All the rooms are too small even window also. Sometime I feel that I am in jail. After calling for water room service have not reached after 2hours also. Then have called thomascook and asked for hotel change then everybody have came for service. In time of booking I have requested for nature view room but I didn't get after so many drama they have given street view room. Rest service is good and adjustable. Its a request to you all in this price point we can get far better room, so think about the same once more please. I am sorry that i cant recomande you anymore for IBIS Navi Mumbai. The staff on duty could have cared less that we were unsatisfied. The room was not clean and For two prax they gave only one towel, one soap, one brush and others, but the room was double book with two prax. Repeatedly we requested for towel and soap, they didn’t provided us. Food was not good. They don’t know how to prepare omelette only.

Staff was nice & polite, room was clean however mattress gave me backache & dinner food not satisfactory. To make matters worse, glass of water was dirty from in side, dining area was way cooler. Look into the deficiencies to make the study better in the future.

Food preparation was very poor especially when used room service. The kits for bathing, dental, shaving etc were not available in the room and was available on demand which shouldn't be like. Bathroom was too congested. There should be something complementaries during the stay.

I understand that there will be mosquito in the lobby, but I dont understand why there are mosquito coming out of my AC vent in the night. I had complained the staff and they helped me with a Allout. But why do i face mosquito bites in a AC room. I was staying in room number: 621. And the smell is awkward.

The check-in and check-out process was smooth. Staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. However, the room and toilet was not clean upon check-in and we had to call the reception to check if it was possible to move to another room. The reception team responded saying all their rooms are booked and it was not possible to swap but they arranged housekeeping instead. The housekeeping staff was good and cleaned up the room and the toilet.

Long check in. Batman could understand what I was asking. My tree choices were not available. Not infusion camomille. Early morning check out was not available, wrong bill and hotel car not ready. Driver didn’t knew were he had to go. I turned on my sat nav to help him. Never again in this hotel even if location was conviniant for me.
