Very nice and short stay. Pranav from the restaurant took very good care of our table. Also Ibad welcomed us very warmly when we arrived at the hotel and showed us to our room.

« Pathetic »

It is so disappointing to see such a grave mistake that the hotel is sending feedback form to one email ID and addressing it to someone else. This is pathetic on your part. My name is Rachit and I stayed at IBIS for two days, below are my comments 1) My booking was for a single standard room, when I reached your front desk I was allocated a room 530. When I entered the room using the key card provided to me, I could see that someone’s belonging were kept. This is such a big breach of privacy of someone and for a hotel like yours I do not expect such a mix-up. 2) Then I was assigned room 227, amazingly the room’s AC was not working. I complained about it but nothing happened to it. I had to keep waking up. I reached out to the front desk in the morning and told about the issue face to face, and I was assured that the problem will be rectified when I reach back for the second day stay. I have stayed for a total of 9 nights so far in Ibis Navi Mumbai hotel. I realized that the hotel policies are quite different from the other brands I have stayed in India. So I had to get accustomed to these new policies myself :). I am now getting accustomed to Ibis way of doing things when in Ibis. I look forward to visit Ibis again in future if God Wills and hope for a good experience again. Overall it has been a fine experience in this property with some minor hiccups.

Very bad experience. asked the room to be cleaned twice and was not done. Had transport problems. Since i was doing a night shift i had asked at the reception to clean my room. 'Jema' at the reception said she will get it done. Mind you i reminded her twice. I come back at 530 am to find that the room is not cleaned. i had to clean it myself at i did not want your cleaning guy in my room at that hour. 2nd experience was for the office drop. on 19th of June i need a drop to work at 10 pm at night. You guys arranged a complimentary drop for me as a one time exception. Same day you sent an email to my travel desk stating any drop post 8 pm will be chargeable. Since i was to leave for work by 6:30-7 pm i told my travel desk not to take any action. I have an email from your marketing team stating "any DROP post 8 pm will be chargeable". Still on friday 23rd Jun when i came upto the reception to ask for a drop (at 7 pm)i was told it will chargeable. So heres my question : why then for last 3 days i was given a drop? Why was i not informed that these will be chargeable going forward so that i would have asked my travel desk to take the necessary action. Why did your marketing team send an email station any drop post 8 pm will be chargeable?? Your star performer Jema kept saying that evening we only provide pick ups from the office and not drops... some how this was not a problem for last 3 days. i had to keep arguing with her for atleast 20 mins. post that i had to dig out the email sent by your marketing team to prove that what i am saying is the truth. Then she calls up the marketing team... and i must say their professionalism should be applauded!!!!! this guy wouldnt let me speak!!! he refused to hear me me out... and kept saying the same thing over an over again -- "We provide drop in the morning and pick up in the evening". Finally i had to interupt him to put my point forward and tell him i have an email from HIM. after this realization all he did was ordered me to hand over the phone to Jema. No empathy what so ever!!! Finally after 40 mins of haggling i get a drop to work. i had a meeting at 8 which i missed. Pls check my booking history... i am a platinum member and i have stayed at ibis and Novotel. I specifically ask my company for your hotel even though i have options that are closer to Airoli. I have never experienecd such a pathetic service. Last 2 weeks i am staying at Yogi Excecutive instead. I had also filled out your online feedback form narrating the whole episode but never heard back from anyone. I dont think this will be taken seriously but im trying anyway. Hope you will provide me with some compensation to reiterate my faith in your brand

« Services are good but not value for money. »

Everything is very small in space like spice restaurant, gym, reception. The spice restaurant can hardly accomodate 50 guest. Poor planning. You will see people having breakfast standing. I did go back twice at dinner time. As a result guest get food from outside. Room service is limited. When you check in there is no assistant to guide you to the room. Most of the guest do not know how to operate your card swipe lift! Basic need like iron for clothes is in a common area which is so pathetic. No slippers available for bathroom use. You charge so high but compromise a lot on your services. Lastly front office staff are courteous but not presentable. They dont represent your brand. Thanks.

It was pleasant stay. However the room cleaning and changing bed sheet for one or two days not done during my overall stay was not done. 2nd Floor A/C was not effective during my last stay. Fifth floor A/C is effective. Bed foam quality need to be improved.

I have stayed hear before and that was not a real good so i was a bit apprehensive even i booked and decided to stay .... but to my surprise this time around the experience was good ... things were in order and much better than last time .... thanks
