Toooooooooo Expensive compared to services provided. Rooms are extremely short, ND if u wanna go to washroom, u will die of chocking even if u r not claustrophobic.

While IBIS is very good for a stay of 1-2 days, i somewhat feel that it has to improve to satisfy the people staying for longer duration. Main reasons are 1) Hard bed that has been provided is not really hard, i get severe backaches 2) South Indian food has not improved at all 3) A lot of misses during the housekeeping routine (e.g. floor towel, dust bin etc.,) 4) Respective team should do an inspection to ensure everything in place before letting the room to the guests Note:- Front office and Dining hall representative have been excellent in addressing guest's issues and they are very supportive. I love Ibism. It is always a pleasure to stay at Ibis Navi Mumbai. Especially the hospitality. This time it was my birthday and they just like always make me feel like I am at home. The variety of breakfast has gone down. I've had much better breakfasts earlier. I came to know that IBIS has started dosa machines at all properties earlier and I knew it'll be a failure and this time it was removed. Similarly I've now heard they have globalised the breakfast menu. Trust me it was much better before. I am not talking about food quality as that was exceptional as ever but variety. Otherwise people were warm and had a overall pleasant experience. The duty Manager Tribhuvan was great. Jema, Stanley, Nasir were amazing. From the housekeeping Aniket, Neeraj , Pawan and Deepak all were just amazing and did a great job. I have been a customer for years now and almost know everyone. But these people work very hard and make sure my visit is amazing.

There are many things that were disturbing ie right from the bad smell in the room to the food served at room everything was disastrous. Your rooms at 6th floor were bad smelling . When reported to your executive at reception his response was " sir this is smoking room it will smell like this only". The food served at room was not the same that I ordered instead of skinless, skinned chicken was sent inspite of reminding. With onion there was only very small cap of lemon ie hardly 10% of original lemon. Ice cream not available many more.

I am really disappoint the way you housekeeping and the restaurant team handled me. 1. the housekeeping guy - as I requested for new shower gel as it was low he just closed bathroom door very fast when I am in bath room 2. I was requested room dine he broth with bill to pay this something very unexpected as it we will clear it when we checkout. 3. after my diner finished I asked them clear the left out he pickup only the empty plates not cleaned also really not happy the way you guys are given it and it was really feeling that your quality also got down.
