- The room was not properly cleaned or mopped. - The room lights were not working - The TV settings were not proper and hence was not working - The breakfast food variety was repeat for each day. - For the next day stay there were no towels provided. - Complimentary taxi service was not provided on time / not provided at all.

I stayed in IBIS on a business trip. My room was pre booked. While the check in was at 2pm ,I had arrived early at 1030. I informed the staff kept my luggage in the baggage room and told them that I would be checking in in the evening after I come back from office. The staff informed me that it was not an issue. I arrived in the hotel at 1030pm and wanted to check in. At that point they told me that there are no rooms available. And I have already prebooked the room by providing by Master card. They told me that I have to look for another hotel, 1030pm at night they say to a female guest. This was not acceptable from any standards. I asked to speak to the manager and there were a few unpleasant exchanges with the staff after which they were surprisingly able to give me a room. If rooms were available then why was I made to go through such a terrible experience. I had stayed in IBIS Zurich earlier and the stay was very pleasant, but IBIS Navi Mumbai I will think twice

Check in took more time even though I had completed online check in well before arrival. Corridor on 6th floor, where my room was, it was stinking so much that it was tough to breath while walking through the corridor. Every now n then you enter into the hotel the security guys start checking you and your suff. Sometimes even if you are within the premises for very short time n you start entering hotel Security will start checking again. Initially it seems ok but becomes pathetic if you are staying for longer durations. Also location of hotel is not at all good. Not a good restaurant nearby. Its all slum or industrial workshops around the hotel.

Room is too small and so many chennal are missing (TV), Remote of tv is not working. Some empty plate and wastage food are keeping out side the room...its like bed for others. One shoe box and sleeper for washroom should be there.i missed hair oil In side the room.Price for Dinner is to high compare to outside hotels. Only two water bottle is not enough for drink.

The location of the hotel is convenient and the staff are generally helpful and courteous. However, the beds were sloping and uneven and the bed linen was streaked. As a result the nights rest was not the most restful.

Hotel which is not able to provide tourist informations to customers.As a gold member, I had not received my traditional gift in my room.Room was not very clean.The last day, there was no towels in the bathroom.Hotel too far from the city centre.To sum-up: employees not Customer satisfaction oriented; lack of cooperation.
