What a wonderful couple of days spent at the Novotel Lami, Food was delicious and the staff friendly and helpful. The Ocean View room was quiet and spotless. Would highly recommend. The view of the bay is spectacular.

Stayed for 2 nights with husband and 1 year old son. Room was nice and clean, balcony had great views of the bay. Dining was lovely, reasonably priced too. The staff were so friendly, warm and welcoming, especially with my son. My only complaint is that we left our passports in the safe after checkout and it took 3 hours and 3 phone calls to the hotel to get them to go to the room and get them. This should've been treated as urgent, not 'Fiji time'.

Disappointing, extensive damage to personal items due to leaking roof

A leaking roof caused my suitcases to become soaked and have ruined my bags. My clothes were damaged which I now have to pay to get dry cleaned, this added expense is frustrating. The staff made no effort to assist in cleaning the room, I had to do it all myself. The staff also made no effort to stop the leaking throughout the night. We woke up to water everywhere in our room. I will not be staying at Novotel in the future and I have also informed my family and friends about this horrible stay at the hotel.

I was there for a wedding function at Novitel convention centre so thought it will be convenient to stay with you guys. But my expectation was of something of better quality and service. The front office check in staff were very friendly and helpful as there was a mix up in reservation regarding dates but they managed to sort it out without much fuss. the rooms though were very disappointing. The sheets did not look very clean and the washrrom and bathroom were smelly and very dirty. I felt very disgusted while having my shower as the walls were very unclean and like wise the hand basin. We definitely expected far much more cleanliness from a hotel of your calibre. And to add to it I requested a bottled water to my room and the front desk calls me at around 11 at night to ask me to do the payment. I adviced them that we shall clear it when we check out in the morning but they became very adamant and continued calling for which I had to unhook the phone so that I can get some sleep as the main wedding ceremony was the next day. Hopefully these small things like cleanliness can be looked into as hygine is very important for any hotel. Hoping that my next stay with you guys would be more pleasant. Best regards a. C. 67…

Everything is great but would love it if a room is available then you should allow for early check in. Midday check in should be accepted.

You did stay during a time of high occupancy and depending on the room type that was ready we would always try to arrange a check-in if we can. - Suggest introducing a carpool feature to allow guests the option of sharing a cab to the airport (for those guests who might only be overnighting in Suva, as part of a travel transit stop) - Have a mechanism for packed hot breakfast for guests having to checkout early in the morning (to travel to the airport) - Your menu options at the restaurant are limited and static. Suggest slightly changing them - at least every month, otherwise it can get a bit staid, and regular guests might not look forward to coming over for dinner (for eg).
