« I have stayed at Mercure and Ibis in London,Spain, Portugal and now Mexico, and I will NEVER stay in an IBIS in Mexico again, or will I encourage others to stay there either. »

The room smelled, had no ventilation, the beds were NOT like the beds made for IBIS in Europe, and had a plastic sheet under the main sheet which just cause us to sweat profusely. The room had no ventilation, OR any way to control the temperature in the room which resulted in a hot , muggy and humid room, which coupled with plastic sheets makes for an uncomfortable stay. We were told there was free parking online, but when we arrived it was Valet ONLY and cost $30 pesos a night. We spoke to the woman at the front desk and she just shrugged and didn't care. We have stayed at Mercure and IBIS in London, Spain, Portugal and now Mexico, and we will NEVER stay in any of your hotels in Mexico again.

one of the worst Ibis I've ever stayed: rooms smaller than Ibis Budget, no extra pillow available at all, in the second day the cleaning people removed all the towels from the toilet and when called to report that and ask for towels.. the receptionist answered to go downstairs to the reception to pick up some if I wanted (no apologizes; no going to the room to deliver them); no food available in the restaurant in the night (despite advertised as 24h)

Fair... room confort and cleanliness were fine. Breakfast requires more variety considering clients staying more than one night. Dinner service at restaurant is average, cold food. Internet service very, very, poor.

We got a non-smoking room, and when we got there surprisingly, the room smell like cigars, we asked for change, the concierge said that she just have rooms without minibar option, after 10 min arguing she got a room for us. When we got there, the bed covers are completely disgusting. We have just ignored cuz we don’t want more troubles. The worst experience that I have at a Ibis hotel

« Good for one night stay. »

Receptionist was great. Room was clean. The room has a smell, but I propped the door open for an hour before falling asleep, and the smell went away. Parking was easy, but I arrived close to midnight. There is a 7-11 across the street, it the area felt safe. Only problem was the roundabout from the highway was confusing, and the driving tired, and close to midnight did not help. I was stopped by police, but I was let go by being nice to the officer, and being polite. You must drive during the day to get used to the roundabout to the hotel. I would stay here again, but I would probably take a taxi next time so I don't get a ticket from the police. From the looks of it, a lot of foreign tourists made the same mistakes I did navigating the roundabout, and I suspect that the police in the area may be unfairly targeting these tourists. I could be wrong.
