We were upgraded due to our Accor membership and enjoyed a large spacious room with late checkout. The bed was very comfortable, and the 8th floor looked like it had been freshly renovated. We walked our bags from the hotel (about 300m) to the train station to take the overnight luxury train to Sapa ( horrendous, see my separate review). We only stayed one night and would stay again if in the area.

The Mercury Hotel in Vietnam exceeded all my expectations! The location was absolutely perfect, offering easy access to all the must-see attractions. What truly made my stay exceptional was the incredibly attentive and friendly staff. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, making me feel truly welcome. I can't wait to visit again!

The last portion of our S E Asia tour ended in Hanoi. We spent a few nights at this hotel and enjoyed our stay. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms were satisfactory in both size, comfort and cleanliness. We opted for the breakfast buffet and were very satisfied.

My recent stay at Mercure Hanoi la Gare was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel's location is superb, offering proximity to everything, whether you're on a business trip or leisure visit to Hanoi. The combination of charming architecture and modern interior design creates a delightful ambiance. The services provided, from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping, were excellent. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, especially compared to other Mercure hotels I've visited. The latte coffee was perfect, and the pho was a great way to start the day. I highly recommend Mercure Hanoi la Gare for an unforgettable stay in Hanoi.
