It was a nice trip. Staff at hotel is friendly and quick to support. Special thanks to "Purnima Sehgal", for her assistance. She was professional and friendly. Always smiling and present to support guests no matter how busy she was. Staff at restaurant is also good and remembered my preferences, as I stayed for a long duration.

We had a awesome stay. The staff was very friendly and took care of all the small request also. The food was awesome in fact we asked the chief to specially making some thing special for us for breakfast and he obliged us by making what we requested.

The staff was cordial. Check in was smooth. However, my room and the bedding was extremely shabby. There were stains, including blood stains on my bedsheets. Was very upsetting seeing such a view at a 5 star property. Would not like to come back to this property again only because of this reason.

Items kept at the fridge for the guests should be complementary and should not be charged separately for that. Especially, when the room charges per night are ranging around 5.5K. This is the least that can be expected. Also the waiting for cab to get dropped off to HSBC office was quite bad

Your service is pathetic. After check in no one bothered to guide me or help me with my bags. It was 11.00 PM and i was tired and hungry. Order by phone for the room service made me feel as if I was not wanted in the hotel. Rude and curt was the person on the phone. No one came to clear my tray and I had to keep it outside my room before I slept. After a long day I expected to be welcomed by a smile and ask how anyone can assist me. Nothing. Each one was busy in their own world. Thanks and bye .
