Everything was good, except leaking ac and burnt out hair drier. Clarity of the bill could be better, parking was not mentioned before booking room.

A very good hotel indeed. Great room and a great breakfast included. Very handy for Cancun Centro with a National Car Hire office on the premises. The Chedraui supermarket is only just over the road which is great for shopping.

In general our experience was good, the employees were nice and helpful from the front desk to the cleaning people. We booked the room with breakfast buffet witch it was good and had many good options. Our only disappointment was the food at the restaurant at dinner time. They didin't have avocado for a guacamole ( in Mexico not having avocado! come on!), the nachos we got instead of the guacamole had a very artificial "cheese" and despite we order different main dishes we both got a very strong stomachache after dinner. We decided to not eat there anymore. Other than that it was good! We would be back!

We stayed at ibis because it was central and easy to go to anywhere. It was perfect! But about the hotel is just like any ibis’ hotels: simple and ok. Some staffs were really kind and courteous, others didn’t. Breakfast was simple and cheap, it was ok. If I comeback to Cancun, probably will stay there again.

Excellent so clean and friendly .all needs immediately satisfied..so convenient to everything groceries nails laundry taxi bus car rental...one suggestion. Live to have a fridge in room and live to have face cloth and small towel

I liked the hotel, the room was small but clean, but the bed was a full size bed so if you do not mind a small bed for 2 will be ok. and the bed was hard.. bur liked I told my husband it was clean and cheap and on a great location and the hotel in general was clean and everything and more by the hotel , great location , is not by the beach ,but you can take the bus for just $12 mexican pesos.

« Kind staff, but bad smell »

Although the staff was kind and helpful and sent someone to fix the bad smell in my room it didn’t help. I was offered to change rooms by the janitor, but had only three days left. I didn’t now if the same odor would occur in other rooms. The smell of rotten textile and earth was quite strong for one week in room 539.
