« A bare minimum hotel - does not justify the brand Ibis »

My experience at Ibis was less than average if not disappointing. - Air conditioning does not work properly. It always feels stuffy and there is a strange odor on the upper floors. - Internet connection is not stable - The taste of all the meals is less than average. - Bathroom fittings are squeaky - toilet bowl was cracked Definitely not like what one would expect from the name Ibis.

The rooms were a bit claustrophobic and when we requested for a different one, we were told that rooms are full. The head at the front desk told us that she would check and let us know in a couple of hours. However, we didn’t receive any word from anyone. Later in the night, we saw a couple of check-ins happen. The food was very good. The breakfast buffet had variety, and the restaurant staff were very cordial.

Please change the menu in rooms on priority. You have mentioned food won't be delivered to room. So after a tiring day I was surprised, but had no option but to dress up again to go to the restaurant. After enquiring, I realised that the menu is old and they deliver food to the rooms

« rooms are like pigeon hole »

food quality is extremely poor. bed and mattresses are extremely good. bathroom is like a space capsule, you can't spread even your wings. there is shortage of staff, difficult to get trolley to fetch luggage. Tv sets are outdated and remote doesn't work. air conditioning was good. only hotel which collects the entire room rent at the time of check-in (authorization slip) and room tariff is exorbitant compared to service you receive.

« Not Good , I have called for srevice improvemnt around 10 times in one day, Fridge was not working, Shower was replaced, bad smell for the whole day in the room, theree was no place to keep shoes in the room, etc. »

We stayed just for one day. Rooms are very small..especially bathrooms... too small you can't even move easily in it. They did not provide grooming kit, not even toothbrush n paste which is basic for the money you are charging for the stay. Not value for money. no bathroom flip flops were provided. Breakfast was good. Hotel staff were good.

« I am not sure when this will become customer service detail oriented hotel on basics ..... »

Each time I stay here for a night or more there are surprises on the negative side stored for me .... this time I asked for cloth hangers around 5.40 pm and 3 hours and couple of reminders later proi could get them finally around 8.30 pm ..... super duper service this is .... There was no room service menu in the room and requested alongwith hangers never provided until checkout ... and the price they charge for this lousy service is too much in proportion ..... everything else was fine ......
