A perfect stay. Staff so incredibly helpful., couldn’t have wished for anything better. As a regular guest over the past 4 years, the only thing missing was a welcome bowl of fruit or cookies of some sort. I was extra lucky with an upgrade so I made an advance booking with incredible support of a young lady GRACE, Sofitel should be proud to have such hard working loyal staff.

As usual a very nice place to stay. Only a little opinion about the food in the restaurant. I think the food turned more and more into Chinese food. One of the reasons why I used to stay at Sofitel Ningbo, was the excellent, French inspirated food. Now it seems to be less and less French foot - unfortunately.

It is a good place to stay, only due to the construction of the subway you may need to take some turns to reach the hotel. Gym and breakfast can also be recommended. Rooms are spacey and clean and service is promt and friendly
