The Internet speed is extremely slow. The drain facility in the bathroom is poor. Spilled water logged which makes it discomfort.

It is already the 4th time I come here for work. Crew is very friendly but there must be something wrong with the system. Everytime we check in or out it takes ages to do so. This should be more efficiently going..

Had a great 19 days stay here whilst waiting on visa and some courses for work . I would like to give a huge mention to “Nadun, Dilshan , Dhiraj “ who work at the pool bar and help in the Italian restaurant these 3 made my stay that bit extra special ibis hotel should be proud to have these 3 working for them . The food and drinks were fantastic I will be back.

We were placed in a presumably smoking room. We are platinum members but did not receive a good view or a welcome present. The wine was stale.
