice room and view, the food quality for sands and the chinese cruisine. The massage was very good. However the choices and the quality for breakfast and the lounge of 17/floor were below expectation. I was also surprosed that I saw a rat was running around the sand restaurant.

Great ocean views from hotel and room with fantastic hotel and catering staff. A special mention and thanks to Cindy(deputy manager of catering) who we observed to be very helpful and attentive to all guests. The executive lounge was very relaxing with a great team looking after us and thoroughly enjoyed the cheesecake. We had the opportunity to undertake some leisure activities including billiard room and he interactive safari room which was great fun. The rooms were very clean and maintained well. Loved the elephant who greeted us. The beaches were great with warm water from the China sea. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the stay and highly recommend the hotel and staff .

Unable to speak Mandarin my holiday got off to a rocky start but this quickly dissapeared as soon as I pulled up at the Pullman Lobby. Smiling friendly staff made me feel instantly welcome and safe. The amiable Nikki and Kate at reception took me under their wing and were adament to ensure my experience was going to be a great one. The rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean so kudos to the housekeeping teams. From my room on the 12th floor i had amazing views of the ocean, beach and facilities below. The hotel is huge with not only great restaurants but also a karaoke booth, shops, Movie theatre, Rifle Range ( the electronic type). The staff are what impressed me most throughout my stay.

Our arrival greeting was fantastic, it really gave us a lift after a long journey. I have to commend and congratulate you on your staff. They were friendly and courteous and the state of the hotel and the grounds showed this as everything was visually pleasant and functional from room architecture, door locks, water pressure and the landscaping/maintanenence. I congratulate your team on this. The view of my room was amazing. The breakfast was sensational! Your spa bath jets were amazing. I loved that I never needed to get up and restart the jets. My special thanks to Kate, Lee, Lane and Coco who as the English speakers in your staff were very proactive in assisting myself and my travel companion. An area of improvement needed is the wifi. Very slow and weak reception in my room. Another issue you can address is Your bar staff, both on the top floor and ground level- they were not as helpful. The moments I choose to forget about this stay is my interaction with them. Getting ice was difficult. I had tried redeem my welcome voucher. They insisted on a certain menu of coffee and juice despite their the specific page on their tablet menu and my voucher showing a the inclusion of wine, cocktail or beer. My voucher was also written in Chinese so there is no excuse for their behaviour. As the Chinese govt has lifted travel restrictions for English speakers visiting Hainan, you will see a lot more English speakers in the future. I would suggest your bar staff are retrained in language and courtesy because as you will know; the English speaking world are very serious about alcohol and are much more demanding on service than i am. For your management- you may consider providing flat soled shoes for your dining room staff. It is unsafe for them to walk around in heeled shoes after I witnessed a near accident on a daily basis. This aside, I think your staff have created a wonderful environment both atmospherically and aesthetically. I am planning to return again.

the hotel facility was not as new as some of the others, and there is also a tram ride to the suites apartment which was unexpected, making it a little more time consuming (especially in hot weather) travel backwards and forth to restaurants/bar, however the overall service was very good, the staff was friendly and offered their service whenever possible, and often checked with us if we were happy.

The receptionist are nice and helpful and she offered me a very good deal upgrade to a Oceanview business suite. However we stayed there for one nite and we found the room is not cool enough and the temp. inside the room shows 25c all the time even we turn to lowest with higher fan also the noise was so loud . Anyway talked to Anna & Kate next morning and she changed our immediately. I think they are good and efficient without asking more questions or sent somebody to check and so on blar blar blar, Anyway the rest of my stay were prefect and Anna came up to say goodbye even she wasn't on duty position . I definitely will stay with pullman on my next trip to Sanya

The reception offered a careful service when I checked out on Arp.9. I forgot some coats in the room cabniet and she helped me to get them back. But I marked housekeeping signal in Apr.08 morning at around 11:00am, but there is no clear up when I returned to my room at 15:00pm.

The great service from Pullman was impressed when I was waiting for checking in. The bellman served a wet napkin and couple yogurts, which was really good when I sweated by carrying luggage in the warm weather. The oceanview room is amazing as it has a huge balcony facing the oceanview. The only suggestion about the room is the bedding which could be improved.
