« Good for one night stay. »

Receptionist was great. Room was clean. The room has a smell, but I propped the door open for an hour before falling asleep, and the smell went away. Parking was easy, but I arrived close to midnight. There is a 7-11 across the street, it the area felt safe. Only problem was the roundabout from the highway was confusing, and the driving tired, and close to midnight did not help. I was stopped by police, but I was let go by being nice to the officer, and being polite. You must drive during the day to get used to the roundabout to the hotel. I would stay here again, but I would probably take a taxi next time so I don't get a ticket from the police. From the looks of it, a lot of foreign tourists made the same mistakes I did navigating the roundabout, and I suspect that the police in the area may be unfairly targeting these tourists. I could be wrong.

« Front desk scandal »

towels should be updated, my towels had holes in them and where torn. There where two guests screaming at front desk when i arrived, complaining about how bad their reservations where received at the hotel, not what they booked etc etc. Loud and uncomforting. Front desk staff allowed to check cell phone messages while on duty???

Check in was easy, would have preferred to pay in cash, but would not take American dollars. The room was very basic - only a full sized bed, no top sheet. Only two bath size towels in bathroom, no hand towels or wash cloths. The small in house eatery was not open at all, although it was advertised as available. Had to walk across two very busy streets/highways to access a restaurant. Free wi fi was appreciated!

The service and look of the hotel was exceptional. Front desk helped with getting taxi in the morning. Was not happy that they didn’t have adapter for charging had to go buy it.

« Very nice for the price! »

If you are going to Cancun as a tourist, then this is the perfect place to stay because first of all you will never even be at the hotel but to sleep. If you go to XCARET with Experiencias Xcaret, then the pick up place is literally a 3 minute walk from the hotel. There is also a mini Walmart inside the Hotel, which was very convenient. There is a mall right in front if it as well, and there are bars and a couple of clubs at a walking distance as well. The busses or "la ruta" passes right next to the hotel which was very convenient and you just pay 12 pesos for it to drop you off at the beach. The room was nice, and the cleaning lady was very respectful at all times and our room was always clean. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was awesome. We got it with our hotel package and we never had to worry about breakfast. Thank you Ibis Cancun Centro, for making our stay at Cancun a good one. See ya next time!

« Basic with all you need »

Fast check-in/check-out. Breakfast is basic: Chilaquiles, scrambled eggs, cereal, bread, yogurt, fruit, juice/coffee. Parking garage cost 30mxn per day, I parked outside for free and it was safe. Room clean, basic amenities, but all you need.
