The front desk was very helpful to help me with a taxi and an Uber to get to my meetings in Dammam. The Front Desk even went out with me to talk to the Uber driver to make sure I am safe and that he understands where I need to be.

For me the hotel was ideally located close to the railway station, however it is not walking distance to the city center. The rooms are looking very tired and smell very musty/damp. During my stay I woke to the AC leaking and a large pool of water by the bathroom entrance. A few of the lights did not work and the TV was very hit and miss. The iron also had very poor wiring. On the plus side the breakfast and evening buffet were really good with a really good variety of food. Being an Accor Gold member, previously Platinum I have stayed at a good variety of Accor hotels, including many other Novotel's and I would say this is hotel does not live up to the usual standards of an accor hotel

I stayed for 1 night. Reception make officer did not know silver club receives free drink. The room 357, one TV not working. Toilet was clean. Breakfast was good. I will not come again to this hotel.

Hotel looked ok at first, big room and manager was nice to send me a little platter of fruits and welcoming later since I am a member. However, all turned to be very bad when I saw the water dropping from the cieling next morning and my shoes full of water. I do understand that this could happen anywhere but they way it was dealt with it i never understant. I informed the reception that there is so much water on the floor and ask them to fix it, they pormised to do. After coming back in the evening, I discover that this didn't happen. the situation was even worse and water is everywhere. I had no time or energy to ask them for a room change so I just asked them to clean it as I was going out from dinner. I came back and saw big towel on the floor to absorb water and they put the bin where one side of water was leaking so water goes in. water was still dropping from different points and it wasn't easy to move on. This never happened with me in any accor hotels before

Firstly, the rooms are not in good shape and does not appear to be a 4 start quality hotel. The carpets, furniture upholstery have dirty marks at many places. The lighting in the the room (red light!!) gives a terrible feeling when in room. The TV would not work well and one needs to be patient. The customer service at the reception needs to improve significantly. One morning while heading for a business meeting, I forgot to bring a bottle of water from my room. On requesting one (a bottle) at the reception, I was told that they cannot provide one and I can get it from my room. Who say no for water?? Clearly, the occupancy in the hotel is thanks to limited choice in the vicinity - but it is a matter of time when customers would not prefer to stay in this hotel. To conclude, I would't say everything is bad but it surely needs a significant upgrade of furniture, lights, and customer service to match other Accor Hotels I have been staying around the world.

Hotel rooms need proper revamp as it looks like a very old hotel. Spl. Wash basins of toilets & shower area. No pressure in water. Carpets are too dirty now. TV needs to be upgraded. Sofas needs to be upgraded as well. Reception also needs to get upgraded. Overall good experience. I'm a regular customer at this hotel.

Good service, facilities were good although not all gym equipment was working. Room cleanliness was poor, sink leaked and the shower was leaking which had caused the bottom of the door frame in the bathroom to rot (the wood was black)

I found the room unclean in some parts. As an accor member, I expected a certain standard of cleanliness and I was disappointed. I found the telephone receiver was dirty (probably never cleaned) and had a layer of dust on it. The bathroom had some cement coming out of the tiles in the corner (loose grouting). The In-Room dining service is quite limited (compared to other accor hotels). The Wifi too had connectivity issues where I could'nt connect using my credentials. After 30 min, when the IT guy never turned up to fix the issue, I had to walk up to the reception and then I had to log in to the wifi with a random room number and a generic password "Al". Quite strange I say.

Air conditioning is not working properly during the night. Internet is poor. Room service (breakfast) is poor during Ramadan. The temperature from the shower is inconsistent, changing suddenly from hot to cold.

Room furniture looks very outdated, bath room is need refurbishment, pillows are not comfortable, I was expecting better room by comparing with room rate, room service taking long time to provide requested stuff, packing area are not always available and it's annoying to walk all the distance to the lobby with the kids, A/C is not working properly BUT... The room and bathroom size are good, check in and check out not bad, restaurant was good, the atmosphere of the lobby is very amazing
