we had a pleasant stay. staff is helpful and welcoming. rooms are decent. The toiletries provided are of excellent quality, however some of them needs to be called for and it is inconvenient when you realize it after getting into the shower. I appreciate your fair trade products. Swimming pool is nice and enjoyable however in the morning there was too much of chlorine in water that gave us a dry skin, dry hair with irritation in eyes. Please control the chlorine levels in pool.

1. Stay per say to the accommodation & all is good. 2. I was not happy with the communication & orders per say to room in dining .. there were loops always & was never taken seriously .. The first 15 days .. i was asked & was suggested they will do for a combo for dinners .. but it was just done for 1 day .. not sure why it was delayed Second trip they are trying to do it .. somehow I am not happy .. 3. One night someone was ringing the bell at 12:40 PM .. frantically and saying clearance .. when I had never asked for clearance ... I was too scared to open the door, but had to open since the person outside the door did not stop ringing the bell + there is a phone ring ...

I truly enjoyed staying at the Novotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was surprised, however, that housekeeping did not provide me with enough toilet paper (only me in the room and I do not use much) and I had to revert to using the tissue, which also ran out. An extra roll should have been available, especially when the only one in the room has about 1/4 left on it. Also, my iron did not work. I should have and the person before me should have let housekeeping know, so the next person does not get into an ironing situation. My bad on that one.

Both my wife and I stayed at your hotel for two nights. Although we had a free night stay, the hotel denied it, and instead suggested us that it will upgrade us to a suite on the 7th floor, by paying an additional Rs, 2,500 per day, Though otherwise satisfactory, the suite had low sofa and low toilet seat, which had caused me the spine problem, requiring me to visit the spine surgeon, and presently I am under his prescribed treatment. Although we had specifically stated that we require non-spicy food, the dinner on the first day was spicy. There was little variety in the buffet breakfasts. The overall experience was painful, indeed!

« Wonderful stay. I highly recomend this hotel. »

It was a great stay from the beginning. I was allowed to check in early due to my early flight arrival. Room clean with a pretty modern design and received me with a nice fruit breakfast. Location is good (there's a shopping mall a few meters walk distance). Every morning breakfast was excellent and with a huge variety of food. All facilities are in very good conditions, especially I really enjoyed the swimming.

In room service was bad. I ordered for a beer n some food for lunch, and had requested them to get the beer first a couple of times, but I waited forever and they got beer n lunch together. For lunch I had ordered bindi masala and butter naan. Bindi masala was very dry and extremely salty. I could hardly eat it. Dinner the next night was not good too. Chicken curry was very salty too. Breakfast at your hotel wasn't impressive. It was just OK.

« No good service / forgot my jacket »

I have forgot my jacket in my room 631 during my stay when I checked out some one in all hotels go and they do check for room and mini bar if customer forgot something or if he eat anything from mini bar to charge him. And they didn't inform suppose they didn't check the room till tomorrow and when they checked they should call me but no, when i call reception that i forgot they says we will check sir and get back to you. No one called me since that.

1. Both Keys were deactivated in between my stay, the reasons were not shared. They gave new key. 2. The New Key was not activiated for Lounge access - Floor 9, again need to run to the reception to get it. 3. One Day forgotten to keep the Coffee / Tea sachets - Again need to call up to get this. 4. On Lounge - They served chicken which was very COLD, should not take Guests for Granted. Lot of scope for this improvement. Do you compensate the Guests for the inconvienance faced?
