« Great location and good value with helpful staff »

The location, just along the road from Larcomar is ideal at an affordable price. I also found it useful that the Lima Airport Express Bus got me close enough for a short walk. The rooms are typical Ibis, simple and comfortable, ideal for a decent night's sleep. The cafe in the lobby was just what I needed for a quick snack when I arrived. Overall the ibis Larco Miraflores added to my pleasant visit to Lima.

Had trouble with the key both in the elevator and to enter the room. Told front desk. Person went up to my room to check told me door handle was loose. Never offered another key.

« Very useful and pratical accomodations. »

I had a bad experience at registration. The attendant responsible for my check-in was really rude when informing the reasons why she was not able to perform three individual payment, for me and my two workmates, to cover one single payment to be done with my credit card. In the end she accepted the proposal (necessary due to the policy of my company) but the treatment received was embarrassing and I became very disapointed with treatment received. For sure this is not the way Accor treat its clients.
