1. AC in the room was not working. Had to open the windows from time to time 2. Iron board / iron not available for the entire stay 3. Requested front desk to give me a wake up call on day of departure. Not done

« Short stay, Perfect Location - food was lovely. »

Great Staff, Clean room and Lovely Food. The Room was a bit too hot so opened the window and wthen was too noisey but I was on the first floor. (Probably be better higher up) and also there was Some noisey constuction.

Located a bit in the middle of nowhere if you’re visiting Munich as a tourist. But the metro takes you downtown in no time and the station is just next door. So it works fine. The hotel has a convenient parking garage (€14/day). Breakfast is tasty. Staff is friendly.

I stayed here after coming off a long haul flight from Australia that arrived at 7am. Because I had checked in on-line I was able to access my room from midday and hence have a shower and start to feel human again. The rooms are a decent size and we'll sound proofed allowing for a good night sleep. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and staff were attentive. The hotel is easy to find as it is right next to the U-bahn and less then 10 minutes from the Hauptbanhof. Would stay again.

Convenient hotel as it’s situated next to a tram stop on line 18 which takes about 15 minutes to get to the main railway station and city centre. Clean rooms and restaurant. Good food, both breakfast and evening meal. Friendly staff at reception and restaurant. Only downside is there is a main road and cycle paths to get across. There is also a bus shelter directly outside the hotel, that you have to walk past to get to the main entrance, the area around this was covered in cigarette ends and alcohol bottles which was somewhat unpleasant.

This is a clean and comfortable ibis hotel with staff who are friendly and efficient. The hotel is located just four stops from the central station on the U4/U5 underground line... quite convenient.Value is pretty good - EUR70 to 80/night - but beware the price increases during Oktoberfest - EUR250/nightHave stayed in this hotel many times, and was disappointed this September to discover the menu had changed. The hotel restaurant used to offer 3 types of pasta and 3 or 4 different sauces, amongst other dishes... mix-and-match for an EUR9 pasta. Now, they're only offering only a bolognese, amongst other dishes. Be sure to check your Accor reward points after your stay. On this occasion, mine didn't credit automatically.

While on business trip to attend conference, biggest selling point was competitive price and proximity to U-bahn station, breakfast was also very good and very nice bar/restaurant. Room quality was very good and staff excellent.
