I had a very pleasant stay at the Ibis. Accommodations were very basic. I knew hair conditioner and lotion wasn't provided, so I brought my own. Parking at the mall was somewhat challenging, because not all accesses to the garage were open in the morning.

« Very nice hotel for a business trip »

I found this hotel to be very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Each morning there was a breakfast buffet with plenty of choices of good food and beverages. The room contained a comfortable bed, a small desk area, an open closet with hangers, and shelves. The bathroom was small, but everything was clean and the water pressure was good. The hotel is located near plenty of different kinds of restaurants, a shopping center, and the train station.

If you have some work to do in Belval, that is exactly the place to stay. The usual clean, confortable IBIS room and very friendly and helpful staff. And quite a few restaurants in near walking distance.

« Staff was very helpfull and the room has everything one would need. »

The hotel was chosen do to its location near the customer we were visiting and will visit in the future, so I will return. As mentioned above, the rooms are basic, but have everything one would need for a business stay in this part of Luxembourg.

I booked using our corporate travel tool. However I was surprised I wasn't give a room with double bed as I requested, because "the computer assigned me another room". The employee was able to change rooms, but for the future, I want to be sure that when I book a double bed, I get a double bed, right away.

Decent, clean room and shower. Friendly staff, always happy to help/answer any queries. More relaxed - and comfortable - atmosphere than some of the more upmarket hotels. Decent breakfast.

« A satisfying experience »

I good experience however I later discovered that I was charged a higher rate than my business colleague Mr Stewart Smith who stayed at the Ibis for the same duration on two doors away from me on the 5th Floor. I was charged 179.00 EURO per day ( booked on the 06/11/18 for a stay on the 19/20 of November 2018 and he was charged 80 Euro per day ! . Can you explain why? Finally, I have booked a convention at the Arcelormittal University for the 3/4/5 and 6 of December for 30 guests. Approximately 70 % of which are staying at the Ibis including myself. I recommended your hotel for the participants at my event. Please review my last enquiry regarding my billing rate for my sat on the 19/20th of November. Thank you

Globally satisfied of the room, the comfort, the persons working on the hotel. I was just unsatisfied regarding the breakfast ... it was until 11.00 AM and we went around 10.00 AM and there was no more bread ! A breakfast without bread is not a real bread !
