Excellent. But need more vacuuming the side of the floor during cleaning. Build up of dust clearly seen. Water during taking bath are dripping on side gap of both wall glass causing water on the floor. Hazard for slippery.

I enjoyed my stay at your hotel, the staff are friendly as usual and welling to help whenever you need them. the rooms I stayed in were clean and equipped with all essential tools. the recreation facilities like pool and gym are very nice and clean.

The stay was fine, not that more comparable because of the scenery surrounding the property with ongoing Construction and road detours. My wife was not able to enjoy our time together at the pool, for she was not allowed to swim for a cotton dress which was not previously mentioned in the policies on the booking website nor at the hotel's own website. Upon coming to the room, for the first time, we met a guest (I presume Indian guy) who was in his traditional Indian skirt without any top or upper shirt nor clothing walking in the hallway, which we felt disgusted. At least he should have worn some more decent clothes when he goes out of his hotel room, expecting there could be other guests in the area or floor level which actually is and cannot be evaded.

I was asked if I wanted a non smoking room, but you could smell the lingering smoke. I thought little of it then it began to really irritate me. Also the side facing the road is very noisy. I was quickly brought an iron when I requested it.

The refreshment facilities are less. Secondly, the breakfast could be more nicer than usual. Novotel are serving good breakfast than ibis. perhaps the breakfast should be same at the same price. Directly check in are costlier, which should be less instead as compared to online.
