I love staying in Novotel every time. But room no:328 wasn’t that great. The floor carpets were stained and bed spreads weren’t clean as well. And the concierge was so unresponsive. It’s clearly something you don’t expect from a hotel that is known to deliver quality service time and time again. Please do look into it and would love to hear from you guys at the earliest. Dissatisfied as while checking in I was asked if it was a single or double occupancy. I told single then one of my friend stopped by at night but your reception didn't allowed her to go to the room. I even told that change it to double occupancy but all the terms and conditions were read to me aloud - none of the terms and conditions were mentioned before. I just signed the document given which I am sure very body does.

« The room no 307 electric board was not working, our two shirts got spoiled in the laundry. NO REGRET FELT BY NOVOTEL »

I stayed in NOVOTEL for 12 nights. *1st day while checking in I asked the representative to please fix the electric board issue so that I can work on my laptop but it never got fixed. *on 28th August my wife claimed that two of our shirts got faded and the colour was changed from dark blue to bit whitish. On this the manager laundry responded. -->THE SHIRT IS WITH A BRAND MAX SO IT COULD BE POSSIBLE - We usually shop from gulf and these brands sell more there. Its really a rude answer. --> THE OTHER SHIRT WAS FROM A BRAND AEROPOSTALE FOR WHICH HE SAID I DONT KNOW HOW IT GOT FADED. THOUGH HE WAS COOKING STORIES BUT THIS SHIRT WAS ALSO FROM GULF. We come from a decent family and don't claim anything unless it is spoiled by anyone else. We did a machine wash always using ARIEL liquid. Then too see his GUTS TO SAY YOU DONT HAVE USED LIQUID DETERGENT.

The room didn’t have basic facilities and amenities, such as sanitary bags and bath robes. The commode is very badly maintained. The carpet in the room was very dirty. I have stayed at this hotel atleast 4 tines before and this was by far the worst stay experience I have ever had. Very disappointed.

The worst service i have ever seen. I was given a room first all i could see from it was construction junk so i asked to change the room and the procedure took 2 and half hours to shift me to other room, during this 2 and half hours i made 4 calls and had to visit the reception personally twice because your staff doesnot care to inform the progress. The room i was alloted was smelly though it was a smoking room i agree but i have stayed in other reputed hotels and they do take care of the ciggratte smell and your room was stinky and dirty there were hair on the floor the bedsheet was torn. The house keeping staff took one hour to get me a dental kit in the morning. The buffet breakfast was not at all tasty sambhar was salty other things were not even upto the mark. I am disheartened and disappointed with juhu novotel and the staff. I have stayed with novotel goa as well which is upto the mark. But i would never recommend your juhu property to anyone.

Booked ocean view room, got partial ocean view room. Novotel should not deceive customer by mentioning "ocean view" but MUST mention "partial ocean view". Inexperienced front desk, broken tap and dirty wash basin. Top of that, fromt desk charged additional INR 1050 than Expedia said should pay at hotel, as they seem not updated GST in expedia portal. It was awful. Om check out it was reversed though. No value for money spent. Would never visit again.
