« Don’t expect much before staying »

I thought that this would be great stay because of international brand. Room is so small- luckily I didn’t bring my family. Bed sheets were smelling with previous guests sweat- probably unclean because of rain in Mumbai- but it’s awful

The food menu is very limited. Room service is given packed. Kills appetite. I am not finding fault but some customisation is needed for an Indian customer

Found the overall body language of the staff (from the entrance, reception, bar etc) below average. Check in and check-out process was slow while one of the male executive at the reception staff did not even have the courtesy to wait and listen fully what I was trying to say ! The shower was not working. Don't know why rooms are not checked before allotting to guests. Asked for a place to keep my own umbrella while entering the hotel. The staff at the entrance did not show much interest and directed me to bar area and they to reception area !! May be they all seem to be gripped with FIFA fever and like to play football with guests !

There was a could smell in the whole of first floor and in the room toilet. The food ordered, room service at night really need a check. Cold food, no spoon fork served. Getting that took another 15 minutes.

Although room was booked 15 days in advance, regular room was not offered. When asked to change the same,smoking room was offered instead of non-smoking room. Had to change the room twice in two days stay.

It's really a good hotel to stay and good thing is that it is located near the main road so you avoid all the traffic congestion. Food quality is also good but buffet lunch/dinner is a bit over prized. All toilet amenities should be readily available in Washroom rather than on demand.

« Suffocation in night lead to only 1 hour sleep »

Food was good. Dinner and Breakfast was well served and had a decent spread. However, check - in was slow. I took room on smoking floor which was on 6th floor. Aircon was not working which lead to suffocation. I shared the issue with reception and technician tried to increase fresh air circulation at around 1 a.m. At 3 a.m once again I experienced suffocation. Then I requested reception for giving me a room so that I can sleep for 2 - 3 hours. They tried to give me room on 3rd floor. Unfortunately, it's aircon wasn't working. Finally, I decided to live my fate of sleeping in a suffocating room of 6th and could sleep at 5 a.m.

Complimentary breakfast could be retained a little longer especially on weekend. Dinner could have few more options & atleast 1 complimentary mocktail or juice alongside. Stay was good. While TV malfunction & soiled beddings were upsetting, they were addressed quickly.

all service good, but only suggestion including in service. pick up or drop down facility to be started. when customer entry or exit time no man power available for pick up customer language, customer all language carry himself. this is very bad service sign. so pl improve as early as possible.
