It is my first trip to Vietnam. I stayed for two nights at Mercure Hanoi la Gare. I think I pick the right choice. All hotel staff are so nice and helpful. The location is good; it is in the old quarter. So, you can walk to many places.

It is truly not a pleasant moment to know that we failed to meet your expectations. However, please kindly allow me to explain how much effort we put to recognize and take care of you as a valued Le Club AccorHotels Platinum member. Upon arrival, we did prepared for you an upgrade to Deluxe room which is highest room category we have as well as delivered Welcome Drink voucher which was already used in the restaurant. In addition, we also set up Espresso machine in room especially for you because it is unfortunate that we do not have Concierge Lounge. All these things showed how much we cared about you as our valued guest, therefore, we did not get what unexpected situation was to make you not feel welcomed. If there is any inconvenience you have experienced, we strongly desire to get to know more in particular, it will be extremely helpful to us to improve ourselves to better serve you in the future. My stay at Mercure Hanoi was Ok. Staff is good and helpful. However property leaves much to be desired for the money one pays

The room temperature has been adjusted upon my arrival which was very nice. Room was clean and well managed. Wifi should be upgraded, due to my last comments from the previous trip, it has been improved but not much, the internet speed is quite lagging sometimes.
