We had a very nice stay at ibis Styles in Menton. The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Menton and the room we booked was spacius and comfortable, with great view. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. For a longer stay in summer, it would be nice to have a mini-bar or a mini-fridge in the room... But the only minus point of this hotel is breakfast - our stay was only 4 nights, but even then, eating 4 times in a row exactly the same type of ham (only one type was available) and complete lack of vegetables was trying....

This holiday was to celebrate of 50th wedding anniversary. We love Menton Ibis Styles suits us as we only equire B & B. Thestaff were all friendly and helpful, particularly Aboud, who helped my wife find a dentist as she had broken a tooth justbefore we left. here was excdellent selectio n of food and beverages for breakfast. Our room was spacious and had a small balcony.
A small complaint would be that there did not appear to be any safe provided in the bedroom.

We liked the hotel: location in downtown (close to the Major's house, supermarket, sea and not far from the central railway station); clean and rather new rooms; helpful staff; coffee/cacao/hot water machine with an assortment of tea bags and still water 24/7 on the ground floor; sufficient breakfast (for a 3 star hotel), incl. juice pressing machine where you can make a freshly pressed orange juice. Overall, very good price/quality ratio. But what positivelyimpressed us most is an attutude of the hotel' owner. Our son got sick one day, our insurance company directed us to a hospital in Monaco, taxi could arrive only in 30 min. and Mr.Messina offered to drive us to the hospital in his personal car not expecting any compensation and even made sure that we would have no problems in the emergency room. Once again, thanks a lot, Mr. Messina, we really appreciate it!!

Very impressed by this hotel. Modern, clean and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was very fresh and plentiful and the excellent air con in the room meant that it was for comfortable for sleeping in the high temperatures.

The hotel is said to be green and environmentally friendly, but all our towels were replaced by fresh ones only after 1 night, although we did not throw them on the ground or but them in the bath.

Only stayed one night but it was a plesant stay but very hard to park our car. Not the hotels' fault that streets and parkingspaces are not quite suited for larger cars - however a note in regards to car size when it comes to the garage would be helpful.

This hotel is within walking distance of the beach, town, and train station. There are several great restaurants and gelatos nearby. There is a private beach where you can rent chairs and an umbrella about a 20 minute walk from the hotel.

Thank you for a great stay in a very convenient location in Menton. The hotel continues to be well-maintained, air condition works beautifully in such a hot weather and the balkony is certainly a great plus. The small thigs (lift, entrance to car park) are small potatoes, compared to the overall pleasant experiment, including extremely friedly staff. Will visit again.

Check-in person was unhelpful and preoccupied with personal telephone calls. When I advised her that the room was not as represented and did not have 2 double beds but instead a double bed and pull out sofa bed she said that this is what they meant. The photo on the website for a family suite clearly showed 2 standard double beds. The shower did not even have door for privacy. The distance between both beds and the wall was not the standard 3 feet as generally provided in a layout for walking. This was an incredible disappointment and combined with the indifference of the staff member, a terrible experience.

Stayed 4 nights May 2017.
I had in error only booked for a single person rather than dual occupancy, but in advance of arrival i had contacted the hotel direct and it was very simple to sort that out (I just had to pay the supplement for another person). This really put my mind at ease.
The staff were very friendly and professional, from reception to breakfast. (Note lovely fresh-pressed orange juice at breakfast.)
Rooms were clean, and excellent size and with "proper" full-sized bathrooms. And ours (and i think all) had big balcony too. Lovely to sit out and have a drink.
Only small down-side was no kettle in room (which was expected) and unfortunately the hotel didn't have any. (Again, not unexpected in France where kettles aren't really a normal thing anywhere.) However, there was the free variety of hot drinks available 24/7 in reception.
Also used the free internet in lobby to check restaurants etc.
Overall, very very good and would not hesitate to return. (Sooner the better frankly!)

The room is very nice.
All the facilities of the hotel are very good.
The hotel is very well placed in Menton, you have everything you need within walking distance.
We managed to park our car in the street near the hotel so it was really a very peasant experience.
We would very much like to return one day in the hotel.

the hotel is located in the city centre and is close to everything. they have two garages one for small cars 10€ and one for suv or larger cars for 13€ a night. the hotel is very clean and airy. the rooms are very spacious and clean with all the expected facilities. The great thing in this Ibis are the staff such as Pilar and Anais who are very helpful friendly and helpful, the breakfast was also a good quality continental breakfast
