The tiniest room we ever stayed in in all our worldwide travels. We wonder where you got these small twin mattresses. And one bath towel each was really surprising and never experienced anywhere, in addition to the bath mat for the shower. No other towels, no amenities. The flyer to use towels several times is considered an insult. We will never stay at this hotel again.

We check in online but keys were not ready. Breakfast was terrible and expensive for what you had to offer. I have been to many Ibis and frankly this is the worst.

First of all, the staff was 100% amazing I don’t think I will find anything better from the front desk to the housekeeping and the cafeteria very kind. The hotel was clean and very well located

For the price, the stay was as expected - basically clean, nightly tidying up by staff. I'm glad you (staff) finally decided to put TWO sheets to sleep between (by about the 4th night!). Otherwise, one was forced to sleep on TOP of either a) the mattress cover or b) the single sheet, with the blanket as the top sheet! This seemed improper. I felt queasy about 'sharing' either the mattress cover or the top blanket with the previous guest! By the 4th night there were TWO sheets - thank You!!! Also, the FIRST night there was a STRONG odor of cleaning agent of some sort - not pleasant. Otherwise it was a good value.

While booking my stay on line , there was a glitch at payment processing page frozen and I didn't get a confirmation, while trying to start over . No availability ! I called reservation center but they were absolutely unhelpful, I called Customer Service and what a difference !! They were able to listen to my inquiries and promised to get me an answer in 24 hrs . Less than 24 hrs I got an email from the Hotel Manager, I got a reservation with exact same price that I originally was trying to book . Manager was extremely helpful and willing to assist with all my inquiries. Thank you ! I will definitely recommend you guys .

Horrible Rooms is too small ... 0 comfort. Bathroom is like pay and gooooo... Shower area... feeling like portable shower.... toooo small. We request for 2 twin bed. They don’t have any they say .. so I have to rent one more room for$ 72. Which is not fair .... But next time can’t be a member for accore ....
