« Its good, could be better »

The cleanliness and the conditions of the room were excellent. TV channels could be more complete there are missing of my favorites, talking about cable channels basic package. I would like it was better. Its missing a exhaust system in the bathroom for odors.

« Very expensive for the service provided »

After searching for hotel 2-3 hours finally got a room in Ibis. I agreed the price because it was the only option I had. However only 2 full beds with less then 1 feet of space between them and between beds and walls. No more furniture. No phone. And next day I find out that the price published is 200 pesos less than what I pay. When I ask for difference, they say me it is because they can raise prices because high demand. For less than 200 pesos more I was able to stay in Sheraton Soberano. Enormous difference

Your hotel is conveniently located. The room. Air conditioning in room was malfunctioning. I was moved to a different room, where the ac functioned. The food was good, but your coffee machine is not adequate when multiple guests want coffee at the same time. One cup at a time is just inefficient.

« Too small »

Room was to small. I am pettite woman and had to turn side ways to us bathroom. My husband is very tall so bed and space was an inconvenience. Even the elevator was tight with just 3 people in it. Guest services was the only thing we were somewhat satisfied with. Would not recommend to anyone.

I did not like the elevator card system. It would not work many times. Also the towels that you use belong in the garbage Basura! I know that they were clean as I could smell the Bleach but they are old and need replacing...stained with holes. The breakfast was excellent. Room maids were good also.
