It is always a particular experience to be welcomed and recognized by the staff of a business that sells service. Ibis San Luis Potosi has in its people the most valuable of their investment. The preference I have for staying at Ibis SLP is due to its people and not necessarily for its facilities. I do not like Ibis's bathrooms, I do not like to do have free shampoo or toothbrush and other things that could be offered in other hotels, but everything makes up for it when I have a pleasant and professional treatment from the staff that is smiling all the time and worried about satisfying his guests.

The hotel was very clean, and I had everything I needed. Check-in and Check-out was blazing fast, and service was superb. One thing I can complain is that despite my reservation specified Bed and Breakfast, the breakfast was not included automatically and I had to clarify with the hostess by showing my reservation email. Additionally, the soap dispenser in the shower was empty.

I liked the hotel but the breakfast starts at 6:30 , I usually have breakfast at 5:30-6 am on my business trips because I need to be with customers before 8 am. Also there was no hair shampoo at the rooms , is the soap at the shower is for hair and body there should be a tag on it, anyway I don´t feel comfortable using the same product for both.

I wanna start off with the rooms are to smal and the fact that they are shared room with doors between them then the showers are to small there is no personal iron for clothes in room the ac wasn’t working it was controles by the hotel and I had to keep getting my key re activated over and over

The stay was awesome, truly exactly what a traveler needs and even more...but some things really easy to get were missing, like trash cans...it was so hard to find one at the hotel And in the room there's only one at the restroom. Another thing is electricity plugs...one in the restroom, understandable, but the other one on the far corner from the bed..this is 2018 we all use a lot of electrical devices and having to stand up just to get to charge the phone and turn off the alarm next morning was not the best experience.
