« Good but not Great! »

There was a problem with the internet during the entire stay at the hotel. This is problematic seeing that I and my colleagues were there for business. It was impossible to get work done and given the difference in the time zones- it was very unfortunate and frustrating. The staff is nice but the infrastructure just was not good. there was also a problem with mosquitos in the room and I had to kill them every night- even after i asked that the cleaning people not open my windows.

« Enjoyed my stay »

It was gud and somewhat satisfying. Staff's were professional and Service was also good. Few things which can be changed are : 1. Breakfast menu should be changed regularly, since I stayed for more than 3 weeks and had to eat the same breakfast, it got very monotonous. 2. Some thing for entertainment. No parties were hosted in the hotel even on valentines day. Rest all was fine.

« Disappointing...was told on phone they accept Amex only after arriving I realized they don't so had to stay 1 night & look for another hotel next night. »

One is charged for everything in the room even mineral water. No slippers, no lotion offered. Very basic. The food though (the 1 meal I ate) was pretty good as well as the juice.

« Accomodating, the food is fine and the ambiance is great especially in the pool area, the staffs are attentive.Wifi connection is good. »

When my second stay in IBIS hotel i found the lobby or receiving area is quite small, the staffs are not wearing smiles when approaching the guests. No slipper in the room for the guest, no English Tv channel to watch in times that you need to watch movies. But the room and the beddings is fine.

I've really appreciated the kindness of the staff, this has made the stay enjoyable. They were also quick to respond when I had an issue with the wifi connection. It would be good to have the possibility to get some Halal meat. In brief, I recommend this hotel for travelers.

ibis hotel is comfortable, home away from. The improvement opportunities are WiFi connectivity is a bit difficult without the help of a technician who is some instances take long to come. Breakfast is a bit limited or its extremely confusing if i want for example bacon, egg, baked beans i don't know where i can get them. The staff is friendly and willing to help

Everything fine except no wifi in the room. Told them about tnis on arrival and ssid no rush as long as I had wifi in the room by the next evening. Next evening still no wifi and I had to complain again. They did bring me a longer LAN cable to use until the service was finally restored.
