one night is possible. extended stay would be unconfortable. Bed too small so is the shower and the soap dispenser also difficult to maneuver. No space for towels. For a couple would be a nightmare!

We enjoyed our stay. Checkin was smooth and staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. A tv and fridge were good features included in the room. There is a supermarket next door, a laundry as well and the Ibis is close to good eating as well as providing a bar and restaurant.

I checked in online as per your encouragement and at the end was told as part of online check in you get a Priority Welcome. The hotel at reception has a sign indicating two queues one for Priority Welcome and another for the rest. Yet I waited over 20 minutes while the two people at the front desk served the other queue while I waited in the Priority Welcome line. Why have two separate queues and encourage online check when I get served last? I asked Blanca when I finally got served and she said it is only for the loyalty members. This is wrong and how could she know I was not a member until she served me last?? My booking clearly states there are 2 people staying and yet I am provided with one small 330ml bottle of water. Disappointing. Also your website clearly states that the rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, see attached. Yet my room does not. When asked at the front desk, I was told all rooms do not have this. This is unacceptable and false advertising. I am deep unsatisfactory with the service of this hotel. Please explain and advise if this is the standard that should be expected across all Accor hotels so I know not to book in the future.

Check-in reception was average Bed not very confortable. Not the matress that are common in Ibis hotels in Europe. Not towels in the room. Called reception to inform, promised delivery of towels. Did not happen. I had to go down to reception to collect.

I usually stay here in Cancún. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fine, although it costs extra. The prices keep going up and the rooms are very small, but things are generally fine.
