The only problem we had was work on line RER C, so transit was a bit of chalenge. Otherwise hotel expirience was excelent.

« The worst hotel a tourist would prefer »

It was extremely unexpected and unpredictable. After 2 night we thought that we should extend our stay for another whole day but the receptionist at that specific time was so I’ll mannered and rude and she misbehaved with us in a very foul way. We were absolutely disgusted and it ruined our whole trip. We asked her to extend our trip and she’s like it’s not my problem or job go somewhere else. Profoundly disappointing. From a 4star like Novotel we expected better

The reception and welcome are ok and the personnal is polite and very helpfull ! Only problem was the fire alarm wake up wasn't really pleasant ... I appreciate the bathroom and the small bluetooth speaker !

« Ok hotel with good lovation »

The fire alarm started at 7 am in the morning, due to a wachingmachine, ok it worked but the staff was not any help and no evacoation plans seems to be implemented. Invoice was wrong due to a misunderstanid with the manager. I had to talk with the reception for half an hour to clarify the correct invoice. We left one day earliere with no discount. Breakfast is way to expensive for families. The rooms are ok and clean but the terasse on the roof was not cleaned for cigaretes and beers. I would love to use the hotel again since it is good located, staff is in general friendly but could be better.

I would improve: The TV chaneles which you can view in the bar arrea like Bein Sports can not be viewed in the rooms. During breakfast you can not warm your milk and i have to drink it icy. Everything else was ok.

The check-in and welcoming was terrible / requested a quiet room / for first a room for special needs despite confirmed booking 2 weeks prior arrival. Had to discuss and argue why I doesn’t want to stay in a room specifically designed for guest with special needs - after a long discussion, the very unfriendly and not guest oriented receptionist provided me another room directly next to the evelvator (that was principally acceptable) but also not really matching my expectations previously requested with the booking. Being a client part of the Accor loyalty program, the general drink voucher has only been provided after inquiry and not directly with the check-in as usually - which seem to be normal practice at this hotel as I haven’t received any voucher during the last stay either. Any potential upgrades are also never been offered for whatever reason. General stay was normal but especially the check-in process with an arrogant and extremely unfriendly way of welcoming guest and a lack of being prepared for loyal clients of Accor but also that specific hotel has been extremely disappointing.

« Less than average for accor hotels standard. »

First day I was complaining because the air conditioning it wasn't working and the staff told me that was my fault because I didn't set up properly the control, two hours later tried again and they said was because I had the wrong expectations regarding the cooling that was needed to let the system cool down the room for more than two hours. We went out for more than 5 hours and on our return the room was very hot as well, I made a complaint again and refuse to stay in that room and finally got a room change but was late night and we were really tired. The staff was polite but solved the problem so late, this should be arranged from the beginning. Definitely went to far.

Facilities at the hotel are good for families, secure entry systems on each floor. My only complaint is that the air conditioning was not working & sleeping was difficult as the replacement portable fan did not help in the hot weather. Shower pressure wasn’t great but sufficient. Suites were very clean and modern. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Out of the hotels that we stayed in across Europe, the kids voted this one as the best. The shop/cafe on the ground floor was very convenient for a light meal or snack. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Arrival Positives: Friendly greeting, Stored bags as we arrived early Negatives: We were told our booking (3 rooms) would be ready for 2pm. When we returned at 3pm one room still wasnt ready. We had to wait until after 4pm. During our stay Positives: staff friendly and attentive, Complimentary water very welcome and shop useful, bathroom clean with everything working. Having coffee and tea making facilities welcomed. WIFI v.good. Negatives: Aircon in 1 room wasnt functioning on day 1. After reporting it was fixed. Housemaid entered 2 of the rooms to do housekeeping in morning. Apologised as we were still there. We did not have a "do not disturb card" in our room for the duration of our stay. Noise from entering/exit office room adjoining to room 408 Small points: No key to establish Coffee pod flavour/strength, Only 2 cups and milk for each day. Door to room 408 was very difficult to open. Train noise could be heard in room with window shut. Key Card system failure resulted in all cards having to be re-programmed for 6 people on return in early hours of the morning.

The hotel is not within easy access to downtown Paris. It is next to noisy RER lines that run late into the night and start early morning. The suite is separated by light colored curtains that don't provide much separation in terms of noise or light. The floor material was not easily cleaned and had many stains. Staff seems too busy to provide service as our room was not cleaned one day and several requests for a box of tissues were never addressed.

« Excellent hotel with good location »

The suite was wonderful and spacious in every way except for one: air conditioning didn’t work properly and the temperature was +30 C. The suite was very hot and sleeping difficult. Otherwise the suite was perfect and very well equipped. Breakfast was really good. Location next to the RER station is great. We will stay here again when visiting Paris.

Had a bit of difficulty in finding the reception when I arrived near the building. The room was very fine. Found it a bit unbalanced in using the space. Best equipped hotel room ever stayed. A bit dusty in the coffee cabinet.

Airco did not work well in the Suite. When we arrived late evening the ordered 2 extra beds were not yet prepared. Did not have the feeling to be a Accor Gold member in this hotel, although we paid 1,000 Euro this time for our stay it was not a special experience.

« Surprisingly not good »

First there was a misunderstanding with the card that book my stay. Although this was solved, according to the agency, my stay was still not guaranteed. Then power was cut for almost half a day and after it was back there was no internet for the rest of my stay.
