« We feel very comfortable at the Sofitel Ningbo. »

The staff is always friendly, polite and helpful. There is staff who can speak English very well, but not everyone. The rooms are nice and clean. The beds are soft and big and we can sleep very well. The breakfast is generous and excellent. I would like more varieties in fruits. We often use the swimming pool and fitness center and are happy about these included offers. We booked the Sofitel for many nights now and will book it whenever we are in Ningbo again. We feel very comfortable there. We didn't get a welcome drink although we had silver status.

Breakfast selection is limited, especially for western style and the quality is really bad. Other problem is about the room. When other room is flushing the toilet, it’s a big noise in my room. It quite disturb me. I was so busy during my stay, I haven’t inform the F.D for further issue.

Room was comfortable. TV remote did not work. I could not get Accor points because I booked through a service. I chose the hotel because I was a loyalty member. Next time I will chose a hotel that honors my membership.

« Relatively ok, don't order room service. »

It's not the first time staying in the hotel and we come for work. The rooms are relatively small. besides that the facilities are ok. The room service is really bad, we tried many different dishes and it was really bad. The burger was bad, the pizza was horrible. The Lounge is ok, the business room is really small and the A/C worked only on heat so we had to open a window. we came to the lounge one evening at 19:55 and they were already throwing out the food. Staff was very nice besides that, everything else was fine. Although when we arrived no one helped us with our bags so I took a trolly myself and loaded it and brought it inside to the hotel.

The rooms were too hot. The Hotel turned off the air condition! I could not breath in the room! They brought a portable fan, which helped some....but when you are paying that kind of price to stay in a very nice Hotel, you would expect the rooms to be comfortable and the guest to be able to set the temperature of the room to their liking. This was very disappointing.
