I am traveling a lot so have a lot of experience with uncomfortable beds in hotels, however here it is a delight. You sleep just as good as at home and the room towards the parking was very quiet! The breakfast has plenty of options and we were with a group and some small kids and the waiters were very helpful. The underground parking space is also handy so you don’t fear for space or damage so close to the center. All in all a very satisfying stay!

We stayed on the 3rd floor already renovated, while works are going on the second floor. The corridors are now in brighter colours and design, the rooms have new, extremely comfortable beds and linnen, new decoration, TV and furniture. A curtain has been added to the window instead of only the blind, which makes the room more cosy. The bathroom has also been renovated and looks fresher. A magnifying mirror is still missing though. A nice addition are the USB plugs to charge your smartphone next to the bed. However rooms with a communication door for families are noisy, because these doors have no acoustic isolation, unlike the entrance door which filter noise efficiently. The staff at the reception promptly changed our room after our complaint. Good point.

The room is clean, the breakfast was very good and the staff is friendly and helpful. But the bed is too soft and the internet breaks down every few minutes, which is quite annoying.

A very basic place with poor service

I did not enjoy the hotel. The rooms were old, tired and looked sad/uncomfortable. The bathrooms were old. The bedsheet was washed but seemed to have old stains on it. The front desk experience was not great. The information provided before checkin (merging two room bookings, under one booking) was not communicated. And while everything was sorted, I was not expecting that I would have to do it in person, after having called in advance and being told all was done. At the checkout, they could not tell me how many loyalty points I had in total, and also I was told that an email of my invoice and payment would be sent. This email never came, until after 3 days I had to call the hotel and request it. The breakfast was the same all three days I stayed, and since there was no variety, by the third day I was just sick of eating the same thing.

A generally good stay at the hotel. Your staff were friendly, and the facilities were basic but clean and well maintained. The hotel is undergoing some renovation, and I stayed in one of the older rooms. It will be nice to see what the new rooms are like when I stay next time.

All the staff in the hotel are friendly, and so do other travel and live here. Most are business men. Safe and clean place. the breakfast could be improved a little bit, because they are all the same everyday.

My one and only stay in this hotel. Food in the evening was impossible to eat. Something was clearly wrong in the kitchen. Waitress handled it ok but clearly not a good experience. Breakfast is far from average. For the price paid, it is outrageous

Hotel had some construction work and it was too noisy, also the HK entered room without knocking. Receptionist at night was unsure of our reservations notes
