One incident made this trip stand out. I went to the breakfast area from the club floor to find some fried fish for breakfast, but they didn’t have any. However, Ryan (the restaurant manager I think) arranged for some fish to be fried specially and sent up to the club floor for me. That was a very nice bit of customer service, so thank you to Ryan.

« Very comfortable room and very good breakfast. »

Overall very good. Few negative issues: 1) Hear-Drier started to smoke with sparks coming out from cable connection. Yes, it was promptly exchanged for a new one, but this never happened to me before 2) Safe-box did not work as designed. Upon entry of a code it would open up and instantly close again (room 923). I was not sure about using it and had to carry all valuable belongings with me all the time. 3) Some electric outlets had a "loosely" feel (shaking, when plugging in or taking pug out). Some electric outlets did not hold Russian plus tight enough. I found my cell-phone not charging because of this and had to use another plug. Besides these three issues, everything was perfect and I enjoyed my stay in Harbin Sofitel. Thank you.
