I booked using our corporate travel tool. However I was surprised I wasn't give a room with double bed as I requested, because "the computer assigned me another room". The employee was able to change rooms, but for the future, I want to be sure that when I book a double bed, I get a double bed, right away.

Decent, clean room and shower. Friendly staff, always happy to help/answer any queries. More relaxed - and comfortable - atmosphere than some of the more upmarket hotels. Decent breakfast.

« A satisfying experience »

I good experience however I later discovered that I was charged a higher rate than my business colleague Mr Stewart Smith who stayed at the Ibis for the same duration on two doors away from me on the 5th Floor. I was charged 179.00 EURO per day ( booked on the 06/11/18 for a stay on the 19/20 of November 2018 and he was charged 80 Euro per day ! . Can you explain why? Finally, I have booked a convention at the Arcelormittal University for the 3/4/5 and 6 of December for 30 guests. Approximately 70 % of which are staying at the Ibis including myself. I recommended your hotel for the participants at my event. Please review my last enquiry regarding my billing rate for my sat on the 19/20th of November. Thank you

Globally satisfied of the room, the comfort, the persons working on the hotel. I was just unsatisfied regarding the breakfast ... it was until 11.00 AM and we went around 10.00 AM and there was no more bread ! A breakfast without bread is not a real bread !

I often stay at this location when travelling on business due to the proximity to our offices. The hotel offers comfortable clean rooms that are based on simplicity. The staff a very friendly and many have been there since it opened. The location is good with a number of restaurants within walking distance along with a large supermarket.

« A great place to stay »

We stayed in your hotel for 7 night while on a working trip to Luxembourg and I think that we made a very good choice, we stay in lots of hotels while we're working and this was a great one, the room was a standard Ibis room and so was clean and comfortable with a great bed but the thing that made the hotel great was that every single member of the staff were excellent, they were professional, friendly and efficient. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and good coffee, there were lots of restaurants and bars nearby and the 24 hour pizzas available in the hotel bar were great when we got back late from work, we will definitely be back. It seems to me that your website says that you provide parking, even though it has to be paid for. When I enquired about this, I was told that I'd have to find something myself. In other words, you don't provide this service. This was very annoying and I fail to understand why you'd have the parking symbol on your website.

Dear Accor people, I'll spend 1 night with 4 of my family members in 3 different rooms. All paid with my Accor Points. (Platinium member) and I expected a bit more than the offered drink. Normally there is an upgrade foreseen. If this is not possible at Ibis I would have expect anything else. At least a free breakfast or anything else just proving some attention. The rest of the stay was perfect. Hotel clean, people very friendly and at our service. Nice situation of the hotel too. Therefore the global rate of the stay of 8/10 Best regards Jean-Marc

« Clean room with excellent reception staff. »

The room was excellent - clean, good quality and functional. The reception staff were very helpful, had very good English and booking taxis etc for us. The breakfast and bar were excellent.

« Basic, clean and well located »

The hotel was convenient to the office and provided a clean, comfortable space. As it was quite hot, I was extremely happy with the quality of the air conditioning system. With a few, simple additions, in particular for long term stays, it would have been perfect.
