The room was smoking room. Nobody asked me if i need smoking or non smoking room. There was a heavysmell in the room. The room was not refreshed. I did entered room very late. That’s why it was too late to changenthe room again. Anyway when i asked for the nonsmoking room. Im informed there was no availability within 5 nonsmoking rooms of the hotel. There were no cottonbuds, body lotion in the room. It was not a good experience for me. Ibis could offer more with less price. It was like a nightmare first experience with Novotel for me. Many things to be improved.

I was expecting this hotels are Business hotel. I recommend my manager and we were disappointed. There is no iron in the room. and their thought is old building. Next time maybe they can choose other hotels.; Best regards

If i want to compare the price with the service? The hotel didn't reserve the price.. The staff is very nice but they need to speak English. There is no air conditioning at the lobby or the restaurant.. In the afternoon there is no place to make a meeting or to work because it's very hot in the restaurant.

The pool timing was too short, many people who visit Gaziantep for official workshop, do have little time in evening, closing pool at 7 for swimming is unreasonable. I have seen in Lebanon usually pools are close around 10 or 11 at night. The staff has been cooperative, but for international visitor its sometime become problem to communicate with reception,

staff is ok, but if you do jot speak turkish it becomes very difficult. internet is terrible no connection poor connection, only by using the rooming internet connection your able to have a stable connection. finding information on the internet for a accor hotel is an imposible task, when you find one and would like to book it, it wil switch to to language of the country tou are in or the language of the country of the hotel. Inknow that in santa marta there is an Accor hotel but unable to book for me when i'm in turkey, or turkey's or espagnol..

I felt comfortable. My first regular job was many years ago with Accor in Brussels, so I felt like coming back to my "old young" days. Thank you being there, in almost every corder of the world. Seeing Accor logo makes feel comfortable, peaceful, safe.

You can see the signs of aging in the hotel. Also in the minibar we found a bottle of water used and left half. There was not soda opener, also no complimatery water in the rooms.

I was given the option to check until 5 PM during my reservation at accorhotels.com. When I told about this to the reception, he said he can't see this in his computer and we had a small discussion. Either he lied, or your system needs improvement. It's hard to believe that I am the first that they encounter having crossed the 5PM late check out option.
