The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Always willing to help. We stayed in the hotel with another family, two of them as well as my husband ate the Zebu all got very sick afterwards. My husband was sick to his stomach for 5 days! The rest of us also go very upset stomachs. . I also would feel the plates a little dirty. The Eden fitness area, sauna and steam room are what made that stay worth its price plus the accessibility to the malls and other important arrears on Tana. Gorgeous spa and extremely clean and very well designed! The bathroom were beautiful. Wifi in ur room ..!

No complaint. EVerything was ready and checked in quick. Room clean and tidy. Need to improve room service. Two incident, one they forgot the order and had to call them and finally got my dinner after 2 hrs. Second, they wrongly took the order and sent me something else.

All good . Try to increase some more options on veggie menu which will attract lots of indian Asian travelers. Breakfast is not at all suitable for vegetarians

The staff was very friendly and nice but the rooms are not so satisfactory. The running water from the shower and tap have a peculiar smell. You should keep more drinking water in the room for guests.

This is the hotel I prefer when I come to Madagascar. It is in a central and convenient location. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The Chef is so kind and accommodating- he made special vegan meals for me that were not on the menu. There is a nice gym and spa connected to the hotel as well as an outdoor pool. A secure ATM in the parking lot. This is my place of choice.
