Bad experience & nightmare : - Pillow very bad -the bed sheet ( old ) - the AC was broken ( too much hot ) - the room carpet had burned spots . - the bathroom smell stink - no slipper ( I had to request one )

I came to see my mother, first day my room door lock was jammed second day they change my room to 515 both room's toilet are out of date, water hose is extreme difficult *Room 514, the basement car park was only for staff (this is what I been told) as a gust, I have to park far away........is it the other way around?

I'd like to thank all hotel staff specially front office, reception and housekeeping for their dedication and fast response. The rooms renovation waa obviously marked Specially bathrooms. Restaurant became better and with more options in the breakfast Keep that good work

this is not the first time to stay in the hotel and I expect after my previous feedback that they will improve. but, unfortauntately they aren't. they increased the rates significantly without upgrading the hotel services, furniture and food quality. the furniture is very bad and old. the sheets are old and not clean. the bathroom is horrible. in addition to I'm a club accor member I haven't received my points for this stay and the previous one. although, I claimed and sent a request.

The hotel is a shock for me as a first stay, I was shocked to realise that this is an Accor hotel. The hotel is very old and poor.the rooms are very bad furnished and old fashion. The bathroom is terrible and isn't well maintained, the carpets in the corridor on your way to the room are very dirty and hAvent been cleaned since ages. The food is terrible whether in room service or in the restaurant. Food tastes horrible. This hotel needs a new reinnovation and new full management. The only positive that the reception staff is welcoming and nice but even though I don't think that I'll repeat this horrible stay.

check in was smooth. room furniture is so old and it missing the basic needed amenity. room price is soo expensive comparing to the service and hotel condition. if there is another good 4 stars option in this city i will never stay in Mecure again.
