« Top notch customer service - hands down! »

We stayed here for over a week and the customer service was the best. Despite some not so good reviews, I'm glad to say none of it was true for us. We have no regrets. From the reception to kitchen and housekeeping staff - everyone was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be recommending the IBIS to friends and family.

I had gotten the buffet breakfast for the 4 days I was staying at the hotel. and it turns out I could not get the breakfast because apparently it wasn't included in the payment but I clearly had selected that I wanted the breakfast included and it turns out that when I was trying to get the breakfast they told me it wasn't included and I insisted it was included and they told me to get the papers that say it. so I went upstairs to my room to get the papers and it clearly said that It was included but the lady said that when they charged me they gave me a discount and so that I couldn't get breakfast. and I don't know why I am given this discount when I idid not ask for it. I didn't ask for a discount and I was willing to pay the full amount so I could comfortably get breakfast. it was embarrassing when they tell you in front of everyone that I can't get breakfast. Also when I got to my room I could barely open the door because the doorknob was not working properly so I asked to be moved to another room, such an inconvenience.

Every thing was perfect. Impreddive the support of all the staff. in any situation. Maybe the only thing I would recommend to improve is the cleanliness of the rooms corridors. The rest , was alll really good. I’m a Ibis Fan!! When I have 6 million US. dollars in my pocket to invest, I will like to have a IBIS franchise in Mexico. Congratulations for your organization. « Tiny room with no kid friendly activities. »

Family of three stayed and each time our room was cleaned only 2 towels would be left. Every day i had to ask cleaning personel for more towels. Our room in my opinion was cleaned to late in my opinion between 1-3pm. The rooms including bathroom could be updated. Rooms are wayyyy to small. The location was perfect for all our needs. During our whole stay We NEVER had to use a taxi.

I had a good stay. I understand the air conditioning needs to be controlled overll, however the temp can be lowered by a couple degrees. I stayed for 6 days the rooms are ok sized there were only 2 of us we don't need too much room. Bathroom is good size. You need a pool! Especially for summer months and most guesrs spend a lot of time in their rooms waiting. A swimming pool would be a much needed distraction! My housekeeper Araceli was wonderful! Very nice hard worker.

« It was good but it can still be better. »

Everything was good except how the shower head threw water everywhere. Also, even though it is not available, it would be nice if in the future ibis has rooms with mini refrigerators and microwaves. Also the night before we left, there was women outside the hotel making a lot of noise. I thought the room was soundproof, but I could hear the women making their noise. I do not think the hotel should allow people to make too much noise outside late at night when people are trying to sleep. Other than that, service, internet, and the airconditioning in the room was great.

Everything was good, but the first night the elevator was not working and the chef was stuck in there we waited several minutes after waitress take our order to see some movement at the kitchen.... we recommend it should be a sub chef for emergency cases like this

Perfect place to stay during appointments at the consulate. The location cant get any better, its right across US Consulate. The room space is fair enough, bed super comfortable and good bathroom. The personal are very attentive and helpful, even if you need to print last minute documents, they help with that. The restaurant is fair enough for the price and the breakfast very complete.
