Everything is very impressive , but really very bad experience in bathroom, For toilet its not comfortable space and was not worked properly ( flush water leak all time) really disturb in night could sleep properly. shower area is crimped , is not wide for comfortable , room lights is not enough , felt dark all time, like feeling i am in hospital. i have to request please re design for toilet place , and increase shower area, and put some more light to make room bright . Thanks

As always my stay at ibis hotel was very good. I would sugest that the hotel give something in return for us using your hotel two times a month for the last 3 years. Like a special or set rate! As we have to pay a diverent price everytime! This is from a personal account not a company acount. Would be much apreciated if you could look into this reqeust. As we are three guys using your hotel twice every six weeks!

it was not bad, only thing is that there was no any personal hygiene item included such as toothpaste, soap, shampoo, etc..in the room. Hope to consider that important as every guest required this things. However facility was good, customer service and staff are well maintained. although room was little bit smaller but its fine to stay over just for short time.

Reception have a lot of issues cannot get Bill Right wont make a decision, incompetent need more training. Prices far too expensive free welcome drink is half a beer other Ibis hotels it is a pint. level of service goes from poor to excellent. This hotel defiantly caters for short term people not long term like myself and work collegues who like me have stayed here 11 months.

Overall service is really good. Room cleaned everyday perfectly. Breakfast is really delicious. I enjoyed swimming pool, jaquzi, steam bath, sauna a lot. But hotel are not providing toilet kit for free. They should provide those at least tooth brushing items.

Check in was confusing, ended up paying for the room twice! Waiting on refund currently. Room quality was great, no hot water.

Stayed for 6 Nights. Location - 7/10 (pretty close to ADNEC and Shiekh Zayed Mosque) Ambience - 8/10 Cleanliness - 8-10 The Hotel was neat in clean and the housekeeping staff was pretty diligent & polite. The only bad experience i encountered was on the last day when the water started dripping from the roof of my washroom. The entire floor was wet when I woke up the next day. I had to check out the very same day and did inform the Front Desk about this issue.

The hotel is really good in a sense that it is functional and worth the price. Its a really good hotel for tourists since its strategically located a few minutes away from the airport, a few minutes from certain malls and a few miles away from the grand mosque.

Stayed for 5nights and everyday I returned it felt like a new room. Cleaning staff did really good job. The breakfast was good. Varieties available from beverages, juice, eggs, fruits, salad, nuts, cereals, bread, rice and much more. The only issue I had was the location. It was rather far away from attractions for someone who doesn't have a car. If I had a car, then it would have been a perfect experience. However, I will stay again and do recommend.
