Perfect place to stay during appointments at the consulate. The location cant get any better, its right across US Consulate. The room space is fair enough, bed super comfortable and good bathroom. The personal are very attentive and helpful, even if you need to print last minute documents, they help with that. The restaurant is fair enough for the price and the breakfast very complete.

The Hotel is conveniently located to medical clinic, emigration office and fingerprinting location saving me money on taxis all of my need where with in walking distance. the front desk made copies and printed email document at a reasonable charge. I found the breakfast to be the best dial. I did encounter problems with the satellite TV gone for several days.

« Very pleased with my overall experience there. »

I was very satisfied with my experience there. I was there with my husband and 3 children, it was a very stressful situation but I was so pleased that everyone there was very courteous and helped us out. The staff and cooks where awesome and I’m glad I chose to stay at this hotel. Everything was within walking distance and that’s that I’m 7 months pregnant, and I felt very safe there. The food was delicious. I felt like I was at home there. We stayed there a little more than 3 weeks so it was a long experience. I will be recommending all of my friends with this hotel.

1. small shower, very old towels, dryer was not working on the first room. 2.the only thing that separates you from the actual mattress its a sheet that will come undone when you sleep because its kind of tucked in but barely fits, i'm sure i cant be the only one that doesn't really want to touch a hotel mattress. 3.i had to change rooms because i stated to get bumps on my body i don't know if they had bedbugs or fleas as soon as i change rooms bumps got better. 4.A/C and Heater works based on season a couple nights was kind of cold outside i wanted to turn the heater but the front desk told me only the a/c works in the spring that the only thing i could do its turn off the a/c i found that odd. 6.booked for 9 days but ended up leaving 3 days early still had to pay for 9 days because thats how it was booked and they said there is nothing they can do :/

« They helped with what we needed for business, but lacked in towels and other needs like that. »

It was great but we did need smaller towels. The sheets we slept in the last night, gave us these bumps all over our body and they were really itchy. They are calling down but the areas are still swollen. Everything else and everyone else where really nice and helpful. Everyone was sweet and really attentive. Thank you for that. But honestly, I would think twice before going there again.

Hotel confirmed that my room for 7 days was paid for sent me confirmation twice and I get there and bam not paid I need to get with my bank when I get back home anyway paid for the night thank God only one night because the sheets on the bed had lots of hairs and also the towels I went to receptionist and told him all he did was give me sheets to do the bed my self I was totally unsatisfied but this is just my experience anyway hotel is near everything you need if your coming to the consolado

« Everything between walking distance if you are going to the American Consulate. »

I will give this hotel an 9, they have good custumer service, and if you are going to go beacause you have an appointment at the American Consulate, IBIS is the roght jotel to be at, everything is between walking distance from the hotel. I felt very secure walking from point A to point B.

« Need a/c »

Staff is friendly room are clean and the bed are comfortable. My only complaint is the rooms get very hot. The windows dont work and there is no a/c other than that it was a satisfying experience
