It was ok, but I felt the front door attendant should have offered us a welcome drink at the check in, since we are le club clients, but she did not. At the check out I asked her about it (hoping that she would then offer us) but she informed me that I was supposed to ask for this courtesy. Well, I am not sure about that, I understand that one should not have to ask to be welcomed, but anyhow, I would like to leave as a suggestion my opinion on this issue.

« frustrating »

It took too long for the receptionist to finalise my check-in, despite the fact that I had already made the reservations by phone one month before. The rooms were not ready by the time scheduled for check-in and the paperwork was too bureaucratic. I arrived at noon and the rooms were made available at 2:30 pm. It was inhumane on their part, considering my daughter has special needs. Besides that, I was told during my phone contact, that I had a credit to receive due to a special family rate, for I had paid the full rate in advance. Upon check-out, the receptionist alleged that there was nothing in her computer system that indicated I had this credit. What a disappointment!

Nice hotel, very well located, nice parking. Only thing that we missed was a nice breakfast - we had to pay extra and quality of the breakfast was not that good. For that room rate and paying extra for breakfast, we would expect better quality. Overall, it was a good stay with room for improvement.

« Not very satisfied with ibis at this time! »

- Upon arrival there was no clean sheets/towels available. We had to wait. Same following morning; - Information on meals cost and varieties did not match with the price charged and the options at the restaurant; We complained but nothing was done; - Restaurant employees (Divino Fogão) (not all) rude and impatient; - On the bright side: maintenance of our hair dryer was really fast and efficacious (less than 15 minutes!)

« Always a good option in Poços de Caldas »

Ibis is one of the few hotels which will NOT include the three meals in the price. Although eating out could turn out to be more expensive, it is preferrable to have to eat at the same place always. There are plenty of good options at walking distance. WiFi worked well and parking in loco is included. Internet check-in was great and we had our keys to the room and parking badge in about 3min after arrival. Great!

« Used to be better.... »

This was not the first time at this property but this last one was not so good. Staff was rude in both check in and out, where was asking to pay for breakfast alteady included in the reservation pre-paid amount. Besides welcome drink only available for 1 person instead of for couple, which is very different from other hotels I stayed before at Accor chain, like in the Europe countries.

Very ggod option in Poços. The Hotel is very well located ,with shops and restaurants in the surroundings. Cantina do Araújo is a very good one to enjoy Italian cousine or the tipical cozinha Mineira.

« Excellent service, but the facilities need improvement. »

The hotel is very nice, but the shower floor need extra cleaning. Also, during the night we heard running water sounds really loud, and we woke up a few times throughout the night because of these noises. Also, we could hear people walking in the room above us at 1:00 am and the toilet seat was the worst I have ever seen. However, the excellent service and courtesy of the staff compensates these problems. I would certainly recomend this hotel.

Rude attendants, poor service and an "new charge" - R$ 2,00 for printing a black and white paper. Room wasn't really clean and had a bad smell.

« Good »

The bed was small in length and super hard. I'm 1.85m and my feet where already out. Also the hardness made it uncomfortable with pain in the back as a result. We have been in more Ibis hotels and the quality of the beds where better. All the rest was super. Nice breakfast and location of the hotel. But the best is the staff, super friendly and they do everything for you with a smile.

« House keeping and room location. »

The front rooms are very noisy starting at 5AM due to the street. House keeping was poor on the weekend with my room not getting cleaned Saturday or Sunday even though I was usually out of my room from 10am to 2pm. Also the house keeper seemed to refuse to make my bed the way I prefer it made even with me making the bed up every morning. This forced me to remake the bed every day when I arrived back to me room.
