« worst star hotel experience ever , rotten food, wrong billing, and daylight robbery in menu prices »

- the dinner buffet that came at a kings ransom had rotten and decomposed food, tasteless (excuse given was that it caters to international taste, but does not come any where near it. - we were billed Rs 32000 wrongly and would have paid it off had we not noticed the difference. - refund of excess billed amount promised to credit card not yet received. - prices not worth the money - i consider it daylight robbery - mattress and pillows are old and worn out - quality of building and construction that of a 2 star hotel but prices of a 7 star

I stayed in 301 the ac was so bad that i felt i was staying on a railway platform. whenever we complained he came and did something and said it will cool in 25 mins which never happend. As we where in a conference not to hurt our host we had to bear it.

« Relaxing Moments @ NMJB »

NMJB is our weekend stay destination, due to the warmth of staff, sea-view rooms, & the fabulous Olio. Sp. thanks to all Front Office Staff, esp. Shalaka Pisat for the extra concern & care to the requests as Le Club Accor Gold + (no. 30…7156). At Olio, we had home cooked food, i.e. as per our specification & customized taste, thanks to Chef Glen & Mr. Ejaj.

« Air Conditioner was not working in the room »

Air Conditioner was not working in the room and had to call the engineer to fix it after mid-night. Engineer cleaned the filter and made some changes which fixed the problem and that made us thinking that why this is not done in regular interval so that guest do not have to go through the pain. I was more painful as we were only staying for 12hrs from check-in to check-out.

« I was extremely disrespected because I am a woman. »

First, This reservation WAS NOT in Christopher P.'s name. It was in my name. I was the responsible party. I was deeply offended by how disrespectful staff was to me as a woman. The reservation was in my name. Payment was made by me. When I went to the desk after having an issue of my key not working. I was ignored and then a "manager" approached me from across the room and asked, " Who are you traveling with?" " Where is your husband?" After he saw my agitation he did assist me. When I went to check out, again the reservation was in MY NAME. I went to the desk to turn in the key and pay the bill. Christopher was not even standing at the desk and again instead of addressing me they addressed him. I was extremely taken aback by this and this was especially disturbing as I am a widow who was traveling with a male companion for the first time since my husband's death. This was very inappropriate and greatly affected my overall experience there.

As per the loyalty membership programme we were promised that our kids aged 6 would not be charged for the meals. But every accor hotel we went to, we would have to explain and request for the same. It was very embarrassing and not a good experience in that sense. Also most of the hotels provide free breakfast along with stay. So that was disappointing.

It was worst experience to stay here in Novotel. It was pathetic to avail room services. After several reminders i couldn't be able to opt any room service.. Hair drier was not in running condition.. i called 3 times but no-one came to replace or repair.. no welcome drink.. for extra bedding we had to wait for 40-45 minutes.. Nothing was good to me there.. I was very disappoint with your hospitality..

Room was lovely and clean. Staff are very attentive and are always eager to please. Food was great and the bar was lovely to sit and watch the sunset. Bar staff are friendly and make you feel welcome, particularly Sunil who was lovely.
