« For Accor Hotel Club Members dont giv the corect point »

I stay 2 nights this accor hotel ibis whit gold membership. After my stay they give only 101(!) rewards and 101(!) awards point.Big mistake to stay there. Also the room entrance many time didnt work us well.Sametime need to call the front desk to open it!

« Great value! Clean room! Comfortable bed! Awesome shower! »

Only niggle was that housekeeping/management knocked on our door three times to clean the room before 1PM, the scheduled checkout time. We left for 3 hours that morning but the room wasn't cleaned when we got back either. Everything else, especially the location with the shopping mall and grocery store, and fantastic coffee shop, was one of the best values in Cancun.

« Practical hotel but too short on amenities... »

Great location, prices and overall quality of all areas of the hotel. What I really hated is that the room is truly no-frills (no hand soap (just liquid), no hand towel, no floor mat after showering, no paper tissues. Just enough to sleep. I would have gladly paid an extra $10 to get an "upgrade" for the basic amenities...

Perfect central location with beautiful view of the lagoon. Easy A access to a large shopping mall. Nice Italian restaurant, a well-stocked supermarket and travel agency in complex. Quiet hotel with clean, rooms and a comfortable bed. Everything you need for a few days’ stay!!

« It's ok »

Room is what I expected nothing special...only a stop over from the resort in Playa to catch a plane the next day. Surprised that there was only bath towels in bathroom (No face clothes) and no bathroom amenities but no big deal.

« Generally comfortable, but shower clogged and no potable water available after 10:30 PM »

The hotel room itself was quite comfortable, quiet, and had a nice view. Everything was very clean. The restaurant downstairs was yummy, and the breakfast buffet was phenomenal. However, the shower did not drain properly and nearly flooded the bathroom after just a few minutes of use. Additionally, there was no potable water available anywhere in the hotel once the restaurant closed at 10:30 PM. I was told I could walk to the 7-11 outside the building, which is open 24 hours. Although this is not the end of the world, it is inconvenient for someone exhausted, hot, and dehydrated after hours of travel. The hotel should consider installing a purified water fountain, vending machine, or having water on hand for guests who are thirsty at night.
