Minimal room with next to nothing in it. Even the miserable towel was not changed after the first night. Poor hotel in a poor town...

the room is clean and the breakfast is really yummy. However, they provide only soap (no shampoo) for shower. The only thing I was not so happy with is that the staff did not check and ask me to pay for breakfast. I had to insist that the breakfast was included. This happened twice.

The Hotel is located nearby 3 malls, in the middle of the most important avenue in Manaus. A great breakfast, with fruits, juices, bread and a lot of wonderful regional food! The staff from the kitchen are awesome! They have a kindly way to make everyone feeling at home there!! As the title said, it's good, but there is room for improvement, such as - put a interphone inside room (so we can reach other rooms, make phonecalls, request alarm wake up, etc); - put a frigobar inside room (so one can keep cold water inside it); - decrease the price of breakfast (for +-0.25x the price of breakfast inside hotel there is better options elsewhere). Other than that is ok.
