1. I have booked the room with Queen Size bed and its clearly mentioned in my booking and still the room was given with two individual beds, I could go back to reception and appeal but it was not my thought to do that and adjust what i was offered. 2. AC in the room was faced towards the window and beds were to the right and I felt very much suffocated as there was no scope for me to feel the fresh air by opening the Window, and AC never responded when I tried to operate and prompts me with lock alert. 3. Washroom was bit small and congested, couldn't accommodate as expected. Also complimentary internet was exhausted the limit and couldn't use the internet. Request to increase the daily limit. 4. This point has to be considered with the fact that, there was no proper lighting enabled inside the room and only bed light and other small light was associated for entire room. 5. Please arrange a mat to wipe the wet foot/legs once stepped out of washroom, because I had to give my foot prints on the floor all the time I stepped out of washroom. 6. Always the lift had to stop automatic at first floor and then pass by to ground floor and vice versa 7. Kindly allow delivery persons to delivery the food at door step. 8. I really appreciate the service at hotel with respect to house keeping and the polite ask they prefer to address the customer. 9. It was feel good for me when the person who approached me, when complaint was raised against the refrigerator had problem in cooling the content inside. 10. Overall I felt it was satisfactory stay considering the cost of stay was not justifiable. However, these are the feedback's which are supposed to be enhanced in the hotel. Please treat this as my points to be addressed. Thank you for the staff and co-workers at IBIS who served every customer on time and without delay and also appreciate their efforts in delivering the proper communication and dealing with customers being positive friendly.

I observed following problems in Room No 503, which was allotted to me for stay: 1. Washroom faucet knob was broken. 2. My 2 Pin mobile charger was not getting fit in 3-Pin socket provided in left side of bed. Food Served during dinner and breakfast was cold, and shortage in quantity, please take care next time. I am staying at Ibis for the past 4 Years in different cities, and recently started staying at Hosur. As per observation below points need to be improved or implemented. 1. Bathroom Quality - in many bathrooms the shower was loose from the pole and bath towels are old. 2. No Iron table - if I have to iron I have to go to 4th floor, it is not the case with other Ibis where it is available in all the floors. 3. Gym at ground floor - it should be more convenient if it is based at top floor

I have stayed at the Hosur Road IBIS quite a few times but have been elsewhere as the company moved to EcoWorld. Things have changes in the interim some for the good and some not. 1. The bar is back which is great news if you want a beer after work 2. Food, this was a good as ever and attentive staff to take your order 3. The room was not as good as before, it had only a simple thin roller blind and that let the sun in early morning. Prior there were drawable blackout blinds. 4. I was not asked if I wanted as smoking or non smoking room and although it did not smell bad my room had an ash tray and matches in it so I guess a smokers room.
