This is my second time at this hotel, among the many novotels around the world, this ranks # 1. Expect very clean room, good size room, comfortable bed, neat and clean building, and great breakfast selection. If you are in Dammam or Khobar area for business, for the $ 300+ hotels and come to this one.

« hotel needs repairs, cleaning »

stay was fine....uneventful...but repairs are needed and a good cleaning Also room service delivered the wrong meal....room service attendant knew it was wrong but told me that the chefs were arguing and one of the chefs demanded he take that try to my room, even through it was incorrect. I accept mistakes happen but a guest shouldn't be told staff is arguing nor knowingly delivered incorrect food. seemed very unprofessional

if you would like to be in a quiet and calm during your stay in Dammam, this hotel would be nice. No shopping place in walkable distance from this hotel, but Hotel stuff and food are good enough not to be concerned.

Staying was good , your did not have television working and dinner was not comfortable . Your Resturant staff were not cooperative . Sad part was they did not understand the simple pasta order and delayed it by one hour . We were surprised such service in Novotel.

« Not a good experience »

Everting was good till I made a booking and I checked in very late in the evening , no proper welcome , there was no welcome fruits or nothing ... this is location or a lodge come sleep and leave ... this particular hotel removed from my checklist ...being a gold member with Accor hotels never came across not expected this worst experience

I never checked into a hotel and never left it but to the airport and had this amazing time and service. This was a business trip. I had all of my meetings and meals in the hotel. Evening chills in the LaMode was remarkable.

« Novotel has a serious issue with in-room Dining »

Lobby and front office people are amazing, well trained and know how to welcome a loyal guest! but it stops there... rooms and floor corridors are soo old and sad! But the worst! the in-room dining, so far I tried 2 Novotels in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh and Dammam), worst in-room dining experience ever! from the guy that answers the phone and wants to fight with you if you answer wrong one of his questions and that never answer back a "good evening" he would just say "YES! what's your order! ", the food OMG, the list is long eggs with burned edges, 3 times I made a request that I wanted my toast to be well toasted and crispy and it comes tender, in Novotel riyadh one time I ordered chiken with curry (worst thing I tasted in my life" I just returned the plate as is... no one even called to ask what was wrong with it.... anyway in summary Novotel in saudi Arabia is not at all up to the standards of Accor hotels feels like a cheap local 2 star hotel chain owned by a greedy businessman! The hotel building is new. Service is good. But the breakfast experience was horrendous. For a business visitors, watch out. You could run your morning waiting for the lunch!

Extremely bad. Requested airport drop and hotel couldn't arrange on time made stay in the reception for more than 30 min. After 30 min they informed the car is not available. Too irresponsible.

« Great inside, but surroundings are a problem »

As expected, the room, the spaciousness of the halls and foyer were impressive. However the hotel is in a sort of no-man's-land with not even a place to buy a bottle of water outside the hotel. The hotel is next to a busy highway. The only neighbors are two car dealerships. Would possibly be dangerous to walk around by the road. For someone with own transport or company car, might be fine. Probably most successful as a corporate meeting spot. Wifi and breakfast were fine, as expected.

It was nice experience but there is two things i don’t like in my stay first there wasn’t a slippers in the room and the second thing on Friday evening I can’t sleep from the very loud noise coming from the lobby and i call the reception twice but the didn’t make any action ?!!

Shower wasnt properly cleaned .. room’s furniture is outdated .. the shampoo tray was literarily yellow !! Laundry service was excellent .. breakfast was good
