« Hotel and check in process good. Stay ruined by staff in the morning. »

We arrived and checked in late at night due to difficulties we ran into getting out to the hotel, the man at reception was very polite and quickly checked us in. The next morning we planned to get the shuttle bus to the airport, woke and checked out accordingly. I had no cash and asked if there was an ATM nearby. The lady at reception said there was none nearby but assured us that the bus would take card. I questioned this, thinking it was unlikely, but she reassured me. We went to the bus stop but the driver told us he could not take card only cash. I was annoyed at this - surely the receptionist should have known this detail? We went back to the hotel and asked her to order us a taxi where we could pay by card. She rang two taxi companies and then told us she could not get us a taxi. Then another staff member who was sitting on the table beside the reception said that he had to go into Beauvais but when he was back he would be able to drive us into the airport. We were so pleased by his hospitality. He left, came back, and then we got in his car. He was very friendly and helpful. acting like he was helping us out, doing us a favour. Halfway to the hotel he told us it would cost us €15 for the journey. We were shocked and actually thought he was joking. He made it seem like he was doing us a favour, and then once we were in the car and it was too late to refuse he told us he would be charging us. We felt like we had been completely taken advantage of and tricked. He should have been straightforward and told us straightaway the cost of the journey. €15 was too expensive for the journey as well, but I am more angry that I was tricked. This experience was a horrible way for us to end our holiday. On my bank statement it says D, Allonne - maybe this was his name? I feel like I was lied to and tricked in this experience and as a result I am not eager to return.

A typical airport hotel but with all the quality standards of Ibis. Good diner at the restaurant and you can enjoy a drink at the bar. Air conditioning

For the frugal level of service, somewhat expensive. Breakfast was expensive for the food being made available, bad coffee. I did not appreciate the online check in process, forcing me to give my credit card number yet again...

Room was adequate for guests en route to other destinations within France and/or for a short stay. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean, although a little cold however the bed was very comfortable.

The Check-in staff was friendly. The WC (toilet) had a small leak leading to waste of water. I forgot to report this. The soap dispenser was with lose cap. The breakfast was supposed to be served till 11 but the staff started clearing out at 10:30. The points earned were too little even with 8 nights in 2017 (took two rooms two times in Summer and two times in Winter). But since I earn too little points to be of any use. Perhaps next time, I will try other another hotel which is bit more rewarding. For example by staying in Hilton Bristol for 10 nights, I got enough points to stay one night free.
