« Dirty, noisy hotel »

The reception area was not clean and definitely in need of upgrading. The person who checked me in was wearing a dirty uniform. The room was lovely - it had been refurbished however it was not kept clean. Toilet roll not replaced, shower glass not cleaned as 2 examples. I got badly bitten by mosquitos which has never happened in other hotels in Mumbai. They allowed a film crew to film on 6th floor and were making a lot of noise until after 1am which kept me awake. I checked out early by 5 nights and went to another hotel.

Experience was very bad, freshners in lobby were not good, shampoo and conditioner were of 1. 1. 1) substandard quality, sofa chair next to bed was dirty , and also during day time civil work was under process due to disturbing sound couldn't sleep. Dental and shaving kit was not kept inside and had to call for it. And at midnight I needed urgent print out but mac were not working, at the time of checkin I paid money from Samsung pay (i.e handset, no need of physical card) and while checking out cashier demanded me physical card. Due to his poor knowledge he couldn't authorize the transaction for a while . Worst experience in my life.

I visited Novotel juhu with my wife and the overall experience was ok and not that great because of the room which was given to us and also the restaurants in which we dined was lacking in giving the proper service which was very disappointing for us . But still as the Hotel is In the very popular area JUHU and that too near by Juhu beach that attracted us and that was only the best part .

The room that I was in was generally clean - good job done by the cleaners. However, the wash hand basin / taps were obviously old.

Your staff were excellent especially the waiters in the restaurant The square where we had breakfast. The manager Uday at the Square is special. Akshai your room cleaner was the most helpful in explaining the hotel and surrounds - this was invaluable as this was our first visit to India.

Good location. Right on the beach. Helpfup location for my work and not far from domestic and international airport's. Downside welcome drink voucher for accor member given after check in in the evening. At the time of booking notice about work at hotel was unclear. It was mentioned in the fine print of the confirmation email, once the booking was made. Hotel / Accor should make these things a little clearer at the time of booking. Have a had better breakfast at other Accor and Novotel properties. Not bad but not very good either. Staff Friendly and Helpful especially when the work continued past the allotted times.

the front desk staff were polite and helpful service of the waiting staff at the buffet restaurant was wanting, seemed staff were not motivated or not bothered, however the chefs were quite polite and helpful the rooms were of decent size, yet the furnishing seemed to have been procured with a tight budge. the walls were paper thin, hence even the most intimate of conversations could be unheard, unfortunatley this caused sleepless nights i do not think that the rate being charged is of value for money. yes it used to be a famous hotel and good - but now it seems only the name is that which is selling i do not think that i shall be staying here again

To begin with it started in a low as I booked a double bed room with a city view and the room that I was given was a twin bed with a view of a wall, I was told all the other room have been take and they would see what they can do the next day

It was the poorest experience over all. Room fridge was empty till the time of departure. Even after depositing an amt.of 2000/-.Lot of noisy stay due to construction gng on. You should better close until you finish renovation. Shameful act above all was that I was asked to pay at the time of breakfast room service. Just by having a name of a good hotel and having it on sea side you just failed to deliver the goods. I wl never visit again nor I wd suggest anyone to visit your hotel who does not knw the basics to attend a guest. Very disappointed honestly.

Overall the services and hospitality of your staff wzs very good and facilitiy amenities were at par with top rated hotels however you must solve the problems of your room keys. In my 3 night of stays I had to get my keys reprogrammed 6 times. And we observed multiple guest having similar experiences, very frustrating and bothersome. With todays technology and especially with Indian having superb brain powers this should not be an issue. Ther are several remedies available to solve this problem of magnetic coding.

when I checked in the hotel, the front office lady staff demanded for a deposit of Rs.30000/- though the bill amount was only 21000/.I had stayed in many accorplus hotels and they demanded only the actual amount .So I humble suggestion is to dedit the actual amount at least for ACCORplus Members.
