I was disappointed with the service, the food, and room 171 during my stay at the ibis in Chihuahua. First off I asked to be moved further away from the elevator and to a room on the other side of the road to be able to rest. The personnel gladly obliged... but the other room had sticky floor and smelled as if had been poorly mopped. I went downstairs and mentioned it to the front desk and their solution was to send someone up and spray some air freshener! I couldn’t believe it. I then asked for another room and they offered us one closer to the elevator which also happened to be on the main road side... I clearly declined as it was the reason I moved in the first place, and put up with the stinky room. Quick note: who ever layer the floors on the first flood did a poor job at cleaning up the glue residue. They showed me 3 rooms and explained that all the floors were like that on the first floor, saying that the contractors didn’t do a good job. Own your mistake, don’t rent rooms out that aren’t ready... that gave me a bad impression from the start. Breakfast was included, but it wasn’t all that great. The eggs look like they had been there a long time and the beans tasted very odd, nothing like what you would expect. I then went upstairs to the room to shower and work on my computer before check out. There were black hairs in the sink, and several in the shower that clearly didn’t belong to us.. disgusting! At last I went to check out. The lady at the front desk didn’t even ask how my stay was, like she didn’t care. I mentioned to her my horrible experience and how unsatiesfied I was with my experience and all I received was a short unmeaningful apology. I know it’s only a 3 star hotel, but at least tend to your guests and pretend to care for your customers concerns. Thank you for for the email insisting on receiving my feedback. I hope it benefits your company image in Chihuahua Mexico, it needs it.

It was a normal experience, breakfast was normal and we could not get any shampoo and we need to ask for more than 2 towels, additional elevator function was inadequate, we could not get to floor number 1 via elevator and we needed to use the staris, TV's are old and we could not connect a laptop to watch some movies. Hotel was great and perfect for the price but I think Ibis is a better company and can give us something better, I have slept in Ibis located and different countries and this one was not excelent as the others.

I was initially given a room that wasn’t clean and them transferred to a room that had no towels. The hotel could use some maintenance and up keep. Other than that my stay was fine.

Stayed at this hotel a few times and always happy. The hotel is very clean with friendly staff. Parking is easy just outside and the surrounding area offers a selection of restaurants.
