this is not the first time to stay in the hotel and I expect after my previous feedback that they will improve. but, unfortauntately they aren't. they increased the rates significantly without upgrading the hotel services, furniture and food quality. the furniture is very bad and old. the sheets are old and not clean. the bathroom is horrible. in addition to I'm a club accor member I haven't received my points for this stay and the previous one. although, I claimed and sent a request.

The hotel is a shock for me as a first stay, I was shocked to realise that this is an Accor hotel. The hotel is very old and poor.the rooms are very bad furnished and old fashion. The bathroom is terrible and isn't well maintained, the carpets in the corridor on your way to the room are very dirty and hAvent been cleaned since ages. The food is terrible whether in room service or in the restaurant. Food tastes horrible. This hotel needs a new reinnovation and new full management. The only positive that the reception staff is welcoming and nice but even though I don't think that I'll repeat this horrible stay.

Bad check in experience. Rest are OK. Front desk and manager on duty didn't treat my membership at all. It was rude discussion end up by you take the room we have or check another hotel.

« Not the AccorHotels experience I am used to. »

Admittedly, most AccorHotels I stay in are in big cities, but I would have somewhat expected to receive a similar quality in the Mercure Khamis Mushaiyt. Check in was poor - the member of staff didn't really give me information. I enquired a few times both over the desk and over the phone about how to book a taxi but nobody helped me. I ended up discovering the Careem app myself which rescued me. The room itself was generally fine. There were not many plugs for my electronics. There was no guidance on what number to ring for room service. The room service food was not great and one night they got my order wrong. The breakfast food was not good either. This stay was part of a longer trip for me (hotel 4 out of 6 on my trip) and rather than feeling relaxed and refreshed, I left feeling quite ill and stressed. Overall the building and location was fine, but the service needs a lot of work.

No choice for restaurants. Food very bad in the only available restaurant. Rooms, bed sheets and carpet not very clean.

I am wondering from International and select such kind of unprofional person at the resiption (caled Omar) And the furniture insid the hotel unexpected (all carpet has hall from cigarettes and bad odour ) My room was 234&232

Actually the Hotel service dod not meet my expectations, the room furniture was old and need maintenance, fitted sheets were not clean and there was no shower rope or bath slipper, food was very bad however due to the weather I had to have dinner every day at the hotel but really it was very very bad
