We stayed ar Rm No 415 n 422. Rooms appeared jaded and faded. MATTRESSES found to be sagging a bit. I belie you could do wither better furnishing. The bathroom needs a definite face lift. buffet lunch was average. Buffet breakfast - fresh fruits n Juices were a let down. Service was good . Uday n Kaif at the Suare needs a special mention. Despite Net Check in delays at Reception observed.

Only the payments went through smoothly, everything else was just unsatisfactory. First I was put up in a room with a broken lock and hair dryer. After repeated calls and wasting 2 hours of my time I was moved to a different room. The washroom wasn't clean, the mugs and glasses in the room were used and filthy, the walls and furniture faded, the room service food was inedible and the mini bar was empty. And the air condition tried to kill me with over cooling.

The room was fine and the front desk Hospitality was OK. But the basic amenities were missing in the room due to which we would be thinking next time to stay at Novotel mumbai. There were no toiletries as these are some basic things every hotel has. Like no toothpaste, no moisturiser etc. I called for them and it wasted my time, as it was a business trip and time was shot. So it matters a lot

Experience was average.I had to wait more than 3 hours for the room of my choice even though i was told at the time of check in that it won't take more than 3o mins. The button to switch between the tap and shower in the bathroom was missing and over all bathroom cleanliness was also poor.

I have been charged twice for a single they on 28/6/18...they blocked 11000/ rupees on my card and made me again pay for d Bill also and d blocked amount is not yet released...i was assured by d manager that it will b settled after some time as there is some technical error with d credit card machine but today as on 2/7/18 also amount is not credited back in my account. During morning the breakfast table that I was offered was broken and the management was aware about that still they made us sit on that table....very pathetic...and the carpets of the rooms are very dirty
