The staff were very friendly but English is not so well understood. My room smelled like urine so I would suggest the housekeeping procedures be improved.

We are regular visitors, and plan regular return visits but this last time was not good. We found the hotel not too be very cleaner, some of the rooms weren't acceptable to my team, the Wi-Fi was very weak an unreliable, especially in the rooms, and we felt that the service was often slow and unreliable -- though the personnel are ALL very nice, polite and customer-friendly. the food was also not up to par, especially at breakfast. As regular visitors for work , we really need and expect better if we are to continue using IBIS, please.

the breakfast suppose to start at 0600 but only one time in the week i stay started at that time. always they have a excuse and did not corrected the problem.

Overall, my experience in your hotel was very good comparably with others hotel's services in Equatorial Guinea. But, I think that it's very important that the clearner service change towels as soon as it is dirty.

The room experience was standard and average. The room was quite small, especially the bathroom. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the staff was incredible. The customer service in the city was horrible, but the service IN the hotel was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The gentleman who waited on us during breakfast was exceptional and made the stay much more pleasant.

It was great. I did enjoy it, the service to the client was smooth, the breakfast with variety of choices. Only one thing I would suggest though, If you guys could have few contacts of some taxis drivers so that the if the clients would like to use one you could provide it to them.

Internet was a excellent in a country with no Internet. Employees don't know when breakfast time is supposed to finish, so they remove all the food at 10am instead of 10:30 as written on the hotel booklets. We had to argue with them in order to get that bf. We had lots of luggage and nobody asked to help carry them or even proposed us a luggage carrier. But overall the experience was okay.

Very good staff, friendly and efficient. There is a bad smell in the corridors and particularly the room I was in. It smells like there is damp/mould or a sewage problem. The area outside the foyer towards the car park also smells like there is a problem with the drains. Apart from that the room was clean and tidy, and comfortable.

1) Damp. The whole hotel, with the exception of the lobby seems to be very damp. This is because the AC units are not dehumidifying as they should. Two rooms on the 3rd floor had the humidify icon on the AC controller flashing. A quick google for the manual shows this means they are not working. When I moved to the 1st floor, that AC unit was working OK. On the 3rd floor the rel humidity in my room was 89% (89!!!!) unhealthily high, on 1st floor was back 71%. Still high, but OK. 2) The Internet access is pathetic. I know for 100% that alternative suppliers are available if the hotel chose to spend the money.

Reception staff welcoming and room suitable When I ordered a drink and food the girl on the counter made me feel that it was too much hard work for her to do and kept me waiting a long time Perhaps she was tired but as a guest of the hotel she is supposed to assist me The food was excellent and checking out made easy I would defiantly stay here again
