I stayed in a $199 room facing the road and I think it needs some improvement. If I'm correct its room 307 or 317. Whilst I understand the different standard and different rates, as a corporate customer i feel you could do better.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. I note your comments about the room that you stayed in during your last stay and would agree that it is not as good as the rooms that you have stayed in during your recent stays. You did book at the local special rate of $199 and that rate is for our lead in room type. I strongly suggest that you book a Deluxe room as these rooms are in our Suva wing and all have a Queen sized bed. I am confident that these rooms are more to your liking. I will also keep an eye out for your future bookings and as long as we have space available we will try to upgrade you from the entry level rooms. Had a great stay at the Novotel Lami. The room was nice and clean. the staff very warm and friendly. Breakfast was good only need to work on the speed of the breakfast cook making the bacon and eggs they were on fiji time. Over all we had a great 5 nights stay and would recommend the Novotel Lami to anyone
