Amazing and very courteous staff at the 7th floor premier lounge. Thank you Siddhi and Ganesh for your warmth and friendly services. Although very disappointed in housekeeping and in room dining staff. They need to be sent back to training for basics! This is supposed to be a pet friendly hotel but basics like keep dog food in kitchen freezer becomes a huge task and had to speak with the duty manager!

My recent stay at Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach was nothing short of a disappointment. As someone who has frequented various hotels, I can confidently say that this experience ranks among the worst. Upon entering my room, it became immediately apparent that the hotel is in dire need of renovation. The condition of the carpet was appalling, a reflection of the overall neglect evident throughout the property. The lobby experience was equally lackluster, failing to meet the standards one would expect from the Novotel brand. However, the most egregious issue was the state of the bedding. The bed linens and comforters were shockingly old and worn, nowhere near the quality expected from a Novotel establishment. It's concerning that such substandard bedding would be provided to guests, especially considering the importance of a good night's sleep during a hotel stay. Adding insult to injury, the housekeeping team demonstrated a blatant disregard for guest privacy and comfort. On multiple occasions, they entered my room while my family and I were asleep, using their master key card without warning. This is not only a violation of privacy but also a security concern that cannot be ignored. Furthermore, the pool area was far from the serene retreat promised in the hotel's marketing materials. Instead, it was plagued by unpleasant odors, further detracting from the overall guest experience. In conclusion, my stay at Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach fell far short of expectations. From the deteriorating facilities to the lack of respect for guest comfort and privacy, this hotel failed to uphold even the most basic standards of hospitality. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend this property to fellow travelers.
