I went there with my husband and 5 months old son. We got everything we needed. We could also check in early. Staff is really sweet, specially with my kid. Food was also good and there was a lot of variety. Thanks !

Overall, the stay was good with smooth checkin and check out processes. The staff was undoubtedly gentle and courteous. The complimentary arrangements done for my wife's birthday was commendable as well. The food was good in taste but barring one incident, everything was up to the standards. I would definitely recommend your hotel to my acquaintances, and once again Thank you very much for the hospitality.

This was our 3rd visit and as always had a relaxing time with great hospitality from the entire hotel team. Prashant from F&B was extremely kind and attentive to all our needs. Chef Mukesh and Ayushi served us lipsmacking homely food. Overall, a home away from home feeling. We will surely be back. Thank you.

« Nice Stay, Average Food »

Rooms were very decent and clean. WiFi is also good. Hotel location is nice, and parking and lift facilities are also upto the mark. Expected a swimming pool inside the hotel premises instead of a remote place. Also expected the hotel to offer swimming costumes if guests want to purchase. Food at morning breakfast was very mild and tasteless. Almost all the items had very less salt and spices. Maybe it would suit the foreigners, but it is very mild for Indians. My only recommends are to improve the breakfast and swimming pool facilities.

Hotel is good, housekeeping staff was good but slight issues (last 3 are probably minor but you don't see such issues in top hotels, first one is definitely a problem) - Rooms were not ready at the checkin time of 2 PM which is as such pretty late, the staff at the counter looked confused, on the readiness of the room. - Food items in the room had not been properly tallied, half were there, half not - Took me about 2-3 calls to get a bottle opener - Water is unnecessarily expensive, 150+ taxes for one bottle, while i understand it's printed and we can chose to opt for it, but i was surprised at the rates nevertheless - Breakfast not managed well, long queue

Swimming pool and Gym was not in the property which itself is a big disappointment. Also Have heard from others that the hotel is good, thats why I stayed in the property. However I felt that i havent got my value for money. Food was average. And services of different department was also average. Considering Accor brand, travellers come with more expectations.

I have traveled to multiple places and stayed at several hotels for work as well as holiday purposes but one thing which clearly stands out for your hotel is the quickest service...I had asked for extra bed, toiletries, towel etc and everything was given within ten minutes.....even the bell boy arrived within 5 mins of a call for the check out....the staff is polite and understood the need of the hour....I am on medication and need to eat within 30 mins of my meds (however due to high occupancy rate for the long weekend there was 20 mins waiting for breakfast) but the restaurant manager was accommodating enough to understand my situation We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have already recommended your hotel to several other friends and colleagues

« Breakfast was a Disater »

Breakfast was terrible. There was only Dosa, Paratha, Egg counter. There was one basket full of White bread slice, another basket with Brown bread slice, another basket half croissants and Tea cake, another basket Danish and Muffins. There were ice cold butter and jam. And chutney for sambhar thats it. No juices, no fruits, No cereal, 4 chefs in ktchen, this setup can be done by me. Tea was removed from the flask, coffee was watery. Room service order taker was horrible, place order for 4 pax, send 2 covers, just read through your menu so its easy to relate when a customer is calling to order. Only positive from the stay. HK staff doing the afternoon shift on 30th, had mutliple requests due to my child and he was quick to respond. F&B Service team, was quick to clear the breakfast table so we had some space to feed with my child. FO staff was informative about the activites in the area.

« Cosy hotel almost at the end of the town. »

Overall was quiet good. When we checked in on Saturday afternoon the hotel was running at full capacity and we got rooms that were not really upto the level of Mercure hotel. Staff were young, courteous and friendly. We felt that the staff were under pressure and overwhelmed to some extent. However the next day we were shifted to standard quality rooms that is typically expected of Mercure.

Overall, the stay was satisfying. The only problem was that the room was not cleaned after it was occupied by me. They usually come for cleaning the room, but didn’t come in my case. However, apart from that, it was a very good experience
