- Facilities are very poor - Very bad wifi - Staff are polite but nor professional, I think they should have some customer service training - the airport shuttle car is not appropriate and was not even available on my leave and I had to pay for a private taxi at 5 AM in the morning while free airport shuttle is already included in my room rate

hotel is clean, though rooms are very small and luck important things in the rooms like just a bottle of small water was never in the room, one can not make tea or coffee in the room with the international exposure you need to get more lingustic waitresses atleast one's who can speak or understand basic English, a little creativity on breakfast will add value especially the hot meals.

« Relaxing stay at the Hotel Ibis, all needs were met and staff were very kind and helpful. »

It was overall a lovely stay. The one recommendation I would make is that shampoo, conditioner, and other basic toiletries are provided in the rooms.

The manager on duty when I checked out is unethical. She told me the hotel would be willing to adjust my booking, because of the ceiba flight cancellation that caused me to have to leave a day early. After I left and hotels.com attempted several times to get the refund for the last night, she has been dishonest and is now refusing to refund me, despite giving me her word.
