Best food and service done by Rohan and Abdul. Both are kind and helpful at time of breakfast.. stay is going good with ibis navi mumbai and room service is fantastic.. I had dosa at morning it was delicious i am staying in room #119 .

It was my 4th stay at IBIS and inspite of my earlier feedback’s nothing really improved. Unresponsive central desk and I can guarantee nobody will pick up your call. Housekeeping is below standards.
