Very good location. Right opposite railway station. Unfortunately your house keeping staff reported minibar usages which was not true. Your front office staff made me sign an affidavit for this. I had stayed in many Accor hotels before and this was first. Which according to me was unwarranted and in fact humiliating.

The hotel was overbooked, and I was only informed when I checked in, and then brought me to another cheap hotel just opposite the street. This is definitely unacceptable, I will raise a complaint.

Satisfied with my stay The staff at the front office were very helpful with places for good food. When I requested for extra soap it was immediately delivered to my room. The location of the hotel is also convenient whereby we can walk to most of the places of interest. Th water pressure was a bit too low for my liking in Room 601.

overall experience was good at checkin however whilst having drinks on the terrace the waiter/ress service was quite lacking. Each time we wanted another drink we had to go in to order as the waiter/ress never came out to check if we would like another drink and had to ask to have empty glasses or bottles removed.
