« Excellent service with nice surprises! »

Our experience with the hotel started 1 week before the trip. I was greeted by hotel ambassador Carol, understanding my needs (check-in time, bedding for kid, upgrade...) and no surprise when I arrived the hotel everything was so well prepared and my family was personally welcomed by her again. The room prepared for us was SUPERB, no only we were upgraded but also the welcome flowers, the toys for the kid, the cakes, and all along the other treats were very nice surprises. Everything is clean and we love the hotel garden and access to the beach. We enjoyed very much the hospitality and food. Definitely will recommend to friends, and will come back myself as well.

And I appreciate that I was suggested to improve the level of my room apartment due to my often visit to the Hotel. Amazing breakfasts and the short distance to beach are important for me. I visited Sanya with my wife, my son and his family in end December 2017and early January 2018. We enjoyed thoroughly our holiday. One of the important factors is we choose a good hotel. Best location, beautiful view and excellent staff. Chinese food was gorgeous. Good Chef and food quality. I would like to extend my most sincere gratitude to the Welcome Manager JoJo and Restaurant Manager Cindy. They had done a great job making us a happy and memorable holiday and stay with the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to those who look for a hotel at the good location with good hotel facilities and a good Chinese restaurant.

Appreciated Jerry from Front Desk and Fanny from GSM team, for their professional sense and kind services to my stay on Dec.24-26 (as platinum member)! It's my second time staying at Pullman Sanya Bay, vs. last time in 2015, the entire Accor team here becomes more international and more details, also the hotel facilities still keep new looking, as well as the well-designed swimming pool and sands (especially for kids). Check in was extremely professional and efficient. We wanted a view of Sanya Bay and Serena was excellent in helping to ensure that our requirement was met. Cindy looked after us at breakfast and went out of her way to ensure that we felt valued. Mr Saffian made our stay extra special, he went that extra mile to ensure the service we received was first class. The location of the hotel is right on the beach, access by a subway and a wide range of swimming pools ensures there are good facilities for familiies as well as couple and business travellers. Thank you everyone for making my 60th Birthday celebration something I will always remember.

Enjoyable stay, lovely ocean view, love the pools, especially during evening, would love to go back again. Although, check out at 12:00 is a bit rush, couldn't enjoy the lovely weather at the beach on the last day, given the horrible weather during our whole stay, another hour would be a blessing. And the only dissatisfaction about our stay is that there's a tiny part in the bathroom that hasn't been cleaned when I first arrived, was a bit unpleasant.

Every hotel staff is always ready for help & offers good services. The room is spacious, clean with considerate and lovable decorations for the hotel guest. Breakfast is very good with many varieties of both oriental & western food. The location of hotel is nice, close to the beach, not far from the airport and from the city center, easy to find a taxi or use public transportation.

Firstly ,you write wrong about my name.We booked two rooms and remark shall be together and for high floor,Actually, when we arrive the hotel, there's only saperate rooms for us.The only nextdoor room is in 2rd floor which in strange smell .Then we asked for change the room but only room in different floor for us which is unconfortable for us .....

I stayed at Pullman Oceanview Sanya Bay Resort & Spa for one night right after holiday weekend. I got upgraded and received outstanding treatment, that made my stay exceptionally one of the best I ever experienced. My stay experience was personalized and I was greeted by name during various contact points with many different hotel staff (Whom I try but cannot remember everyone's name). I was attended by the pleasant Ms Miffy during check-in and during check-out, and further greeted by the duty front-desk managers Jeffer Xiao and JoJo Liu respectively. I got an room upgrade to a level 16 room with beach view and complimentary lounge access. Shortly after entry to room, I had nice snacks and fruits delivered Mr Susan (Nepalese) and also a phone call greeting from duty manager Mr Kelvin. Sanya Bay beach is connected with Pullman resort through an underpass, where the friendly hotel security personnel greeted and gave safety reminders to fellow visitors. The staff I encountered at the lounge and lobby (Julia, Sonya, Michelle and team), and at the gym and activities area, were very pleasant and professional. So too for the house-keeping team who tided my room in the evening, and made the place comfortable for rest. During breakfast, I was constantly greeted by name and attended to the busy but dedicated team whom I only remembered Ms Leila by name. The team at Pullman Oceanview Sanya Bay Resport & Spa is very serious about service and visitor experience, and reflects a high level of discipline and attitude. I am appreciative of the efforts and treatment I received, and very impressed by the resort and team here :)

In general, everybody was really nice and helpful! Areas to improve: - We had a 'deposit' paid upfront and were only informed that the deposit was used (run out) when we tried to sign for room service. Rather than a reactive procedure, I suggested to the manager at that time that a pro-active & upfront notice would have been really nice and more service oriented. In fact, it would have allowed us to spend more money at your hotel (which I assume is something you would appreciate as well) - we were not able to use the Spa as we had initially planned to do, due to your payment procedure. - Breakfast buffet procedure was not controlled and a chaos at times. - Better internet connection at room.
