I have stayed a few times now for work. The last stay was in the new wing and was much nicer than the previous stay in room 401. 401 was a disabled room which the shower was completely open no glass and nowhere to put soap etc but on the bench. Staff are always pleasant and helpful, check in and out no issues. My prior stay my room got cancelled by our agent without my knowledge and the staff were great to accommodate me (hence the room 401) Breakfast is good for the price however the scrambled eggs are over done and I would like to see tomatoes cut smaller which would be easier to eat.

As above, very happy. The one disappointing feature was the poor quality of the chairs around the dining table, just uncomfortable wooden school type chairs with no cushions. Very poor for Mercure.

From the moment we arrived at reception, we were made welcome, nothing was too hard for the reception person and he kindly gave us one of the new rooms on Level 10 as were staying a bit longer than he thought. Absolute peace, quiet & enjoyable. Parking was also no issue.

Everything went smoothly from check in to check out . Front desk efficient and friendly . Bed room was big and comfortable as was bathroom . Only minor negative wast that the linen smelt of disinfectant but that was OK as it meant it was clean .

Was a great spot for us - easy access to the Botany area straight down he road and then able to head out of Sydney easily as well. A quick overnight trip. And parking - the place has parking!

I'm a returning customer and always enjoyed my stay but on this occasion we've experienced some disappointing events. We've also invited our friends for the third time around now to stay with us but they are equally disappointed with few things that happened: 1. On Sunday(2/9/18) night the toilets didn't flush in room 1032 & 1033. We've called reception and have been told the the tradies starting at 7:00am so need to call reception again at 7:00am and let them know the problem. Is it really my job to do that. i'm a regular traveller and this is the first time I came across when the toilets are not working in a reputable hotel.And not very pleasant the least to say. 2. On sunday (father's day) morning we've proceeded to the atrium for breakfast which was also paid for as part of our room cost. We've had to wait a long time to be seated due to other father's day events. As a hotel guest we should have been just let through instead waiting in a long queue. 3. We've booked a dinner in the Atrium at 7:00pm on Sunday (02/09/18) night for four people. When we turned up around 6:55pm, we've been told by the supervisor in charge that She's expecting a big group and she doesn't have time to deal with us. So we went out to find a restaurant that happy to take our business. It was very arrogant and disappointing. 4. We've had plans over the next six months to stay at your facility but we have second thoughts about it. 5. On a positive notes rooms 1032&1033 have been fantastic with the balcony. 6. I would appreciate your feedback and comments as to why should we choose your facility to stay again in the future and perhaps offering a special deal next time around.

I stay at your hotel once a month, it is always nice stay, the staff are very helpful and attentive. Room service options are lacking and I have noticed less of the luxurious amenities in the rooms than were once offered, shower caps, quality tea etc.
