I was expecting the welcome that I received when I stayed at the Ibis 2 years ago, I went for the Novotel for the extra in the rooms, but do not think the extra expense for staying at the Novotel was worth it, not at all welcoming with Reception/front desk staff, general staff acknowledged you sometimes, room service was very hit and miss with tea/coffee, often having to chase for tea bags etc ... Breakfast was utterly chaotic, always having to chase for cutlery as when the tables were cleared they were not relayed ready, I was asked if I wanted tea/coffee, out of my 14 day stay I got tea twice at breakfast, they ask but rarely come back with your tea. The hotel was unwelcoming, in need of repair and cleaning in a lot of places outside. Overall not worth the extra expense for the extras in the rooms, the Ibis have basic rooms but are much more welcoming so I wish I had stayed with what I know and stayed at the Ibis and not paid the extra expense it was not worth it. Would not recommend this hotel for the price.

The hotel is located in a place where there are no nearby shops. But the room I stayed is very spacious, which is like a one-bedroom apartment containing a large kitchen and a large living room. It was really out of my expectation.

Everything thing was good except the morning security person I think his name was pasdi, he made me lost my business day and meeting because he sent my driver a way and I was about to reach him when I asked him he told me don't raise your voice while I was speaking normally Soooooooo upset from the hotel specially I am accord member

Iy is the worst 2 nights in my life, I request big bed they give small size, I request baby bed I did not receive, I request to extend chechout up to 3 they refused and continously calling the room and they came to room I feel they will through out me from room. Overall a nice stay, three nights for the F1 GP. Good food, nice suites, great shower, easy parking, just one problem, with the extra bed in one room - very hard and uncomfortable.

Checked easy another, staff helpful, room clean modern with large windows. Access easy plenty of taxi parked outside even on the F1 weekend so know waiting. Food very nice and priced average to the are,Hotel has snack bar,Italian Restaurant which also does buffa lunch times and a Bar with sport and entertainment every night.

Not very good. Booked a non smoking king size but was told I could only have smoking or a twin. Opted for the twin which was on the 3rd floor directly next to the pool bar and loud music. Had to ask to be moved. The second room was much better but it was still a disappointing experience. The check in staff didn’t take a deposit from me even though I offered them a credit card. This meant that I couldn’t charge things to my room which I wasn’t informed of. Very embarrassing when asked to pay my bill at the bar when I didn’t have my wallet. I had to go up to my room and come back in order to pay. Refused to let me settle on departure.

Busy Hotel , Room was not cleaned in the 2nd day after I returned back from work around 17:00 , have to wait in the lobby waiting for the room to be cleaned , reception team looks very exhausted , maybe need more man power .
