The stay could have been much better. We advised the hotel prior to arrival that we will be arriving early. We were told that it would not be a problem checking in early and would be given a room if available. When we arrived we were told at check-in that since we were checking in early that it would be an additional 65euros per room we had 2 rooms. No one advised us that there would be an early checkin fee, i spoke with Cherin prior to arrival and she did not advise us that there is an early check-in fee. The air conditioning in this hotel does not work, we were assigned rooms 301 and 312, both rooms were always warm even though it was on. Our room 301 was changed to room 305 because of the A/C. Room 305's a/c was not working as well. No compensation was offered not even an apology. Breakfast at this hotel was aweful, we have to make our on eggs, are you kidding me. And this was considered a 4start hotel. Not in my book. I don't think i'll stay here again.

All very average. At this price point I would expect things to be better. Air-condition unit wasn't working. The room was very noisy. Floor was dirty. Pillows were uncomfortable.

Beds were comfortable, sofa bed was a little uncomfortable for an adult, room had mosquitoes every night, we were all bitten a lot, think they were coming in through vents in bathroom! Mini bar or fridge could of had a bit more in, we were prepared to pay for it! Only herbal teas supplied!

My family and I stayed at the hotel for 2 x days over the Ryder Cup weekend. The reception staff were very helpful and the hotel was well appointed, clean and tidy throughout. A few minor criticisms are that the breakfast room is/was very small and struggled to accommodate all guests adequately. My family and I also found the beds to be extremely firm, bordering uncomfortable. And finally, whilst I appreciate all hotels are expensive to eat and drink in, I found the bar prices to be particularly excessive. (£10 for a 50cl beer and £40 for a standard bottle of house wine)

Overall the room was good, quiet, and clean. One night the people in the room next to mine argued until 3AM which kept me up to the same time. The parking was expensive and often the entrance was blocked by delivery trucks forcing a wait as long as 10 minutes. The front desk needs a video camera at the parking entrance to chase these trucks away. They park across the entrance daily because they know the hotel doesn’t respond to their violations. The breakfast is expensive for what little is offered. Need more prepared hot food and cooking your own eggs doesn’t count as prepared hot food.

The room is noisy. You can heard all the noise from the street (specially the cars) and the toilet flush of other rooms. My room had some lights broken (bulbs) and others with contact problems meaning when you switch on the light, again another sound coming from this issue. First time that I have a plastic glass in the toilet for personal use (always you get a glass). The mini-bar empty (well a plastic bottle of water). The staff working in the reception is quite rude. After paying 1200 euros for 4 nights (no breakfast included), I have to say one of the worst hotels in my life.

Your staff was incredible. So helpful kind and friendly. For families with young children it was neat to see in each common area stations for them while parents could relax. The breakfast was great and the hotel extremely clean

Room was spacious. Breakfast was poor for a 4 star suite hotel. The lack of restaurant and the microwave food option makes the image of the hotel bad, especially to executives and professionals. Staff was well mannered and polite.

Being a Hotelier myself, I had mixed experiences staying at this Hotel twice. The location is nice if you need to be in the area for Business. The Hotel is reasonable in quality but generally overpriced for what you get for your money. The hotel but doesn't respond to any emails so far, that's very frustrating and shows management is not checking thoroughly whats happening in operations. The Hotel also keeps sending me questionnaires in Arabic while I'm an Dutch/English speaker. Stayed here two times in short time, let me give a bit more feedback below. Feedback service/staff: - Staff didn't acknowledge LeCLub status on checking, asked if I stayed at an Accor hotel before. - On my 2nd stay I was asked if I stayed in the hotel before, which confirms they never looked at my profile before. - On checking nothing was mentioned about a special request. - Check-in felt rushed, very little information given about the Hotel or its services. - If you look at guest profiles and see they're not from France, you could ask them if they would appreciate information about direct surrounding area. Feedback gym: - only 3 machines, not at all enough for amount of guests wishing to work-out in the morning. - bucket of apples occasionally not refilled. - Only one 8kg weight available, I mean really?! - Lot of spider webs on the ceilings and lights, this really shows the poor cleaning from the gym Other feedback: - Ironing room has one (very) dirty iron. - No signage at all to find ironing room, you run around in circles to find it. There should be s sign when you exit the elevator on the 1st floor with a clear sign, plus your staff could be much more clear in their directions when calling about this (don't forget most 4* hotels just bring an iron & board to the room!) - On first stay the door-locking system was failing in the entire hotel, which was very annoying. Staff had to resort every single guest to the room, no apology or anything shared. - There was a false fire alarm at +-6:30am on my first stay, reception was unreachable and nothing was done as apology or compensation for the guests to apologize for a full evacuation (including babies and small children etc). This really shows a lack of empathy and no proper leadership from the GM or management, also a missed opportunity to show the hotel is capable in such situations. - Staff seemed to have no clue at all what to due in case of emergency, which is frightening. - The hotel is so low on staff, so in case of a real emergency or fire this is not the place you want to be. Feedback room: - On 1st stay Toilet brush was missing, I reported twice but nothing happened, plus I was laughed at by the receptionist and her colleague. - On 2nd stay Toilet door extremely noisy when closing, asked to look at it, nothing happened. - Not enough clothing hangers when staying more then 3 days, this should be looked at. - There should be a warning about the level of chloride from the tap water, or a warning it should not be consumed at all. - The bathroom/shower amenities are very very limited compared to stays in other Novotels. Definitely not in-line for the money paid for the room. - Toilet paper is of terrible low quality, not acceptable for a 4-star hotel. - Face towels were missing, while other Novotels supply them, thats confusing! + Enough power sockets, finally a hotel that understands. - No USB sockets available to charge devices, that should be a standard for such a new hotel. - On 2nd stay I got a room on a low floor on the back of the hotel, which was very noisy from the trains/trams passing behind the hotel, particularly from one window that seemed to not reduce the sound properly. This made it hard to sleep.

Everything is ok (service), but window in my room was not been carefully adjusted - i can hear a noise from the outside even if window is fully closed. Trains are not noisy, but there is a car washing service below the window and this noise is really annoying.

Rooms to be urgently renovated, poor lighting , bed uncomfortable, sofa totally worn out, no seats. First room was stinking, we had to move. The "cafeteria" corner is really basic. Reception staff highly helpful and friendly. I paid too much for the arrangements.

The only good part was the executive suite which was a spacious and relatively nice room. There is only breakfast (poor) offered but there is no restaurant function, so no room orders or lunches and dinners. You can only buy prepared food from the fridges close to the reception for your room microwave. Not really a business level service. Comparing to the Charles de Gaulle Novotel they are far behind.

This hotel has rude night staff and the manager is also less bothered about feedback. The hotel is unclean with dirty floors and upholstery. The rooms are not big as shown in pictures and the staff is extremely rude and take up any opportunity to charge you more especially if you arrive late they seem to have a constant irritable look on his face as we had disturbed him in the night to check in. Not worth the price and quality of hotel is clearly 3star you will notice this from the corridors floor and the room floors. I feel that this review needs to be made so that they can aleast try and improve the above points. Its large companies whom try to run businesses but are unware that the staff and their lack of dedication is bringing their hard earned business down.

I have stayed regularly at this hotel since it first opened and have seen it decline in quality over time. Check-in queue this time was very long and slow. The boutique was poorly stocked when I arrived. The room I was in had a strange smell. There were 'shabby' bits of decor all over, but I my room some of the fascia was coming off, the bath plug/drain mechanism was not good.
