Location was good to visit the cathedral, shops and restaurants, however due to pubs nearby very noisy until very late (2-3 a.m.) as well. Climate / temperature could not be managed because the climate control was still in 'winter mode'. A silly excuse for a 4 star hotel that offers rooms with airconditioning. Nothing mentioned about what period of the year the airconditioning is apparently unavailable. In general it was much too warm in the room and corridors, lounge - reception area as well. In the room and lounge area we noticed seats with obvious stains, damaged furniture, general untidiness such as a cracked toilet control panel, loose hanging shower rod, poorly applied sealant in the shower and toilet.. As said in the subject line: details matter. This hotel (management) did not seem to care about that. Will not recommend unfortunately.

Our 3rd floor room was very comfortable with an excellent view out the window of the cathedral. Nice bedding and linens. Would have liked to have more electrical outlets and/or charging ports on both sides of the bed.

Well located in front of Cathedral

Stayed here after a days drive from the south of France. On our way back to England. Friendly reception, staff, clean and tidy rooms, well located for the mediaeval centre if not a little noisy due to the café being open late on Friday night. I would definitely stay again!
