I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Regarding the sound insulation of the room, hotel is still working on it to find a good solution. And what we assure you is taht we will try our best to arrange a relatively quiet room at your next visit. The noise came from helicopter bases nearby and vehicles around Sanya Bay was unable to handled which considered as public area out of hotel reach. The hotel has only a small singing room in the lobby and music band performace in every evening.I hope this wonderful music doesn't bother your rest during your stay. Anyway,please don't hesitate to let us know what can we help at your stay. « A delightful stay for all the family. »

We loved the Pullman hotel in Sanya Bay. Service was excellent, right from when we first arrived at the hotel. The facilities for children were particularly good. Not only were there really good indoor and outdoor play areas, but we also had a crib and kids' play tent organized in the room, which was a really special touch. The food at the hotel was excellent, especially the breakfast, where there was a really impressive selection of Asian/European food with a lot of fresh fruit: everything we could have wanted. We really enjoyed the hotel pools and the private beach, which were not too busy, and had a great relaxing time! Special thanks to Vivian for helping us to organize the room and facilities and for making our stay so special. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends looking to come to Sanya!

Good service, Good location, staff friendly and caring. staff reaction quick and effective. Phone Operator Staff English to be improved. Breakfast to be more variety (to add some Muslim food, Fish, and Seafoods). Water games (splash....) needs improve and take some safety and security measures. stairs & Some places are sharp, hard and harmful. in General we liked and enjoyed the stay although the price was expensive.

I was in this hotel at the end of July with my wife and daughter and the experience was incredible. the attendant manager Jaden was sensational. A helpful, polite and quick professional who could help. We celebrated my wife's birthday at the hotel restaurant and Lelia and Grace made it unforgettable tonight. It was exciting, everything perfect, the food, the decor and especially the way they attended us, with much love and love. They care about all the details. Wonderful welcome by the management team as soon as we arrived to the hotel. Gifts for the kids and even special decoration in the suite, together with a birthday cake (yes, it was my birthday). Really great experience, Pullman really knows how to treat their Le Club Accor Platinum member. Also rooms are great and hotel facilities are truly kids friendly. We will surely come back.

like my title, it's one of the best experience in my life at least in the last 6 years as a member of accor 2 years platinum card and 3 years gold...average spending 40 to 70days in your group this is one of the best i have ever got. simply, just one of your staff, assistant front desk manager mr Jayden the young energetic guy and definitely he is going to have a much brighter career because he knows how to treat customers even I am a gold card only...and I am sure it's service from the bottom of the heart and it's not like pretending to ask what i can do for you etc...it's something born naturally when he speaks to me what i could go for the extra services...for sure if he runs a hotel or under his lead one day as a front office manager or GM he would attract a lot of customers all over china or rest of the world. examples, he email me if i need a pick up service and i needed a 7 seaters and pick up service and early check in was smooth and explained a lot about the facilities of the hotel even this pullman it's not exactly new or like super luxury but again it's good for family and nice beach and big enough for a family of 4-5 for couple of days without going anywhere.....and mr jayden walked you up the room to show what's inside the room or even if i m not satisfy i could change etc because we booked 2 rooms and even the check out night he gave me and did stay up to wave me good bye...what i m going to say is he did address my surname and even the restaurant staff and pool safe guard or concierge hotel shuttle bus guy they were all very helpful and important part is they are very polite and there to listen to what exactly you need.

because of the front office assitant manager Mr Jayden, he is simply the best. He went for an extra effort to ask anything i needed as a gold member only. basically super natural and helpful for the ability he could do e.g early check in and late check out and explaining the hotel facilities etc, will come back for another stay for sure! it's a lovely hotel as well, well adequate for a family of youngsters, parents and grandparents there are plenty of things to do just within the hotel for 3 days at least! beach front, pool facilities and children playground etc, very closed to the airport in fact not bad, planning another trip soon

We had been well looked after by Vivian and her team since reservation till check out to the airport. The hospitality was warm and our requests were met promptly. Room to improve is the breakfast selection and layout, it got quite bored after a few days stay. Overall, Vivian and her team expressed the willingness to go the extra mile for a Le Club Elite member and a reflection of the professionalism of the hotel senior management is therefore well noted. I have been Le Club Platinum, Lifetime SPG Platinum 100+, Hilton Diamond and Hyatt Globalist for years, Pullman Oceanview Sanya exceeded my expectation and will recommend to anyone visiting Sanya!

This is a great experience in staying at your hotel, everything was great during our staying. Your staff are friendly, caring and professional, especially Vivian, the gril who greeted us when we arrived. This was our second time staying at your hotel, both were family trip with children and baby, while this is important to stay together and your villa is just prefect for 10 people!! If you ask me if there is any room for improvement? I can hardly think 2 of it, but are some minor stuffS. The first is the temperature of your main restaurant next to the swimmin pool, while it was quite hot when we having our breakfast there. The second one is the postal service, while your hotel doesn't keep any stamps for international postal and I couldn't post my postcards to Hong Kong. Overall speaking, your team is PREFECT, thumbs up to your team, please keep it up!!

I booked a Superior Garden View Room and had been upgraded to an Executive Suite because of my platinum status. I could get a fantastic view of sea and beach which is wonderful. The suite was comfortable, clean, spacious and functional. The staff was very helpful and polite. The Chinese restaurant is also among the top in the city.
