Hotel which is not able to provide tourist informations to customers.As a gold member, I had not received my traditional gift in my room.Room was not very clean.The last day, there was no towels in the bathroom.Hotel too far from the city centre.To sum-up: employees not Customer satisfaction oriented; lack of cooperation.

Overall experience with front desk was very satisfactory.. Rooms is quite small in size, but, sufficiently facilitated. Food is very good. Laundry services and intenet (WiFi) - scope of improvement is observed.

Overall a bit dis-satisfied with room size and toulet maintenace status. There were visible leaks, outdated shower, nonargonomic curtains etc..

Awesome hospitality, cleanliness,food,ambience. Especially my kid was so comfortable and enjoyed a lot.she is just 1year baby I was worried a lot about her food since we r South Indian ,but we were provided with all our baby'S. favourite food all 3times she had good food even they packed food for my baby during travel also.My heartfull thanks to each n everyone.hereafter we vl surely prefer ibis.

* The bedding was smelly and looked like not replaced for the new guests. * The floor was not cleaned properly and slippers were also not provided. *The washroom was smelly too. *Instead of providing a Queen bed ,which I booked for,twin beds were provided.

Extremely bad experience. To enter the room it took more than an hour. Room condition was also not as per Accor brand hotel. Breakfast is of average quality. While checking out I had terribly bad experience. On 10th July it was heavily raining and to drive a distance of around 10 Km hotel vehicle was offered at 1200 +Tax. Over all the staff was not cooperative. I have decided not to stay IBIS any more.

I understand that you had checked in at around 2230 hrs and since the only Queen bed room available was the one for physically challenged, same was offered to you. The room is exactly the same with a larger bathroom and a foldable seat in the shower area however, I understand you were not comfortable with the same and hence you were moved to a different room and this entire process took around half an hour. I apologise for the inconvenience it must have caused you. With regards to your feedback on the transportation charges, I would like to inform you that the hotel charges on round trip basis and and is designed in packages. The rates assigned to different packages have been decided after a strong survey of the market and are in comparison to it. I would personally look into this again. I again apologise for any inconvenience caused. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. I will never go back there, thats the bottom line. For 2 days stay, there were too much difficulties, I will make it short cause I have no much time: 1. Pick up from Airport was not coordinated, consequently I was waiting there for 1 hr where the driver has supposed to be there. Their email regarding pick-up just said "conformed: with no details where to wait, etc. Bad Performance. 2. Only half of laundry was done, first they claimed I didn't provide, sent me a guy with some registration note, only when I addressed the shift responsible, he went and found it. No apology was given.... 3. There was horrible smell in my room and all floor 4(some oily one...), I asked to change room for the first night, They said they all booked...but for the second night they promised they will take my luggage to another room....off course when I came in evening they didn't do anything...offered me another room in the same floor like we never didn't discuss for the reason for room change....I was given another room but the small sticked to my suitcase while stay there for all day. 4. Horrible food in breakfast, nothing really to eat. Evening menu was better. 5. Overall, I needed to 'chase' after the staff with my requests, the staff didn't communicate internally so every time I needed to start again. no sense of service and courtesy to apologise when service was not provided.

Interiors and infrastructure is very good but......your services are pathetic. First of all receptionist has taken lot of time for checkin like a govt office clerk while we (me and Mr.Birpal Singh) had advance corporate booking (SLB). Payment for Buffet has taken immediately after dinner which i felt embarrassed because we both requested to put in bill, while checkout we will pay but refused by the staff there. I stayed many hotels but never saw so much eagerness to get money ASAP. Food quality and taste was very very bad. Room was average. After checkout no body wasbsbothe to take luggage to taxi, we self carried upto taxi. No doubt you are prestigious group of hotels but now you are ignoring services which is the most important part of your industry. Will try not to stay again. Regards .

I thought that this would be great stay because of international brand. Room is so small- luckily I didn’t bring my family. Bed sheets were smelling with previous guests sweat- probably unclean because of rain in Mumbai- but it’s awful

Found the overall body language of the staff (from the entrance, reception, bar etc) below average. Check in and check-out process was slow while one of the male executive at the reception staff did not even have the courtesy to wait and listen fully what I was trying to say ! The shower was not working. Don't know why rooms are not checked before allotting to guests. Asked for a place to keep my own umbrella while entering the hotel. The staff at the entrance did not show much interest and directed me to bar area and they to reception area !! May be they all seem to be gripped with FIFA fever and like to play football with guests !
