« One of the best Ibis hotels I’ve stayed in »

The service and look of the hotel was exceptional. Front desk helped with getting taxi in the morning. Was not happy that they didn’t have adapter for charging had to go buy it.

« Very nice for the price! »

If you are going to Cancun as a tourist, then this is the perfect place to stay because first of all you will never even be at the hotel but to sleep. If you go to XCARET with Experiencias Xcaret, then the pick up place is literally a 3 minute walk from the hotel. There is also a mini Walmart inside the Hotel, which was very convenient. There is a mall right in front if it as well, and there are bars and a couple of clubs at a walking distance as well. The busses or "la ruta" passes right next to the hotel which was very convenient and you just pay 12 pesos for it to drop you off at the beach. The room was nice, and the cleaning lady was very respectful at all times and our room was always clean. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was awesome. We got it with our hotel package and we never had to worry about breakfast. Thank you Ibis Cancun Centro, for making our stay at Cancun a good one. See ya next time!

« Basic with all you need »

Fast check-in/check-out. Breakfast is basic: Chilaquiles, scrambled eggs, cereal, bread, yogurt, fruit, juice/coffee. Parking garage cost 30mxn per day, I parked outside for free and it was safe. Room clean, basic amenities, but all you need.

The location and price are a great. But, I didn't feel welcomed like in my previous stays in Ibis hotel ( Delhi and Dubai locations).

« A good hotel in Cancun's Downtown »

A cheap and confortable hotel for those who will spend most of the day out on tours. I recomend it. The room is spacious, it has a safe and a frigobar. The bed is confortable and bathroom is ok. Also, there's a supermarket almost inside the hotel.

In Mexico we already have 17 hotels and this year we will open 3 more, one in the beautiful city of Mazatlan, our second beach destination in the country. Not all our rooms provide frigo and safe box inside, you have to ask to our front desk staff, it has a little extra cost to have it. We have safe boxes available at the front desk. Quite nice staff very accommodating! I had misread the information on parking at the hotel and I thought that there was availability of long term parking ie two weeks available. There was not, but the staff on hand made a special exception on my part of which I am grateful.

Rooms are clean but small. The door was not working properly and the espresso machine did not work at all. So I did not even use my welcome drink as gold member.
