« disappointing »

It was okay until the check out. I not only paid a pet fee of 2000 pesos but was asked to put a deposit down of 1000 pesos. This seems a bit much. I had just stayed at another truly pet friendly hotel that only charged a pet fee. I had a cat. A cat. A house cat. When I checked out, I was told my cat had left a stain on a sheet and they would charge me for it out of my 'deposit.' It was early in the morning and I needed to leave. So, rather than argue, I paid. There was no stain. My cat may have left some fur on the sheet, but that was it. I checked everything before I checked out. I found the front desk staff unfriendly. This turned what was an okay stay into something that left a bitter taste in my mouth. I will not be using this hotel chain again.

« Bell Boy is needed and bar does no offer variety. No gym. Lots of flies at the dinning area. »

It was a good experience besides that the hotel is poor regarding to cafeteria snacks, water in rooms and body soap and shampoo. I did not like it that the hotel supplies the same soap for everything. Besides that, I really like it the service at the reception very nice and friendly people.

« Nice overnight stay! »

This is a no frills hotel with small rooms but with everything needed for a one night stay. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. It had only 2 pillows and I needed 2 more, which was quickly arranged by the front desk (Thanks Saul!). The breakfast (included) was delicious. The restaurant attached to the lobby is very convenient and the food is not bad. In all it was a nice stay.

« It’s good customer service front desk, but I ask for extra pillow and wasn’t easy and I had to go down to pick it up at late night I was already on pajamas. »

This is hotel was not good for us, even for one night, it is very small, the service is poor and there is.not even a bottle of weather or amenities in the restroom... try other brand, Ibis in Mexico does not have the same service than Europe
