The hotel is well located, very close the train stations and with several bus lines to everywhere, and at just one station from Schipol and at 30 minutes from Centraal Station, Amsterdam. Very good service with young and efficient staff. Excellent breakfast and enjoyable environment.

This was our second stay at your hotel. We find it has all the comforts and conveniences we need. The food is good, service is gracious, and it is conveniently close to the airport. However, The floor in the shower is DANGEROUSLY slippery when wet, please install a grab-bar along the wall. We almost feel while taking a shower. For elderly this is devastating.

Your staff was VERY nice and sweet. The breakfast was good, and there was always a place to sit. The hotel room in itself was good, but it was not properly cleaned. Room number 1212: look at the wall next to the bed(the same wall as the bathroom/shower wall - there is a large stain/splatter of some kind. The same was at the lower part of the curtains to the left of the window - some splatter in a light/white color. Not nice. But, what I especially did not like, is that both me and my colleauges who also stayed at your hotel have all been adressed as "MR" in the written documents, such as the invoice. We were all female business woman, and all mentioned this, and our male colleauges agreed. If you use some kind of "template", you must change something there,- it did not feel good. And I am sure this was not done in purpose, but I belive equality is important.

Very good location, close to the train station to airport and centre. Clean hotel with excellent amenities. Breakfast had lots of good, fresh choice of food. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We did not get connecting rooms upon checking in and had to be separated about 12 rooms away for 5 nights, though we sent an email request 3 weeks prior to checking in and received no replies at all to this request but only to other emails on laundry and location. Though the hotel would be unable to accommodate our request, they should actually reply to the request and informed us prior to checking in. Nice hotel and nice location and nice staff. A bit surprised to see the easily broken plastic cups instead of mugs or glass cups and also slippers not provided and we had to pay for those at a 4-star hotel.

The drain in my shower was not working. I notified the cleaning crew with a note on Monday. Novotel responded that they were unable to fix it and would need a technician. It was never fixed nor was I left another response. Came close to overflowing the bathroom. My room was not made up one day...I didn't leave a do not disturb hanger on the door as I was not provided one. Your breakfast options are superb though!

I found the hotel to be quite nice and not pricey for what you get, it was available the same day as i was in a situation where i lost my flight and you saved my night, I found your dinner to be satisfying and the bartender gets special credits for this stay as he kept a conversation for a long time and prices at the bar were not even high compared to my home country (Iceland) thanks alot

I received an executive room at the highest floor, 13th, with clear views over the tarmac and runways of Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. I couldn't image a better view to wake up with. Also the breakfast was super variated and fresh.

Overall okay experience. The housekeeping should be improved though as the rooms are not tidied up with trash not thrown away and bathrooms not spick and span (clean). Also refilling/ replacement of cups and stirrers not done daily.

As always ladies at the reception have been really friendly. Check in was easy! Maybe if I can make a remark: the rooms are getting a bit "more used" and maybe not so clean anymore (especially the bathroom). Rest is fine. Breakfast with a lot of choice.
