Great experience - receptionist was really nice and welcoming, the bed and room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was nice with some really nice fruits.

« Pleasant but need communication for check out »

Well there was a misunderstanding on my part as i thought that i had the room for two days where as by mistake i booked it for 1 day only. So the staff should inform me when i was leaving hotel in morning that today is check out day & messaged or call me before checking my luggage out of room. I appreciate thier honesty as none of my luggage was missing but some communication should be there.

« Beat all my expectations ! »

For a 3 stars hotel this is really great Value ! The location is very central, the staff was great, very friendly (trust me that's really not the case usually in Paris), breakfast was very good with nice cheese, different choice. The room had a very good size. This Ibis was actually cheaper and so much better than a Mercure 4 stars where I was staying last time in same neighbourhood. I definitely recommend that place with close eyes !

« Small and old room, smelled a bit like cigarettes »

I had reserved a stay at "Hotel Mercure Paris Opéra Lafayette". It was unexpectedly closed due to "sanitary works" so I had to move to "Hotel ibis Styles Paris Lafayette Opéra". The room was smaller (and it's already not very big in the Mercure), plus it was outdated (paint came of the cupboards etc), and it smelled like a smoker had stayed there before. So it was in general a very unpleasant stay. Luckily only for 2 nights instead of the 3 nights I had booked originally. They assured me this was not an issue when I arrived. Yet, at the time of check-out I was billed 3 nights. I obviously didn't agree so I only had to pay 2 nights, but now I still haven't received my invoice via mail contrary to what was promised.

« Nice, comfortable hotel in a great location »

It was a last-minute booking after an AirBnB booking failed us miserably. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The free breakfast buffet, while not unforgettable, does the job. Overall, a very positive experience and I would recommend this hotel.

It was really disappointing to see how the platinum accor members are treated at your hotel. Only staff members were better in reception. Rest the room was so small, I mean some preference should be provided to the accord platinum members, otherwise what's the point in beig loyal towards accor hotels

« My card was charged Twice, my bank is not crediting the amount. They are asking for a letter from Hotel confirming the Double Payment. I Feel Cheated for having stayed with you. »

At the time of Booking my card details was obtained, however on reaching hotel I was asked to pay again. Next day when i got message from bank about 2 debits. Contacted the hotel Person who gave me an cancellation slip for 408 Euros which was first swiped. Till Date the amount is not credited back.

« Mindblowing,worth remembering and visiting againand again!!! »

We enjoyed staying for 8 days 7 nights. Each and every member from the hospitality staff was efficient in their own ways. Im back home but i miss that extensive breakfast buffet and that coffee aroma in the dining area still reminds me of my stay. Hotel rooms were clean big enough and staff was attentive to my demands. Worth commenting is the location of the hotel. It connects you to every corner of the city by the nearby metro station The Grand Boulevards. I visited around 8-10 sites of my concern using metro. Its the best. See you all soon from Ibis. Especially Pedro. Miss you Paris!!!

I couldn't count how often I have stayed in this hotel. The location is the most valuable asset of this hotel. I valued the newly renovated bathroom. The only problem is the limited space in the lobby/breakfast room.

Being a platinum member and still not felt welcomed. No welcome drink voucher being offered as well. Not very friendly staff as compared to my experience with Mecure near Lafayette.

The staff were welcoming and friendly and breakfast options were decent. However, our room was very tight with a sliding door to the bathroom meaning the room was damp and had paint peeling from the walls as a result.

this hotel is quite different from the other Ibis Styles hotels I stayed in the past. Can not say (unfortunatelly) that different in a better way. No, contrary! At the same time I want tomention ideal stae and cleanness of the bath room and descent breakfast.
