1- There was a mean reception named Anyssa and when I called the second time for a technical problem which I have been waiting for it to be fixed for 2 hours, she yelled at me and she hanged up the phone on me three times. 2- The carpet was Horribly dirty that I couldn't even trust to put my suitcase on the floor. 3- The shower head wouldn't even stay up and keep sleeping down and I had to hold the head up with one hand and take a shower!

My apartment was equipped well but I booked breakfast and this was only available in another hotel across a very busy intersection. It would have been courteous to have warned me about this prior to my stay, I would have cancelled breakfast. I did not eat breakfast once during my 8 night stay.

Room was very small, and not having balcony, as my stay was very long, for 42 days I suppose to get some big room. Also as room was at road side during night there was vehicle noise, which disturb by night sleep. Asked to change the room at reception, but they had asked for more amount to pay for room change. Even for asking bar for dish wash they had asked to purchase the one. Two hour early checking also were not accepted and paid additional amount.

The hotel is good for the price considering how expensive lodging is in Paris. The Montrouge location is convenient, even though the Metro station is a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, perhaps they should consider having a free shuttle service there given that you will spend a lot of time commuting by subway in Paris given that Montrouge is way down south Paris central area. The first floor was under some sort of construction, so it was a bit uncomfortable in regards to having the possibility to breakfast there directly. We had the option to cross the street to the other Adagio Hotel, and eat there. But we always rather save the time and get something on the go from the nearby boulangeries. (Again, long walk to the Metro).

The room was extremely dirty. The floor had dirt all over. The bathroom did not have any towels at all. The only thing in the bathroom were a single floor mat which had yellow stains on it. It took me 2 days to find someone who's able to give me just a single towel. 2 days for just 1 towel! This seems to be a management issue because the people at the front desk seemed caring and polite. They just can't find any towels.

it was a convenient space near to paris but we should have been told about the renovation work. the balcony was dirty and we wished the frequency of cleaning could be increased to 2wice a week.

The check-in service was alright, once we were serviced as there was only one front desk staff which meant long wait times. Our apartment looked clean, however, the toilet and bathroom walls were stained with body fluids and the toilet had a foul odor.

The hotel was nice, friendly, clean. Staff were extremely cooperative. Anything we needed to print....the reception printed for us. Check in and out was so easy. Room was neat and tidy. View from balcony was nice... although Eiffel tower could not be seen (room 904). Kitchenette was well equipped. The sofa bed was large enough for my kids. What I didn't like is that the closet between the rooms was sometimes smelly due to presence of a drainage pipe!! On check out I asked for a taxi to the airport and thankfully the receptionist called one for me...but you should inform guests that calling a taxi costs extra 7€. I will sure stay in your hotel on my next visit to Paris.

We were met by overall polite staff, the place is mostly in working order, except from a few light bulbs, AC working - big deal in the days we stayed as it was hot!! There were a few towels missing from the room, the same with sheets and pillowcases for the boys beds, not a big deal though, as we could just go and pick them up at the front desk. 5 minutes walk from groceries, bakery just around the corner, basement parking a little expensive, but the car will keep nice and cold, and it has a lift, so easy access, last but not least, it is only about 6 minutes walk away from the Metro!

Hi ..mr Thomas BALDELLI General Manage ..it was good to be with you but you need development of some new things in the rooms and keep your eyes to the cleaners .. i was coming to Paris for treatment for my daughter and my contract was one month but her doctor said that she have to stay to 17 of July and we did try to be longer but we couldn’t because of the rules in my case you should take it in your mind the is a lot like my situation on that end I would like to thank you and your peoples...can I please ask you for something when we are with your hotel I order some stuff from the internet so the staff will come on few days please tell your employees to call me so I can come to get it.my phone 33… thanks again

The attention given during check in was very poor even requesting to give room 15:00 which is check in time keep awaited us for 1 hour . Even though they know customer going to come they do not make ready apartment as they were having 3 hours after previous customer checkout . I think they are not customer oriented

Despite the carpet being dirty due to old stain, the overall place is great especially with the kitchen. The metro station (Line 4 - Marie de Montrouge) is only 10 min walk. Also, the front desk is very nice and friendly. Shout out to Peggy the front desk staff greeted us and helped us during the check in. Having a friendly front desk personnel makes a world of difference especially coming from a long and tiring travel.

Overall we are quite satisfied with our stay. Here are the pros: 1. Reasonable distance (8-10 min walk) from the line 4 metro 2. Decent size apartments with physical separation between bedroom and living room for added privacy 3. Nice view including that of Eiffel Tower from few apartments at higher floors 4. Good security at entry and at elevators 5. Breakfast spread was quite good, though some scope for variation 6. Helpful staff both at the front desk and breakfast area. But generally felt they lack staff and staffs are overworked 7. Fairly close to ORY Airport Cons: 1. Add additional 40 minutes each way to reach central Paris 2. Carpets are very dirty as they are going through renovation 3. Need to request for room service 4. Not many great dining options nearby, but basic options available 5. No attached restaurants to the property 6. All beds are single and they attach 2 single beds to make double beds which was not comfortable

While the staff was efficient and welcoming, hotel is in a very dilapidated state. The room was stinking, the carpet was awfully dirty, beds were very uncomfortable and kitchen was almost non existent

Great location in Paris. Very close to shops and a short walk from the Metro. A big plus is having a kitchen with separate lounge dining and bedroom. Carpets have been replaced with floorboards. The balcony in our room was also a bonus with views across Paris to the Eiffel Tower. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast if needed an added bonus. Very clean. One negative was the curtains. Obviously had been washed and replaced. The bedroom had one curtain that did not cover the window with one side off its hooks. Took an hour swapping curtain drops to attain blackout in the bedroom. This should be addressed by housekeeping. That aside very comfortable apartment with basic but functional furnishings.
